Delta T Eco Heating Systems installed air source heat pumps for several customers, including one replacing an old gas boiler and another replacing electric storage heaters. Reviewers describe clear communication and helpful notifications, and one says the installation team explained everything and left the works clean and tidy each day. Another reviewer says their annual service went well and that the team were knowledgeable, friendly and on time. One customer reports that a Passive House build another firm could not fit was installed in just over a week, and another says the new system kept the house warm in cold spring weather. Charlie, Chester and Becci are named by one reviewer for outstanding service.

We used Delta T to install a heat pump in our house in March this year. This involved removing our old gas boiler and installing new plumbing and electrics. The experience could not have been better from start to finish. Charlie (Technical Director) was generous with advice and information and discussions with our local authority even before we had decided to go ahead with them, and all our questions were answered clearly and promptly. The team of plumbers and electrician who did the installation were a delight, and explained everything beautifully. They were with us for some time but were always considerate and left the works clean and orderly at the end of every day. Communications were always clear and helpful. We are absolutely delighted with the new system which kept us beautifully warm in cold Spring weather. We warmly recommend Delta Eco Heating systems.

Delta have just installed an Air Source Heat Pump in my property. Prior to this, I had just been let down by Octopus Energy who couldn't install the heat pump because the house is a special Passive House build. Delta stepped in and delivered way beyond my expectations. The challenges that blocked Octopus completely seemed like mild inconveniences for Chester and the team and my house went from being impossible to fit a heat pump to the most natural looking installation in just over a week. I'd highly recommend them to anyone wanting a heat pump installation done right.
