Fantastic, reliable company, used for many years now, to install and service 5 boilers at different locations. Staff are always polite, on time, friendly and honest, You will not get a better service anywhere else.

Very happy with our work just before Christmas. They identified why it was cooler upstairs with certain issues in a few radiators and replumbed previous poor workmen ship. What a difference it has made. Very clean, tidy and thorough throughout. Would def recommend thankyou

I, and 2 other households in my family, have been customers of Prestantia for many years, having our annual central heating services and other work carried out by them.. Prestantia are always efficient and effective as well as being nice people to work with.

This Outfit has cost me hundreds of pounds to rectify the faulty work thay have done. They do not know what they are doing, after an on site survey I had to get the Manufacturer to highlight what they had missed... at additional expense. Their Incorrect settings have cost me hundreds of extra pounds, and could of caused a fire in my house,they try and hide behind their small print to avoid any liability. They take weeks to respond to any rectification call out. AVOID THIS SORRY OUTFIT!

I would highly recommend Prestantia. The whole team have been a pleasure to deal with. I have an old solar thermal system that can supply all of my hot water needs during the summer. I've had a frustrating and costly succession of untrustworthy service companies out in recent years that have left me with a hole in my pocket and, as it transpires, a poorly maintained system which recently stopped working altogether. Prestantia literally came to the rescue. Once the appropriate parts had been identified and ordered the very polite and knowledgeable service engineers competently repaired the system keeping me fully informed. They also advised any potential follow up work. I now have a system that is working better than it has in years. And due to the exceptional weather a constant supply of solar heated water.

VERY POOR SERVICE Enquired for a quotation nearly 2 months had site visit arranged after nearly a month from enquiry then told a month later after visit they couldn’t provide a quote 😂 What a joke of a company, avoid if you want to save time, and go elsewhere from the start.

Highly recommended company who was recommended to me by a friend. Great communication throughout which didn't happen before from other companies we have used. They did boiler Services on mine and my friends' houses today. Engineer Daniel was on time efficient and checked our gas meter for leaks, which no other company before them had ever done! Prestantia eco were assigned to rectify issues of an ashp system that they didn’t initially install but have dealt with and put right the problems that existed. Spoke with the owner Richard who was very friendly and helpful and also Tommy numerous times who was equally helpful. Josh the engineer who visited for the service was brilliant,knowledgeable and talked me through anything I needed answering as system unfamiliar to myself. As a business owner it’s important we use trusted contractors. We had an issue with another gas company trying to rip off one of our clients. Thankfully we managed to get Richard involved and the issue was resolved for a fraction of the other robbing gits costs. Quoting works that are just not necessary really boils by blood. Prestantia fitted an aftersales wifi gateway for our air source heat pump. Not an entirely straightforward fit given the existing installation but the engineer, Josh, was completely on top of it. Josh was professional, polite and took care to explain the new set up fully. Good company to deal with.

We had a new water heater fitted, it took a bit longer than expected. The main engineer Luqman did his job above and beyond what we expected. He was always polite and always explained anything we did not understand. This man is a star ,and a very valuable asset to this company. I would reccomend this company.

annual inspection of property. booked in for 3 days time but they came the same day as they had a cancellation. the engineer was on time polite and let me know as problems and the resolve for each issue. excellent service

Had a Boiler installed as mine packed up 3 months after property purchase ! Prestantia was recommended to me via a neighborhood forum. Extremely happy with the service , responsiveness and quality of work . The engineer was great . Tidied up after himself and did a sterling job. I had had so much conflicting information and found it difficult until I spoke to Richard . I had an Ariston Genus One boiler put in and such cool tech it all works from an app - so so happy I now have a lovely toasty home !
