Arrived back at our bungalow in Portrush on Friday, heating not working , phoned North Coast Heat Care. They said they could fit us in later in the afternoon, but arrived within the hour and got the problem sorted within half an hour and sorted another small plumbing problem as well. Delighted with the efficient, friendly service.

Richie is a gent, he has been servicing my gas appliances now for 4 years. I highly recommend him.

Great communication from inquiry and quote to completion of job and guarantee. Professional approach and manner of both Richie and his Electrician. From start to finish did an excellent job. Went above and beyond with the tidy up. Gave a great tour of the new system too. It comes with a guarantee and we can contact him if any issues, based on how this job was handled we have no doubt he will pick up. We would def use North Coast Heat Care again. A job like this is not one we wanted to be paying out for. However as it was necessary we wanted a speedy, high quality job done, that is what we got. It will likely last us the next 15-20 years. North Coast Heat Care and Rich were the best of the 5 my husband considered so if you don’t have time to assess 5 potential heating engineers, just pick up the phone to these guys.

First class experience with Richie and north coast heat care. We used North coast heat care to transfer from oil to gas, Richie was able to help advise us on any of our queries before we switched and the switchover itself was extremely efficient. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend North Coast Heat Care. When my oil burner started playing up, Ritchie came on time, told me what needed done, gave me a very competitive quote and then got it sorted. I no longer have any heating problems and all the radiators are working well. A very professional job.

We recently used North Coast Heat Care during our renovation in Portstewart to install a gas heating system, Kitchen / Utility plumbing and bathroom. The service was outstanding – efficient, professional and tidy. We’re delighted with the results and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable plumbing or heating work. I have a 25 year old static caravan that needed attention. Ritchie came for a visit and showed me that I had a hole in the pipes causing a leak. He replaced all the pipe work and the original boiler. Ritchie is easy to deal with, prompt, polite and clean. A true professional.

If I could give Ritchie a higher rating I would. I have never experienced service quite like it. He is the epitome of going the extra mile. I needed a completely new boiler, which no one wants to hear in December, but within an hour,I had a quote and an excellent time frame in which it was going to be sorted. He arrived to take the boiler away, dropped a minimal amount of rust on the road, not the driveway, and came back to clean the road. Those are the small details that a true professional sets themselves above anyone else. He will be fitting the new boiler tomorrow but I’m so confident in Ritchie’s brilliant abilities that I’m posting this now.I could not recommend him highly enough.

Ritchie arrived at my door at 7.30 am only hours after arriving home from holiday ,We had a new Replacement Gas Boiler installed ,If you want a totally professional company then look no further ,Filled out the warranty paperwork at the end and made sure we understood the new controls ,cleaned up everything and removed the old boiler etc .Would not hesitate to use this company or recommend them in the future .
