Cannot fault them. Helped give me advice on an ageing system before buying a house and came 3 days after we moved in to fit a new combi boiler. Had a really good relationship with manufacturers so was able to get a really good spec system with an 18 year warranty (I didn't realise any modern product would come with a warranty that long). Worked tirelessly to get the job done in a day so we'd have hot water again as soon as possible. Would highly recommend.

Mike and Callum did a fantastic job fixing my central heating system. The work took a full day and included power flushing the entire system, troubleshooting the radiators, servicing the boiler, and fixing in-wall taps that had been incorrectly installed by a previous plumber. They were polite, friendly, and very communicative throughout, and took great care while working around the house. The pricing was clearly explained in advance, with no surprises on the day. Following an immersion heater fitting we required additional work. Michael was efficient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly, whilst keeping us informed of progress. We later asked for further work to be carried out including draining and flushing the system and Michael and Callum were, again, impressive with their expertise. We have been working with Micheal for a long time. He serviced our old boiler and now he has replaced our old one with a new combi system. The work was done very conscientiously. Every detail regarding the work and installation of the boiler was explained simply and clearly. If you are looking for a reliable company that will take care of your boiler or plumbing, I highly recommend Michael.

We had a problem with a separated flu on the boiler. Contacted Mike and he came out the following afternoon. It took much longer than expected but Mike persevered and finally managed to fix the problem. We really appreciated the effort he went to, ensuring that the boiler was working correctly and we once again had heating.

Mike came as arranged and quickly diagnosed the fault. He then repaired it at a very fair and reasonable price.

Mike and his son Callum did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend them to everyone (although that might mean they'll become too busy to help me out again). It was a long and tricky job that took them 10 hours (without tea and coffee breaks, just a quick sandwich break!). They are extremely professional and honest. They try to find the best and most economic solution for their customers. They took my shower apart and repaired it, removed the existing incorrectly fitted Magnaclean, replaced it with a new one, added some new pipework, flushed my 11 radiators through with inhibitor (twice), and did a couple of other small jobs. I have to say that my central heating system is working better than it ever has in the 7 years that I have had it. Thank you again Mike and Callum.

I highly recommend Mike, very good contact, polite, professional, you can see that he has many years of experience. He is able to answer every question and explain everything. He did a good job servicing the boiler, water tank and also checked all the radiators in the house. In the future, I plan to replace the old boiler with a combi boiler and I am 100 percent sure that I will contact him.

Mike and his son Callum installed 2 new radiators at our flat, took the floorboards up, chased pipes, installed new ones. The outcome is excellent and the flat is warmer then ever. They are very knowledgable, thorough and tidy. Would highly recommend them and use their services again.

We recently got our bathroom completely redone and Mike has produced an excellent finish. Couldn’t be happier with the end result. Mike also arranged the plastering and tiling to be done so we didn’t have to sort that out ourselves. Contacted Michael about our gas fire that had a misbehaving pilot light. Would light and sometimes stay lit and other times just go out, even when fire was on shutting whole fire down, I thought from internet maybe the thermocouple. Michael was able to squeeze me in and within two minutes of looking at the fire suspected it was actually a blockage in the pilot light feed not the thermocouple. He then explained why to myself and his son and also happy to explain why the fire went out even when everything all lit due to the faulty pilot not heating the thermocouple properly. He and Callum then promptly laid out their ground sheets and started to disassembly the whole fire as pilot a pain to reach and clean. After cleaning some fluff and debris from the pilot assembly that was blocking the air inlet they reassembled completed repressure testing it and the gas supply as well as other required test such as flue etc before tidying up . They turned up on time and the price was very reasonable only just above initial quote due to the difficult nature of the fire and it requiring a full dismantle to remove and clean which meant they where here for 2hrs. At all times they where both polite friendly and easily approachable, would I use again hell yes :-)

I had problems with the kitchen tap and was recommended to Mike at Warm Again heating. He was brilliant. He discussed the issues with me, looked at the photos of the tap that I sent to him and researched possible solutions. He provided 3 alternative taps in a range of prices. Once I had selected tap he advised that he could not better the online price so we settled for me buying the replacement tap and him fitting the tap. He arrived at the agreed time, installed the tap and charged the agreed amount even though the fitting was a bit more tricky than first imagined. All in all an excellent service and I have no hesitation in recommending Warm Again Heating to anyone looking for a good, reliable and professional service. PS we discussed the use of a water softener when he was installing the tap and will most likely use Mike for this work in the New Year

Came and completed a full central heating installation in our home. The team were courteous and friendly. Mike and Callum were fantastic. They carried out lots of small plumbing jobs including installing an outside hot shower for showering down after the beach and a new Drayton Wiser digital thermostat system with digital thermostatic radiator valves. I have recommended them to friends and neighbours and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable plumber who does a good job and communicates well.

In the past 10 months these guys have installed a water softener system, fitted 8 new radiators and replaced kitchen sink and fitted a new gas hob. Reliable service and always advises what is needed rather than the most expensive new things. Highly recommended

Mike from Warm Again Heating was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly when he carried out a full heating system power flush for us. He had all the right equipment and the job was done with the minimum of disruption. Before he started, one radiator was cold/blocked and others were not heating properly. All radiators are now heating properly and the cost was reasonable and as quoted.

It’s rare these days to find someone with the care and diligence that Mike has to his work and customer service…Mike went way beyond what I would have expected from many other heating engineers to make sure he finished the job to the standard he requires….and a thoroughly good guy into the bargain.. Invited warm again heating for an estimate for a new boiler, power shower, and emersion element. The estimate was very good so we gave Mike the go ahead. The work carried out was excellent and he talked us through each stage of the work. We also had a radiator power flush and the heating is so much better now.
