Absolutely fabulous. Nigel was so helpful and knowledgeable. They even fitted on a Sunday so I didn’t have to close my business down for a day. Excellent quality and competitive price, I had a few quotes but this company ended up the best price and I couldn’t imagine any better workmanship. 100% recommend them.

First-class service from start to finish! Nigel came to quote and three weeks later our split air conditioning system is in and operational. His installation was very tidy and he worked well with his electrician (Ant) who also did an excellent job. Our Midea system is fully Home Assistant compatible so we can set schedules and routines with ease. All communications were incredibly quick and professional and we are more than happy to recommend Earth NRG to anyone.

Wasted by time. Emailed with a request for a Aircon quote with full details of what I wanted. reply asking me to submit it via the site with the details I did that and 2 weeks later emails a Air to water heat pump system completely ignoring every detail i asked for. Total waste of my time.

Really can’t recommend this company enough. I had a fault with my heat pump which had been installed 6 years prior by a company who are no longer trading. We tried a few different companies to organise a repair - most of whom never responded or used it as an opportunity to try to upsell. Thank goodness we found Earth Nrg. They responded quickly and attempted a repair. It transpired that this wasn’t possible and so they returned shortly after to install a new unit. At every stage and with every contact I found them to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The heat pump now works better than it ever has. I’d never use a different company.

We would highly recommend this company to anyone considering having a heat pump installed. Ryan and Harvey are extremely knowledgeable in their field and are very good at assessing the needs of their clients and helped us every step of the way in our limited knowledge. During installation, Ryan, Harvey and their team worked efficiently and considerately to enable the least disruption.

The snow beat them on day one, but day two in they came, clean tidy, respectful. They had first floor flooring to lift and then move the new Heat Pump into position. They never left us without heating or hot water overnight and identified a flow problem which they rectified quickly. The heat pump is now fully installed and automated, loads of hot water, nice warm house and clearly cheaper than gas already.. I had 2 days when the sun popped out I heated the house and paid the over night charge from export. Its running at 350% efficiency, but Ryan sorted the schedules and since then I have fiddled with them to get the heating right around off peak tariffs. Well done Harvey, Ryan, and Cody for getting this all in and keeping us warm.

We have been in contact with these very kind, professional men who managed to sort an RHI problem that no one else was prepared to help with. They spent over an hour with us, and after many phone calls, and only asked for a google review in return. They now have the servicing. Many thanks.

We recently had an air source heat pump installed by Earth NRG ( via Heat Geeks), and we couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and maintained a clean work environment throughout the installation. They also impressed us by turning up on time, which is always appreciated. Earth NRG installed a heat pump system in my house. This included removing a kerosine boiler and hot water tank, installing a new Vaillant heat pump and controls, a new Joule unvented cylinder and 4 new radiators. The installers did a cracking good job and I was very impressed with their attitude and the quality of their work. I am impressed with the performance of the system, heating and hot water, it is quiet running and it doesn't wake me up in the morning like my old system did!

Harvey and Ryan did a fantastic job of installing our new heat pump. They took care of the BUS [Boiler Upgrade Scheme] application allowing us take advantage of the £7,500 government grant that is available. Minimal fuss, explained everything and left the place spotless afterwards taking all the rubbish away I cannot recommend them highly enough - Top lads!
