Great and professional service. They visited my place at the next day and fixed the boiler very quickly.

Scott in the office was friendly and helpful, nothing seemed like a problem. He got us booked in within a few days. Ali, the engineer, was also very pleasant when he attended our home. Carried out the boiler service and gave it the green light. He also advised about a possible issue, which may crop up within a year or so…. So big thumbs up to Ali for highlighting something before it comes a big problem. Big thanks from us!

I had a perfect, faultless experience dealing with this company. They arrived on time to do the site survey for installing ASHP, solar panels and battery storage. I got the proposal the next day and after some feedback from me I got a phone call from the owner pretty much straightaway where we talked through various options and why they recommended certain solutions. The revised proposal came back almost immediately. All questions were answered within and hour and I was given assistance with getting the grant from Home Energy Scotland. The installation was genuinely unbelievable. Old oil boiler removed, two radiators installed, Heat pump base built, heat pump installed at the other end of the house along with water cylinder, buffer tank, expansion vessels, all the pipework and valves, connecting up to the heating, and hot water, all lagged and insulated, control systems fitted. Scaffolding built, 18 solar panels, bird netting, inverter, two batteries installed, scaffolding removed, everything set up, working perfectly and the operation explained and the site left IMMACULATE. All in less than two days! And the work is beautiful - lovely joints, straight and parallel runs of cables and pipework. I deal with trades all day and I was expecting the work to take at least a week, but the standard of workmanship they achieved in the time they took made me genuinely speechless. 5 stars is not enough, 50 stars would be better!

From the initial consultation through to the final sign-off, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Excellent Power flushing and workmanship from Home Heating Services Connor and Archer came out to do the power flushing on my heating system. As usual the work from them was very impressive from the attention to detail and thorough , professional standards while doing this work. Very impressed to see such a high standard, so rare these days. Highly commendable and one cannot compliment these guys and the company enough. I will be using these for all future home heating work and on the back of this excellent job, signed up for the boiler service plan.

Have used Home Heating Services for years for our boiler service and never having any issues I approached them with regards possible solar panels and battery install. The team were friendly and informative throughout and never pressured me into anything. They came out within a day and produced a very handy survey and information documentation on what to expect from the system they recommended. Having looked over the figures we were happy to proceed. The team including the scaffolders, electricians and solar panel installers were prompt, friendly and did an amazingly tidy job and kept me informed throughout. They were in installed and away within 24 hours and the scaffolding was down the same day. All in an excellent service throughout. Highly recommended. 👍

Absolutely fantastic service. Came home from holiday to a broken boiler having had no hot water or heating for 10 days. No help from other companies and phoned this company at 4.15pm on the Friday afternoon and by 4pm the next day had new boiler installed and hot water and heat again. Outstanding service from Home Heating Services. Called Easter Monday to enquire about replacement of an old boiler in our house. Being Easter Monday, I wasn't expecting anyone to answer the phone - but they did - and they had a heating engineer at our house in Perth only 30 minutes later! Then a survey of our house for 60 mins, very professional, courteous etc - and then a quote in my inbox later that evening - all on Easter Monday. Work then started two days later and by the end of the week we had a brand new boiler installed and the old one removed - only four days after making initial contact. Also fair to say that the install was not an easy/sytraightforward job in an old house. The lads who did the install were first class. So having been a long-term customer with another Perth based plumbing/heating/electricity provider, we are now committed long-term customers of Home Heating Services. It feels like a scarcity nowadays to get customer service that meets your expectations and with value for money. These guys exceeded my expectations and then some. Thanks again to the team for a terrific job. Highly recommended.

Dave (Owner) was exceptionally helpful when I was renovating a property in central Perth, going above and beyond not only to help but also save me money. I had tried to get a resolution to a faulty aged boiler in a cottage in Perthshire. Two firms were exceptionally poor communicators and after 6-8’weeks no progress was made. Then seeing the reviews of HHS telephone and got an appointment on site a week later. The person listened to the problems, explained what was needed to completely replace the system which was our aim. His communication skills were excellent. The next day I received a detailed quotation which I accepted. 7 days later the 2 day installation was completed to an excellent standard. Even some extra work that needed doing. Now I will be on their service plan so no more worries. Highly recommend this company for excellent communication, excellent solution and delivering so well.

Had a new boiler installed by the team this week. Really simple and straightforward - I wish I’d reached out to them sooner. Nothing was a problem. From arranging the first visit, putting together a few different quotes, and moving ahead with the install just a few days after I’d settled on one, I can’t recommend them enough!

Friendly and efficient service at a very reasonable price.

I had 5 radiators that were not working. As the weather was freezing outside I needed to get this fixed as quickly as possible. I called Home Heating who came out to check our radiators. They found the problem were the old valve systems were blocked and were not working anymore, so they ordered new ones for me. Connor and Cole came out with the new parts and worked for a few hours fitting the new parts and getting all radiators working again. I found these young men very respectful, took off their shoes when entering our home, and cleaned up everyway they worked. I would honestly recommend this company to anyone in need of help. This is a trustworthy business with a high standard of workmanship and their pricing gives good value for money. Having found Home Heating Services I have no need to shop around. I’ve used them twice and have a boiler service plan with them. They’ve just installed me a new boiler following excellent tailored advice, and they did so really quickly. So quickly in fact the family barely noticed the downtime despite being in a cold snap!

We had to have a new hot water tank fitted to our property. Thanks to Andy and his team the job was completed in one day and fitted to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend Home Heating Services for the services they offer and will use them again for any other work that we might need.

Had a new boiler ( Worcester 8000 35 style ) fitted on 01/11/2024, by Paul, an Instalation Engineer from this Company, from start to finish the service was exceptional. Paul never stopped even for a cup of tea, he was polite, tidy, and his expertise was evident from start to finish, cleaning up and removing all evidence of the old boiler, and gave me a in depth tutorial on the boiler operation and programmer, A credit to your company. I was a little hesitant in using a Company that was 150 miles from my home, and usually use local tradesmen that I know, but rest assure my hesitation was ill founded, as stated above this company goes the extra mile and are one of the most professional I have ever used. And I will certainly use again for servicing and any other heating issues I have. So a big well done, you struggle in this day and age to find such a competent, and professional company.

I’ve used home heating for my annual boiler services for a couple of years and they have been fantastic but it was time to replace my nearly 30 year old boiler! I used home heating for this work as well as the installation of a new radiator. Gary and Conor did a fantastic job! My house is very old and not easy for the install of the new radiator but they made it work and I am so delighted with the outcome. Dave the director called me and gave me all the information I needed and could not have been more helpful - he also called to check everything was all okay after the work was done. I really cannot recommend this company enough. Great reliable service at very fair prices. Highly recommend!

We have been really delighted with the Service we received from Home Heating Services when having the boiler replaced last week. The company were easy to deal with and quickly responded to any queries we had. Spoke to David On the Friday, told him my predicament as the home survey was due the following Friday. He shifted his workload to accommodate us.The boiler was fitted by Wednesday prior to survey. I couldn't be happier with the installation. The guys were all very professional from start to finish. They didn't stop all day till the job was done and they tidied up afterwards. You would hardly know they@d been in the house. They took out all the old system and installed a new combi boiler. From the old boiler breaking down to the new system up and running was less than a week. What was most surprising was the cost. I don't think you could get a better price anywhere. All in all I would highly recommend this company

I booked a boiler service and on the visit the engineer found some issues with the boiler. Rather than pay to repair my 14 year old boiler I asked for some quotes to have a new boiler installed and within a week from my first contact I now have a fantastic new boiler. Paul and Alim arrived within 48 hours of us booking a major boiler change from a system to a combi boiler. They worked steadily for 12 hours to complete the job in a day as we had visitors arriving the next day. They were friendly, polite and, apart from a couple of coffee breaks, did not stop until they were finished. They even built a little platform to cover the pipes and make a firm base for a storage unit in the utility room where the boiler was located. Excellent. We are 2 very happy customers.

The gas engineers have always turned up when they say they will to fit in with my schedule. It's refreshing to deal with a company whose engineers really do phone you when they say they will! I rarely write reviews but I'm so pleased I found this company. Genuine old school service with someone competent and helpful who answers the phone within 1 minute every time and is polite and knowledgeable. I had a complicated arrangement for the engineer to get access to my home when no-one was available and nothing was too much trouble for them. It shouldn't be necessary to 5 star someone for just giving decent customer service but in this day and age of faceless global companies, this personal service is indeed a rarity and requires a full 5 star rating. I Phoned Home home heating services, when my Vaillant combi bolier displayed a fault reading. Home heating Services came out the same day, and fixed the problem with the spare part needed. Invoice and payment all sorted the same week. Excellent service. Couldn't recommend enough.

They were not the cheapest but from the time we asked for a quote they were the most professional.Scottish gas did not even look at our house set up, he started off talking money not the job. Home Heating Services engineer spent a lot of time checking our house etc. Since then we have had an emergency and they were out VERY quickly. Also the annual check is very efficient and reasonably prices. I cannot rate them highly enough. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

I had to contact Home heating services yesterday as had no hot water. Called mid morning and spoke to Sandra who advised she would try to get an engineer organised. I received a return call within minutes to advise the engineer would be with me in the afternoon. Absolutely fantastic! However I then received a call from Dave to advise that the problem would be a quick fix and would save me a call out. As I wasn’t home Dave suggested I call him when I got home and talk me through it. Called Dave just after 5 who took me through step by step and problem rectified! He also advised to keep a check and get back if any problems! I truly appreciate the support and attention provided by the team. Cannot recommend them all highly enough!

Replaced a 35 year boiler with a Baxi 830. The work was carried out principally by engineer Paul Leask and his apprentice Gary. Also on site was the electrician to wire the boiler and the roofers for resiting the chimney flue. The work was completed in a day to a very high standard by Paul and Gary together with the others on site. Would have no hesitation in recommending Home Heating Sevices.

Have used HHS before for our old property & all rentals as the work is carried out fast & efficiently by friendly engineers. We have recently moved Into an older building with zero heating & we got HHS in to install an entire new boiler & hanging very heavy designer radiators with a HIVE system and we could not be happier with the work/cost & service.

Dayle replaced a tap for us - a job I wasn't prepared to do myself since the complication of a boiling water tap and an outside shower meant a bit more pipework etc - he was prompt, called ahead of arrival, was clean and tidy, did the job quickly and explained what he'd done when he was done - honestly couldn't be happier! I needed a new boiler (LPG) and at first sight it was straightforward...old boiler and hot water tank out, new combi boiler in.... quote extremely competitive. Fast forward to changeover day and there were so many obstacles that Steven and his associate had to deal with...2.5 days later.....The new boiler is adorable, everything so neat and tidily finished. There was a little problem afterwards that was quickly and efficiently dealt with by David and his efficient team and this was what I found particularly impressive. Excellent service from Home Heating services Scotland from start to finish. Greg visited for a survey very quickly after initial enquiry was made. He was clear and concise on the best configuration for a conversion from an old gravity vented system. Whilst I was considering the quote our old boiler broke down on a weekend. Email sent to David the director late on a Sunday evening and he called back almost immediately that night and fixed up a an install date within the week. On the day Mark and David himself arrived at 7.30 AM and worked non stop through the day - old tanks, rubbish etc all removed and shiny new high flow Baxi Platinum+ Combi installed. The pipework is a piece of art in itself! During each step I was consulted and everything configured exactly the way I needed with helpful guidance provided. Everything tidied up as they went along. At the end of the install everything was explained - David was very patient with my numerous question. Richard the Electrician arrived next day morning to wire up a tricky Tado that is no mean feat. As before everything explained on how the install was done and all questions answered. No reservations recommending Home Heating Scotland. David's got an excellent team of the best engineers and tradesmen all working efficiently & professionally. The quality I was impressed with the most was the company's integrity. Home Heat Scotland could have easily had thousands of £'s more if they wanted as I'd originally seeked advice on an unvented install as well as replacing radiators through the house. Greg & David correctly advised that a combi would do just fine for my needs, there was no need in spending thousands more on an over spec'd configuration and likewise with the existing radiators.

My boiler packed up and I was put in touch with David. He gave me a cost to fit a new boiler that I was supplying and was able to squeeze in my installation in at short notice. Jack came on the day promised and worked solidly all day. The workmanship is excellent, really pleased with the end results. There were a couple of very minor snags and Jack came back and sorted them out which was great. Not every company comes back to fix minor issues so this is another tick in the positive column! I can certainly recommend Home Heating Services based on my experience. Very helpful, good quality work and I as happy with the cost I was given.

We had an issue with our boiler this morning that required an immediate repair. Called Home Heating Services having seen vans about town and they were extremely helpful and had someone with us in three hours. Ali identified the problem and had our boiler up and running in no time at all, and serviced it as well. He was friendly, observed COVID measures and went the extra mile to talk us through the issue. All very reassuring. Delighted with the price as well, and much better value than one of the major national firms. Delighted with the service and happy to recommend.

Ally carried out an full annual gas boiler check for my mother,, Julia Harvey on 22nd April. I'm her opinion, it was the best boiler check she has ever had! Ally checked all the gas lines and radiators and explained to my mum what he was doing and gave her advice on checks she could do herself. He was also v friendly and helpful during his visit, as well as being v professional. Highly recommended.

Gas fire renoved and supy capped John fitted my works in between his other jobs as I was requiring the gas fire to be removed 'urgently' as I was decorating. John arrived and completed the work in a timely manner. Jonn proved to be a very mannerable and capable gas engineer and I won't hesitate to use John again when the need arises.

Annual Service I had Stephen out to do my annual service. He was very polite, knowledgeable and adhered to all covid guidelines. He even called before arriving to go through some covid questions with me. I have had a radiator that wouldn't heat up fully for years and he also managed to fix this within minutes! Install of new boiler Just had my boiler installed by David and Jack. I am shielding however my boiler broke down last week. They used facetime to discuss my options and then my boiler was being installed the next day. They wore masks and gloves and stayed out of my way. They even cleaned up after themselves. I am really impressed and I have recommended them to my mother who is due to have her boiler replaced soon.

Full Gas Central heating and water installation having never had gas before. Dave gave valuable advice and guidance, clear and fair pricing and carried out all the work to a very high standard, on time and re-instated fittings etc... Recommend 10 out of 10.

After being let down by another company, a friend recommended David and his team. David came out within a couple of days and talked us through the job, giving lots of Invaluable advice. I got the quotation that evening and it beat 3 previous quotes from competitors. The following week, David and Ali carried out the work. The job was to renew my boiler from a boiler and tank system, and install a new combi boiler in a completely different location. (so a big job!) David and Ali arrived before 8am and had the job finished by 14.30 that afternoon!!!! (competitor quoted 2 days!) The workmanship was first class with no corners cut. The young man who came was an absolutely great ambassador for his company. we had a small problem but the company sorted it out at no extra cost.
