AS Plumbing Heating Design Ltd

The team at AS Plumbing and Heating have been amazing from start to finish on our complete house renovation. From the initial chat where they clearly ran through all our options to fitting our whole house with underfloor heating and bathrooms. The team have been hard working, polite and helpful every step of the way.

New Multi Fuel Stove fitted by A S Plumbing. Great communications from Aidan and his team. After sending some photos and measurements via email to Aidan he told me what to buy. When it was delivered his team of 2 installers came round to fit it. Excellent installers no mess and great job. First time i have used this company and i highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing I couldn't recommend this company enough. Thank you Max you were brilliant. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Delighted with our new bathroom. Fantastic service, would highly recommend

Fitted a multi fuel inset log burner acr tenbury t550, with 904 150mm flue, very professional team of two, got it done in a day, no mess afterwards, really pleased. Helped with all my questions being the first time I had a log burner, managed to fit the inset burner into the same hole as existing gas fire marble surround. . Not the cheapest not the dearest, middle of the road price, but very qualified to do a hetas install, and happy with the price paid.

When searching for a reliable company to design and create a media wall & fit an electric fire for our spacious entertainment room , we turned to a recommendation from a friend who spoke highly of AS Plumbing. From my first conversation with their team, I was struck by their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Aiden, the owner, was exceptionally attentive and guided us through the design process . The AS Plumbing team arrived promptly and worked diligently to create our amazing media wall . Their attention to detail and craftsmanship were evident in every aspect of the installation and the results were simply stunning. The transformation of our large room into a stylish entertainment space surpassed our expectations. The team who carried out the project were absolute gents and they were a pleasure to work with. We are absolutely delighted with our media wall , which has become a focal point in our home. I wholeheartedly recommend AS Plumbing for their outstanding service and expertise; they truly exemplify what it means to be a brilliant company . Outstanding service , thanks again Ryan, Rufford

Quick and reliable Thankyou

Outstanding service. Fault diagnosed yesterday, new PCB / motherboard ordered and fitted today. Thank you AS Plumbing and Heating Design!

As professional as ever. The gas engineer was extremely pleasant, had the job done in no time with no mess. Price was what I call good value for money.

Excellent service very professional

Having previously used this company to refit a cloakroom to my satisfaction, I asked them to fit a shower-wall in my bathroom. In my e-mail enquiry I specified that it must be pure white. I was not at home when the shower-wall was fitted - and it isn't pure white. It is more of a very pale blue or lilac which does not look good next to a pure white wall. I contacted the company and Aidan came to have a look, and he saw the problem. He took no responsibility for the discrepancy but acknowledged my extreme dissatisfaction adding that it was not viable to replace with new panels because of the damage that would be incurred to the wall behind the panels. Liaison with me regarding the product prior to fitting was sadly lacking. I have received no apology. I am not happy. As far as managing customer expectations are concerned, I am very, very disappointed.

AS Plumbing Heating Design have been an absolute pleasure to deal with - the polar opposite to a lot of trades people who never return your calls or get back to you. They will respond immediately to phone calls or emails. I used them to service a tunnel gas fire and convert it to one way. They have done a top quality job. From the outset they responded straight away to my query and were great at offering advice and we corresponded with pictures of the job in question in order to come to a plan of action and therefore a more accurate quote on the price. They were very quick to fit me in and the engineers who came and did the job turned up early, were extremely professional, cracked on and did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They were very polite and friendly. They were also happy to look at other plumbing/heating problems i was having in the same visit. Overall, fantastic customer service, reliability and expertise. I shall not hesitate to use this company again for future heating and plumbing work.

Contacted the company regarding a job, was told I'd be called back. I had to call back three times, I even asked if they wanted the job as I didn't want to waste more time, was told I'd be called again. I wasn't and in fact they started ignoring/not answering my calls, wasted 3 weeks of my time. Sadly very typical for Blackpool, just rude.

Great work , nice staff reasonable prices

Fantastic experience. Promptly and professionally installed our new fireplace. Great service and very respectful workers. Buy your fireplace from The Fire Place Superstore (Past Times) and get it installed by Aidan Sloggetts team.
