We recently moved into a new home, for us anyway. Recently (after our prolonged Summer weather/ warm temperatures) we finally needed to kick-start our heating system. However, having a heat pump and under-floor heating is a completely new experience for us and in many ways with umpteen individual room thermostats, a utility cupboard packed full of pipes, values, control panels and wiring - was quite daunting. Earlier on this week I did try to get things working, but it was evident something was not quite right. Through Co-Pilot i was suggested to approach Emerald, which I did yesterday. Fortunately I had taken many pictures of our system and was able to share with the folks there. Both Tessa and then Justin were great. Very attentive, keen to understand and help and quickly gave some clear and confident advice/ guidance. Am pleased to report that as soon as I returned home, I put into practice what had been proposed and can report that later on that evening both the living room and dining room/ kitchen were feeling toasty warm. So great support/ guidance with not having to rely on/ wait for an engineer to call etc etc. Given any issues again I certainly will feel very confident to approach Emerald again and would strongly recommend to any other customers with similar home heating arrangements! Emerald Green have been brilliant all the way through our process of installing an air source heat pump. From the very beginning with the initial assessment, the communication has been clear and concise. The installation was efficient and carried out by very knowledgeable engineers. Tessa in the office is always available to talk and answer questions which made the whole process very personal. We would highly recommend them.

Emerald Green have been very professional in the heat pump Install and the yearly service. I asked a load of questions on the install and all were answered fully. The team were knowledgeable and ensured everything worked well. 1 year on and the heat pump is working well even in sub zero temperatures. Cheaper to run than LPG too.
