PHD Plumbing Ltd

Jamie fitted our new bathroom and boiler, he was knowledgeable, professional and he and his team were punctual, and tidy throughout their work. Would highly recommend.

Had Jamie and lads round to modernise the outdated heating system in our new house. Great and polite crew, quality work, no fuss or mess. Would use again.

Didn't show for initial appointment. Sent late apology with no explanation. Second appointment, 45min late and still hasn't shown. No message or call offering apology or ETA. Not an organisation that aligns with my value system. Will not be recommending, more discouraging !!

Superb plumbing company who we have used a few times. Not too pricey and great engineers who know what they are doing and very pleasant people to have in your home.

Jamie and his team are responsive, reliable, great at coming up with solutions and their work is always top quality. They are always polite, respectful and efficient. We've been using Jamie and PHD Plumbing for over ten years across a vast range of jobs (and emergencies!). We'd never use anyone else.

We have been using Jamie and his team for several years. They are very knowledgeable, pleasant and reliable. New boiler installation and annual servicing, shower repair, tap replacements, electric shower fitting, gas fire decommissioned….Good to know we have a trustworthy talented team for whatever we need.

Jamie arrived at 8.30am and saved the day! We had no heating due to a broken circuit board. Jamie fixed it with a spare in the van and was efficient, friendly, tidy and resourceful; saving us money and bringing heat and happiness to our lockdown house. Can’t recommend highly enough. Great service from PHD Plumbing all round. Managed to come out to us within a couple of days of calling up, arrived at the agreed time and sorted a couple of issues we had very quickly. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future.

Quick and professional service. Explained all options fully and quote process smooth. Highly recommend.

Great service. Turned up on time to service our boiler, did a good job, very neat and tidy, good price. Even took the time to explain to my son how the boiler worked. Recommended

Jamie is good conscientious plumber who knows what he's doing and will support you after he's finished as well. He installed a complete smart heating system in my house - which I think was quite complicated - but it was done on time, to the quoted price, and it works very well. His quote was quite reasonable and clear. Personally, he is polite, personable and professional, as are his staff. I am just about to get him back for another job. He is not always great at answering calls and emails but that's normal for a busy tradesman. Just keep trying!

Waited two weeks for them to come. They never came, never returned my calls.
