We moved to a property with underfloor heating and had no idea how to use it effectively. I contacted Matt Grange and an engineer visited, he fully explained the system, checked everything over, made a few adjustments. Another visit was arranged at a time to suite us to move a pipe to prevent damage to an outside wall. The team are very skilled professionals, with attention to detail. After an unexpected issue required a full boiler replacement, Matt’s team went above and beyond to install a new one—even working on a Saturday to ensure we were taken care of. Extremely bad service. Left with radiators blasting and no hot water now and reception was very rude on the phone and also insulted my.motber. After leaving all the windows open and a sleepless the receptionist refused an emergency call out to solve the problem This company installed the faulty boiler too.

We had an issue with our boiler and contacted Matt Grange's office. Maria, the office manager, was very helpful and arranged for an engineer to come to our property as soon as an engineer was available. Matt arrived on time, fixed the issue within the hour, and explained each process step. We were very happy with the overall experience and will use Matt Grange for future gas and heating needs and recommend to others.

Saffron has come out to fix my (very old and extremely temperamental) oil boiler on several occasions, and made an early visit this morning to come to my rescue, as I was without heating and hot water. Requested a quote for new boiler on Thursday morning. Matt arrived at 2pm as promised, after assessing our needs and agreeing the cost of replacement the new boiler and flue was installed and working by 5pm the next day All old material's taken away and site left clean and tidy by friendly professional installation team Chris,Tyler and Kerry. Two guys came to install hive this week at our property. Well priced, no hiden charges. They were very helpful and ensured it was completely set up on our phones prior to leaving. They were friendly and professional throughout. They quickly installed hive in two areas of the house. They also cleaned up after themselves, no mess left at all. We recently had a combination boiler heating system fitted by the Matt Grange team, and we are very pleased with the result. The whole experience was really easy for me from speaking to the office, Matt calling round to give us the quote and talking through our options, to the work itself. There was a fair bit of pipework and such like to be done too and it was completed in 2 days. Chris, Jimmy and another member of their team were friendly, professional and helpful. The stairs and landing area were vacuumed, and all waste taken away and tidied. I would recommend them to family and friends and definitely use again. 😊

We had a heating issue on Boxing Day, we left a message on 27 December 2021 and received a call back within a short time frame. Matt Grange was able to attend later that day and make a temporary repair to keep the heating system going. Matt attended again on 30 December with the new replacement part. We were kept informed and a good job was done. Matt Grange Ltd has done other work for us and they are always very professional. I highly recommend this company.

Matt Grange came highly recommended when we unexpectedly found ourselves in urgent need of a whole new heating system. At first it appeared they would be victims of their own success as initially they were unable to provide an installation date early enough to meet our needs but fortunately a cancellation occurred and we were offered that slot. The main installers were Sam and James who were 2 of the most hardworking and courteous young men we have ever employed in our home. Even though the job was not always straightforward nothing seemed to faze them and they continued to exhibit a very calm and professional approach the whole way through the job. A few days after they completed the work a problem came to light which was not of their making but both Matt and his team made several return visits at no extra cost to ensure that it was addressed to our complete satisfaction. At this point I should also mention and thank Maria in the office who fielded a lot of calls during this time arranging those follow up visits! I would not hesitate to use this company again or to recommend them to others.

Fantastic service! We were in a pickle just before Xmas as our boiler stopped producing hot water, so I went via checkatrade and found Matt and his team and after reading the reviews. They came in, assessed the situation, found the problem and even when a new issue arose on Christmas Day, Matt arrived Boxing day morning to assess the new problem, and then plan to fix all the issues which they did :) We are now problem free and it's all thanks to them! and now 4 years later, they are still our go to professionals!!

Recently converted from System to Combi boiler. Quick installation, work to good standard and professional. Price a bit above average & bit disappointed with trying to contact the office; phone never answered and poor customer service.

This is the second year we have used Matt Grange for our annual heating service after being recommended by a neighbour. Our service engineer Ceri was friendly and professional who worked in a clean and orderly manner. What a lovely young man. See you next year. Highly recommended, thankyou.

New oil boiler, hot water cylinder (re-sited) and loft tanks. First class job from start to finish. Converting from a 1980's oil boiler and heating system, retaining the old plumbing, radiators etc , so was apprehensive ! I was dreading the upheaval, the hidden nasty surprises and the challenges due to an old house, built like a battle ship with plumbing to match, including some lead. The new system is excellent-'does what it says on the tin ' ! Rads have never been so hot, we no longer run out of hot water (2 teenage daughters !) , it just 'works' ! And.........it won't pack up in the midwinter as the old one was threatening. All plumbing, electrical, oil and house structural challenges taken in Matt's , James', and Sam's stride . All cleared up at the end of every day and altogether a very tidy job on a daily basis and final result. Many thanks, i'm delighted with the work.

Called Matt's team on a Monday to get a long put off issue with my boiler fixed. Someone was out Wednesday to diagnose the problem. And part was ordered and repair carried out by Frida. Very quick, efficient and reasonably priced. Maria on the office was very friendly and helpful as we're both the engineers I dealt with.

As our boiler had gone the journey, we required a new one. We used Matt through the Worchester bosch website, and decided to go with his company due to positive reviews and the manner of the way they carried out the quotation. As promised they carried out the works, relocating the boiler from upstairs to the downstairs utility room. The engineers were professional and the works carried out with minimal fuss. Its refreshing to come across a company with such a high level of service from the initial quotation to the after sales follow up. Would highly recommend.

We were recommended Matt during the pandemic after our boiler failed. We have certainly not regretted our choice for his company to install a new boiler! He gave us really good and unbiased advice on the choice. The fitting was seamless and professionally done. We had a couple of hiccups after the installation ..not their fault but we were given first class service to resolve the issue. A year later we have had the annual service and experienced the same professionalism and service. The engineers have been friendly and approachable and we really felt we could trust them. Repiped a radiator that has not worked for years. Very professional, got straight to work, did not bother me, answered all my questions and the radiator works again. No mess, all cleaned up ! Have used Matt Grange before for boiler services, new boiler + radiators in 2020. Best company I have ever used and will continue to use. Always come back if any problems. We have used Matt Grange annually for several years (at least 6 or 7) to service our boiler and gas fire, and make any repairs needing attention. They were professional and quick to come out and the engineer was friendly and quick to identify the issue. However, there was an unexpected call out fee (which the 3 other companies we contacted don't charge and which we thought we'd enquired about with Matt Grange) and the quote for repair was significantly higher than what we paid with Baxi (I assume in part because Matt Grange appears to be partnered with Bosch).

After discovering a water leak in the airing cupboard I contacted Matt Grange and he responded that day and fixed the problem.

This company has just completed an upgrade on my central heating system. Matt is a lovely guy doing the pricing up and Chris and James who did the installation worked so hard to get the job done with the minimum disruption. They were clean, hard working and James did the housework. Had a slight problem afterwards but Maria in the office was on the ball and more than helpful. This company installed my new boiler in June 2019. I chose this company after researching others on the Internet i.e. Check a Trade and other such sites. They proved to be the best and they have maintained my boiler since installation. I have just had the second service and also my gas fire as well. Both were done very efficiently and thoroughly at a very reasonable cost. Having both appliances done on the same day saved me quite a lot of money. I will use there service again as I trust this company and would recommend without hesitation long may they continue.

Matt Grange was recommended to me by neighbours as a local reliable company to replace an ageing and faulty boiler. Matt Grange was one of 6 companies I had out to give me a quote. Not only were they the cheapest quote (not by much, however the cheapest nonetheless) they were also a company I immediately warmed to and felt like I was talking to a professional and trustworthy outfit. Matt came out to give me a quote and talked me through several options in relation to repairing my current boiler or replacing it and the pros and cons to each option. I decided to replace the boiler. Two engineers came out at 8.30 this morning and replaced the boiler, whilst working in the house they covered my carpets with dust sheets and even hoovered up after they completed the job. If there was a criticism of this company I would voice it however I can’t find one. Very happy customer. Would highly recommend Matt Grange ltd.

We had a very old boiler replaced and couldn’t be more pleased with the job the team have done. From arranging to visit and providing a timely quotation, answering our many queries to the installation (which proved a bit complicated due to the nature of the system) all have been done in a very professional and satisfactory way. Our oil boiler stopped working completely at the end of January. On phoning MattGrange they were able to send an engineer the following day - much quicker than a couple of other companies we phoned. The engineer arrived, quickly found the fault and repaired it. He was very professional and efficient. We shall definitely use MattGrange for all our future servicing, etc.

I was contacted extremely quickly after filling in the online enquiry. Matt came and gave me a quote the following day which was very competitive. He was very professional and thorough and answered all my questions regarding the new system to be installed. We did have a hot water tank so changing over to a condensing Combi boiler meant a lot of work taking out the old tanks and modifying the pipe work. Matt’s team arrived 2 weeks later and worked conscientiously throughout. The new boiler was installed and working in less than 2 days and we are over the moon with it. We have a smart meter which lets us know how much it is costing us in gas each day and we have gone from over £1 per day (just for hot water) to around 20p per day which is an amazing saving. I’m looking forward to seeing how much we save in the winter when the central heating is on too. A huge thank you to Matt and his team. Needless to say I would highly recommend.

We have used Matt Grange for servicing and repair work on our boiler for a couple of years and the service has always been excellent and prompt when we had a breakdown. They have now just replaced our boiler as it was showing its age with a new Worcester Bosch. Their communication is very good with quotes coming through quickly and any queries promptly replied to. Installation was done quickly and professionally by his staff and was finished by early afternoon. They left the boiler area very clean afterwards and clearly explained how it worked along with the controller. I would highly recommend them.

Matt gave me a very competitive price for replacing our dying Keston LPG boiler.Chris and Saffron arrived and observed social distancing protocols impeccably. They were always polite, good-humoured, worked extremely hard and with little if any mess. They would happily answer my queries in plain English and gave me an informative and clear tutorial on my boiler before they left. We were so impressed with the whole service. The secretarial response via phone or email is also polite and highly efficient. Overall 10/10 I would recommend them without reservation to anyone who desires value for money and a high quality professional service.

Boiler Installation was done on time without any issues. Great customer service, friendly engineers who cleared up after themselves and did a great handover to ensure I was happy with the job done and clear on using the new boiler etc. Highly recommend these guys.

Highly recommended, an excellent company to deal with. Matt was recommended by a friend. We had just moved in to the house and were having problems with the boiler and gas hob. Sam and his colleague arrived on time and found the problems. The boiler could be fixed which they did even though it took longer than anticipated. They explained every step so that we knew what was happening. The hob could not be saved due to corrosion and they then took the trouble to check all the other gas appliances so that we knew we were safe. I will not hesitate in using Matt and his team again.
