Went into Centre Heating to ask advice about a walk in shower installation for my parents. They were so knowledgeable, showing me what was possible and the different prices. They were even able to suggest an installer in North Dorset who could do the job. 6 weeks later my parents are thrilled with Mr Cook who bought the chosen materials from Centre Heating and installed the shower room.

The service we received from Justin at Centre Heating was second to none and we would throughly recommend them for any of your bathroom, plumbing or heating needs. Following a flood in our ensuite, we needed a complete refit to include a shower, toilet, basin, wall panels and flooring. We visited many of the local large bathroom stores and while they have lots of lovely set ups to look at, the service they offered was never particularly good and we were forever chasing them for the quotes they had promised they'd send over within a couple of days. Out bathroom fitter suggested we contact Justin at Centre Heating and we are so pleased we did. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Justin and he spends so much time not only showing us what is available, but also making recommendations based on his years of experience which we found to be very helpful. When it came to quoting, he would send the figures to us very promptly and if we ever changed our mind (which we did several times!!), Justin would always patiently talk us through the options and requote very quickly. When it came to finalising everything and placing the order, it was all very efficiently done and arrived in good time for the fitter to start the job. The pricing was very good compared to the other quotes we had received. All in all, we have been delighted with what this company has provided to us and especially the personalised service Justin gave us each time we either visited the shop or spoke with him on the phone.
After visiting the larger local bathroom chain stores, I called into Centre Heating where Justin was really helpful and I was able to get all I needed to refurbish my bathroom at a more reasonable than the larger stores. The quality seems absolutely fine, delivery was quick and I would recommend, if you need anything similar.
Well worth going here if you are looking to refurb. your bathroom. After spending ages online trying to source what we needed, I ended up writing a list and visited Centre Heating. Justin was so helpful and knowledgeable and gave recommendations and supplied the whole suite. Also do a selection of wall panels and flooring if required. Prices very competitive, much better for us to buy locally rather than stress about getting the wrong things or damaged stock delivered when ordering online. All worked brilliantly in conjunction with our plumber Marck Liggins too. Highly recommended.
Very helpful and a large selection of hard to find plumbing parts and accessories
A really good place to go for all your plumbing needs whether re-modelling a bathroom or just need a spare part. The team are really helpful without being pushy about choices. And on top of that the prices are extremely reasonable. I doubt you would find a better price
Gent in store on the counter was so incredibly helpful. Came in to find parts needed for plumbing in the kitchen. Was kindly explained what parts we’d need and how to fit everything. Amazing price, honestly just wanted to help us out, no pushy sales. Brilliant job, highly recommend!
