Steve from Premier carried out an annual service on our ATAG boiler. Professional and efficient and helped to identify a solution with low water pressure in our utility room. Great service.

I had the plumber round and was really pleased with the work — Steve phoned to say he was on his way, arrived on time, and clearly explained everything he was going to do. He checked my boiler, then the toilet (which had a small leak), let me know exactly what was needed, gave me a quote, then went and got the parts and fixed it. He left everything extremely neat and tidy. Thanks, Steve! I was so impressed that I took out the annual Premier membership. It's a real relief knowing I've got a plumber and electrician sorted whenever I need one, and that I'll get excellent service every time.

I have used Premier Heating for several years and have found the company to be very reliable, with a polite and knowledgeable workforce. Today engineer George arrived to service the boiler. He was on time and arrived with a warm smile and a big handshake. He appeared to work thoroughly through the work involved and answered any questions I had. 10 out of 10.

It is early days as our installation completed yesterday, but so far it looks to be a very good experience from start to finish. We had a new boiler installed, as well as a new cylinder and Hive system. The initial survey with Zach was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional, and the team of installers were also professional and friendly. On the final day, Shane completed the work and after commissioning the system, he was excellent at explaining how it all operated, including setting up the Hive for us. A nice tidy job and highly recommended; thank you.

Where to start with the fabulous service received! The communication has been clear and accurate and the company really responsive to our request to adjust the timetable of which part of the work to complete when. Reece and Reece managed the electrics in the heat working out how to work around our particular house construction. Then Ollie came up with the solutions needed to connect all the units together smoothly and managed the whole process really professionally even though we had other work going on at the same time, before Tom came for commissioning, clearing and talking us through how to operate it. Everyone on the job has been super friendly and helpful and incredibly hard working and we could not be happier with the end result. Thank you all so much.

These guys installed AC at our place in Oxfordshire just before the recent Jun 2026 heat wave. The team was kind, polite and professional. They did a good job and clearly cared not just about getting the word done but getting it done well. There were discussions amongst their team about not just the easiest way to fit things but what would also look the tidiest and be the least disruptive and so on. After install, while running the AC over the heat wave, there was a small issue with one unit and they sent someone out to check it out and fix it really quickly. Excellent service, good value and would recommend.

Andrew came to service my boiler. He was extremely professional and friendly. He explained simply what he was doing and answered all my questions. He also fetched the ladder for me to access the loft so I didn't need to carry it. Premier heating always give me good service. I would definitely recommend them.

We had an email saying that Premier could do other small jobs in addition to a boiler service- we had a simple tap replacement where we bought the tap (max 30 minutes work), and it cost £250 - excessive; recommend to avoid for the small jobs. Thankyou for the reply: however, this job was an add-on to an existing boiler service that we had already paid for- and so I would not have expected a separate call-out charge. The email from Premier Heating (‘did you know that we can also do smaller plumbing jobs’ etc etc) did not imply that there would be a separate call out fee or that the costs of ‘small jobs’ would be way more extortionate than a standard local plumber.

Always had fantastic service from Premier. Steve, the engineer that came today, was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Premier Heating were very efficient and repaired my central heating fault, the engineer had the required parts and completed the job without having to revisit. I was very happy with the service from Premier.

Andy is a great technician and is detail orientated. He’s customer friendly and his strength lies in diagnosing the root cause completely and resolving the issue. Andy always goes the extra mile and ensures that customer satisfaction and overall customer experience are key to service.

The staff on the ground in the vans are great and work hard. James was polite, a good worker and had great communication. Sadly the same cannot be said for the office operations. I had the (free) club membership after an install last year but still had to remind Premier of my service and had the appointment cancelled twice at short notice, once on the day of the job. I don't have the luxury of working from home so it became a real issue for me and is the reason I am no longer part of their boiler service plan.

Steve came out to sort out the problems we were having with our boiler. He was very knowledgeable, immediately identified the problems and had the required parts in his van. While he was here we spoke to him about the issues we had with the toilet. Although not called out for the toilet, he quickly sent a quote to fix both jobs to our landlord and was given the go ahead. Both our problems were fixed in one morning. We received excellent service from Steve who really went the extra mile for us.

Steve came to look at my shower. It took quite a long time for hot water to come through. After he checked it and adjusted a few things it is working so much better now.

Super clean, super professional and knowledgeable, went the extra mile, end to end service has been exceptional. Highly recommend.

A gas pipe was left exposed, approximately 12cm in length. Additionally, the old pipe was in poor condition. Having a gas pipe coming out of the kitchen floor poses a serious safety concern. I was repeatedly told that the old boiler had been isolated, but it clearly wasn't. The electric and gas was running. This has wasted the asbestos companies time, even they were totally shocked. I showed them your message where I was told it was isolated completely. The overall quality of the work was poor. Due to the delays caused by the asbestos issue, the team had to drill through my bedroom wall, and now I need to hire someone to plaster it as I cant do. The pipework was poorly done, and a live electric cable was left in the old airing cupboard. I am still in disbelief about this. Furthermore, the vertical radiator was placed on the wrong wall. While I understand from the gas engineer that it couldn’t go where I originally wanted it, this should have been communicated better. Had I known, I would have opted for a simpler, more cost-effective solution. One of the main reasons I chose your services was because you promised to complete the job before my surgery, which did not happen. The old boiler was not removed by their external contractors. As a result, I was left without a kitchen, and this delay impacted my plans, especially since I needed this work done due to my upcoming surgery. Which I had told them about. They did eventually removed the old boiler. Then I had to get them to remove the bathroom radiator as it was bigger then I had asked them to install. I had to get a new plumber to fit it at my own cost. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the service. And my neighbours told me that I was over charged by 2/3k Jo

Came on time and done a thorough service of my boiler and checked the whole heating system. Was here for over 2hrs which is about 3 times longer than the last service I had and gave me some free advice on a bit of plumbing work im planning on. All round nice bloke with good knowledge of my system and set up. Would not hesitate to recommend

I recently instructed PHS to assist me with a malfunctioning oil boiler. I had never used the company previously. My experience was one of outstanding service. The telephone clerks were kind and informative, a representative was made available promptly following request, and that representative (James) was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and extremely willing to boil (!) things down in a way I could comprehend and left me feeling far more informed about a complex set up that I had inherited from previous owners. He managed to fix the problem for us and was committed and can do throughout the service.

To the Premier Heating Team. I wanted to personally express my sincere thanks for the exceptional service I received throughout the recent work carried out at my home. The professionalism,timeliness and workmanship demonstrated by every engineer involved were truly outstanding. Across the different stages of the job each of the four engineers worked to an excellent standard and I was impressed by the consistency and attention to detail shown throughout. I would like to give special thanks to Michelle who did an excellent job sourcing a new hot water cylinder and arranging for an engineer to attend within just four days. Although the first cylinder unfortunately arrived damaged in transit, the way this issue was managed was exemplary. A quick decision was made to replace it and another engineer was arranged to complete the installation on Saturday, a level of responsiveness I greatly appreciated. I would like to commend Shane who arrived punctually on Saturday and worked with a clear commitment to " doing the job right the first time " His thorough checks and immediate rectification of the immersion leak by renewing the gasket, the time he took to explain the plumbing system and boiler operation were all greatly valued. He also remedied long standing issues with the Salamander shower pump, something even Salamander technical team could not identify the problem. They just sent me a new pump which I now don't need. I was so impressed with Shane's workmanship and professionalism that I asked him to give me a quote for changing some radiators. Once again thank you to the entire team for your excellent service, for someone who is currently not a member. I am extremely pleased with the results. Premier heating organised the boiler installation to my convenience and arranged a slot for the next day. Shane was great to work with, he turned up promptly and communicated throughout the installation. Shane took care to ensure that the finishings around the boiler remained aesthetically despite some changes needed to accomate the new boiler dimensions.

Steve found a gas leak in my boiler when servicing it. It was dealt with very efficiently within 48 hrs. He also repaired my underfloor heating. Very pleased with the work, would recommend anytime.

Premier did a good job, as usual, to get our loo working again. It was just over 24 hours from reporting the problem to having it sorted with a new part which had to be ordered. Andy replaced free of charge the ball valve which was damaged in the tricky process, and he even tightened our loo seat and cleaned up. Well pleased!

I just had a new boiler installed and what a stress free process that was! Everything was flawless from the first point of contact with Michelle on the phone, Zach’s comprehensive site survey the same afternoon, and an impressive Shane leading the install over an incredible two days. I had the pleasure of also having two very polite, patient, no-nonsense heating and plumbing engineers Brandon and Josh, despite my asking lots of questions during the fitting and commissioning. My existing boiler reached end of working-life on a Sunday, by the following Thursday I had a new boiler installed. I even introduced a curve-ball on the first morning by requesting a new vertical mounted radiator during the install. I wanted to specifically mention these names and make them all visible and give them the recognition they deserve.The working ethos of all involved was exemplary.

From the minute I contacted Premier Heating Systems I found their service first class, this ultimately started from a complete understanding what was required by Steve the surveyor. I was assured by his diagnosis and impressed with being able to quote before he left the property. It took just four days from Steve visiting the property to the plumbers completing what was a complex job, thanks to all including the back office staff who ensured everything went smoothly.

Carl came in to replace the water tank and some accessories. Came in early and was patient to answer all my questions. Also gave me lots of advice on the general upkeep of the system, my plumbing and the house too. Stayed until all the work was done and checked in the next day to make sure there’s no issues (offered to come fix things if there were any). Could not recommend enough!

I chose this company off Facebook, and I was not disappointed, in fact I can’t believe my luck, they have been amazing, I had a new gas boiler fitted and an Engineer named Brandon came, he worked solid for eight hours, I had to go out for an hour, and I knew my house was in safe hands, that is so comforting for a woman. I cannot recommend Brandon highly enough, everything was left spotless. Chris and George were brilliant, installed a new boiler with a considerable amount of pipework into an old property that has given us many issues in the past. Took only two days, very happy with the result.

I have used Premier Heating Solutions on a few occasions this year. They installed a new boiler for me and following this I have used them for other work. On each occasion they have come out the same day, explained the problem to me and provided a number of Solutions. I recieved a quote quickly and once accepted the work has been done quickly and professionally. My last problem a leaking tank was fixed within 4 hrs of my initial call. All of the engineers have been friendly, efficient and happy to explain every thing. I feel happy that I now have a really professional and friendly service that I can rely on. I would highly recommend them.

Andrew went above and beyond to get a replacement radiator valve and fit it for me which was very much appreciated in the rush before Christmas.

Reece was wonderful, he bent over backwards trying to assist in getting the heating working again with the (very) outdated heating system we (unfortunately) have. A great and reliable company who always get back to me quickly and resolve any problems. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

My experience with Premier Heating Solutions was truly terrible. They claim to be “professional,” but their work quality, punctuality, and even behavior—nothing was professional. First, they promised to come by 10 a.m. to check the heating system. But no one came, no call. When I called them myself, they were still rude and said, “The technician is on the way.” They finally arrived after noon! They came so late and didn’t even do the work properly. They didn’t check some parts properly—in fact, they tried to add extra charges by showing unnecessary work. After their work, the heating system was running worse than before. Despite repeated requests, they couldn’t solve the problem. What’s worse—even though the work was bad, they still charge the full amount! Even when I called customer care, the support is very bad, no empathy, just excuses. Simply put, Premier Heating Solutions is not reliable at all, has no time management, zero quality of work, and the worst customer service. If you want to waste your money, get them to do the work, otherwise stay away!ki

Chris and Stefan have done a brilliant job of the installation of a new boiler and replacing all the radiators in our property. Everything was left clean and tidy. Phil the sales representative was also very knowledgeable and was always very helpful with any questions we had. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Faultless service from Premier Heating Solutions from start to finish! Issues with an old oil combi boiler in our recently purchased Victorian cottage. Efficent appointment and communication handling in the office then within 2 working days, Zac and Scott came to check and confirmed it needed replacing (good bye holiday!) but were brilliant at explaining the options. They also realised of their own accord it was serious, as November and a long term illness with our boy, so within 2-days a full team arrived headed by Chris and Josh to remove, install and service the whole system in including refilling, bleeding and checking the 10 radiators. Chris was great at explaining how best to use the new system and keep it running efficiently. Cannot speak highly enough of them all, especially after some very bad experience with local cow boys. Highly recommended.

A very satisfactory experience all round. All Premier members of staff were polite and professional. Harley carried out the installation neatly and with minimal disruption. He communicated clearly and let us know when things changed. Harley protected flooring and cleaned up on completion. Harley is a credit Premier Heating.

We recently had a new boiler and hot water cylinder installed by Premier Heating Solutions and are very happy with the service provided. Everything ran smoothly from booking the initial visit to the final installation. Zach, who came to survey our property, was excellent. He explained everything clearly, was patient with our questions and promptly adjusted the quote when we later asked for changes. He was thorough and reassuring, open to discussing various options and focused on what suited us best rather than steering us towards any specific brand. We felt confident in the setup he recommended. The installation team, George, Harley and Tyler, were professional, tidy and considerate. They worked efficiently and left everything clean. With three installers on the job, the work was completed in just one day – other quotes had estimated it would take 2-3 days. This meant minimal disruption and having hot water back the same evening, which was important for us with a small child at home. Overall, the whole process was straightforward and stress-free. We’d highly recommend Premier Heating Solutions and plan to return to them for future projects.

We had an unexpected boiler failure two weeks back, naturally all these always occur over a weekend! Premier sent someone the same day, a Sunday, and identified a leaking boiler. The engineer made it safe and provided a recommendation and quote for a new boiler. No sales pitch. Within a few days a new boiler and also radiators valves were installed and system checked thoroughly. The whole house is well heated and we are very satisfied with the job done - timely and left clean at the end.

I wish I was able to give no stars but unfortunately this is not possible. I had a booked appointment cancelled twice the day before. When trying to call to resolve the issue no luck getting through on the phones. There is a lack of understanding of letting customers down. I just got a email sent with new dates to book in.

Chris and Ollie worked extremely hard on our very complicated cylinder removal and replacement. The job took 4.5 days which was longer than expected but Chris and Ollie worked very late several nights running to try to keep on track and keep us with hot water on overnight. Even on those late nights Chris was happy to explain exactly where the job was up to, what the next steps were and how long he thought each step would take. I never felt he was rushing out of the door even after a very long day. They were neat and tidy, polite, friendly and trustworthy and I felt safe with them in my home and comfortable leaving them in the house as well. The initial quote from Zach was very clearly laid out and competitively priced and did not change, except to add a few extra parts which had been discovered as faulty along the way. We had half been expecting this so we were okay with that. We were entitled to 10% off those parts as part of the Premier membership which came included for a year with our quote.

Avoid this company if you want a reliable and professional service. Totally incompetent and amateurish customer communication. Zero stars.

He carried out the boiler check quickly and efficiently, left the space tidy, was very polite, and fixed a longstanding issue with my hob which I thought was beyond fixing! Very impressed as always by Premier Heating and will continue to use their services, as I have done for many years now.

This company sent an engineer who said I needed a new hot water tank for about £5,000. I asked another plumber, and he found out the problem was much smaller - cost me £50. It’s an absolute disgrace that they tried to exploit me like this. I worry about all of the elderly and vulnerable people that fall for this tactic. Before you respond and say you ‘don’t have a record’ of this work, I can provide details.

The engineer was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly, including areas that could be improved in the future, which I really appreciated. What should improve is a bit more care when it came to respect property/cleaning, such as removing shoes or using protective covers indoors. Overall, a solid service with room for a small improvement.

We had asked for James to be the installer for our new Worcester Bosch oil-fired boiler as he impressed us so much with his knowledge and genuine good nature when he came to quote for the job. Both he and his assistant Tyller worked tirelessly for two days and completed the install in good time. Very impressed!

Brilliant from start to finish. Got an initial call within five minutes of placing an enquiry on Checkatrade. Zach came and gave us a quote explained everything really clearly with lots of different options. We weren't pressured at all to make a decision and once we finally decided Shane came today and fitted our boiler. He was absolutely brilliant explained how to use it nice and clearly I did an impeccable job of making sure everything was fitted Correctly and left the whole area where he's been working clean and tidy top bloke. Would hundred percent recommend the whole company.

Efficient to book however the service to our air source heat pump in Jan 2025 was not to the standard I had received elsewhere, the paperwork was for a standard boiler and so the pressure readings etc were not noted (and possibly not checked). Emailed to ask for clarification but received no response.

An all round great company to choose for your heating needs. After recently buying new house we wanted to update to a combi boiler and new radiators. The initial enquiry was responded to promptly and the lady on customer service was friendly and polite. We had a quote provided by Zack, he came to view the property and advised on suitable solutions which we found very helpful! We were happy with the price quoted and it was under what our surveyor has estimated which was a bonus! George and the second engineer (sorry I didn't catch their name) were prompt and gave regular updates as we could not be at the property while the work was being done. The work was delayed due to finding a gas leak which had to be resolved by the gas supplier. Premier still finished the job in 3 days. We did have an issue with our new plinth heater tripping the electrics and Premier sent an electrician to check the install. The heater is installed correctly the fault was caused by how the house consumer unit was wired! If your unsure who to choose you won't make a bad decision by picking Premier!

Needed to replace our boiler due to building an extension. I got in touch with premier heating to see if they could give me a quote. Zack came round to look at what work needed doing and advised on different options, talked me through the quote. The price quoted was very competitive and was able to start the installation the following week. We had two engineers (Harley and Tyler) who were very prompt, polite and respectful. They talked through the work and was extremely tidy throughout every stage of the install. We had the old system removed, tanks and pipework and the combi moved upstairs, all work was completed in 2 days and all rubbish taken away at the end of job. Premier Heating have been great to deal with from start to finish and would encourage anyone who needs a new boiler or boiler service to give them a call. Highly recommended.

I needed repairs on 2 issues, my boiler and toilet cistern. The toilet cistern was repaired immediately and with excellent advice by the engineer. The boiler needed (and may still need) a few visits, but the work and advice, so far, has been excellent and checks/repairs competently handled. It was by accident that I stumbled upon Premier Heating Solutions after a frustrating wait for British Gas. In the various communications and appointments I have been very ably and kindly assisted by Shane Gray, Brandon Richardson, Ollie Preston and Richard Callaway (and also once a lady called Helen (?), I think). The level of assistance, advice and actual work done, I believe, have been of the finest quality and standard. Also it has demonstrated that whoever attends an enquiry, they are all of equally high quality competence. Cost-wise Premier Heating Solutions are a bit higher than the providers I have previously used and including my decision to take up their Premier Club Membership. I have decided that their competence and reliability is trustworthy. That, so far, is worth my paying for, and of-course something I will always keep reviewing as I do with any professional service provider I use. I comfortably recommend this company to others.

AVOID – POOR DIAGNOSTICS AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. We called Premier Heating Solutions to restore heating, only to receive completely incorrect diagnoses. They blamed the gas meter and internal piping—both wrong—and basic industry-standard checks were never done. After spending thousands on unnecessary work, we discovered the issue was something simple that should have been identified from the start. Despite their engineer admitting fault, the company refused accountability and demanded payment in full, citing a blanket disclaimer. They even threatened debt collection. We were left without heating for weeks in winter, and Premier Heating Solutions showed no care or responsibility. If you value accurate assessments, professionalism, and fair treatment—look elsewhere.

Flawless experience from the first phone call to completion of work. They managed to get a plumber to us within a few days of the call (non-emergency). The issues were explained and three different options and quotes were given with no pressure to take one over the over. Chris arrived on time and carried out the work to the highest standard and was a pleasure to deal with. I will be using Premier for all work in future. Highly recommended!

The team at Premier Heating is great. Michelle was great on email, Zach who did a survey of our Boiler and Hot Water Cylinder was patient and sent a brilliant explainer video and Shane who carried out most of the work was very helpful in explaining how everything work and answered all my question.

Premier Heating Solutions were brilliant. Our old boiler was leaking and causing water pressures to drop. Calum came and did very thorough investigation to identify the leak free of charge. A week later George arrived and replaced the boiler with a new one and installer special filer and did a power flush to make sure the system will get lifetime warranty. George was very careful with the installation, respected the rules of the house ( we are shoe free house), tested the entire system and all of the radiators, and recycled the old boiler. We were very pleased with his knowledge and work.

I called Premier Heating on Saturday morning and they were with me within 30 min. After recognising that my existing boiler was likely to fail again due its age and condition, I decided that a new boiler was a better option, the boiler arrived on Tuesday morning as planned and Luke arrived on time as promised on Saturday. The new boiler was fitted and working before the end of the day. Luke and Oli were extremely professional and thorough in ensuring that everything was working and that they had cleaned up after themselves. The experience was extremely positive and I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Great job !

Sunday morning and my tenants called saying their heating was not working properly. I called Premier Heating Solutions and with 2 hours an expert heating engineer was at the property. He not only fixed the problem but gave the entire system a health check which was very reassuring. I was surprised that the engineer knew all about Air Source Heat Pumps, very impressive. Called Premier heating when I had a leak under the kitchen sink. Offered me an appointment for the following week but promised me a cancellation if one came up earlier. Rang me back an hour later, engineer on his way, he had finished early. Came to my home, gave me a fixed price quotation to change the kitchen tap over, and proceeded with the work that should have been simple and not taken that long, but ran into problems and took much longer. George my engineer was an absolute star, didn't give up with it, and was just amazing and went above and beyond to fix it for me. Still got charged the exact same amount as the quotation. Would recommend to anybody for excellent service and customer service in the office from Josie was fantastic too.

Harley, Kyle and Tom (sorry if i got the names wrong) all attended my multi year problem water cylinder who no private nor other companies like Homeserve could fix, they came in one day told me what others failed to in a matter of minutes (all for free!) as a duty of care and service. Within 2 weeks (due to my availability) new cylinder. No problems no mess absolute amazing job never felt more reassured and helped and their service is one of the best. Terrible service and dishonest tactics! I had an awful experience with this boiler company. My boiler broke down, and they claimed I needed an expensive power flush. Luckily, I had another engineer check it out, and it turns out all it needed was a simple valve change. To make matters worse, they left a danger note on my boiler. When I asked another professional, they said there was no reason for such a note to be placed. It feels like a blatant attempt to pressure me into getting unnecessary work done, which is a highly dishonest way to squeeze money out of customers. I'm cancelling all service agreements and will never use this company again. I would strongly advise others to avoid them if you value honest, reliable service.

Two weeks before moving house we lost hot water, they was able to assess the issue with the boiler, order the replacement part, and have it fitted within a couple of days (most of which was waiting for the new part). very professional, and well organised company.

They have a team of engineers and not a self employed individual and as such are able to offer faster appointments and have an administrative team answering phones to coordinate bookings. Competitive pricing and with the benefit of a company team provides a more professional service than one man band plumbers, who are inevitably always busy and unable to offer reliable timescales for jobs. I will use Premier again for my future boiler servicing and any other plumbing jobs needed.

New Boiler installation. We recently had a new boiler and associated pipework installed along with a full system power flush. Following a recommendation from a neighbour the process from start to finish was excellent and stress free. From the initial enquiry on line to a follow up conversation with Michelle in the office explaining what happens during our site visit. Zach was very informative and spent the time explaining the process from start to finish and accommodated our needs and various questions when we got the quote done at the house. On the first day of the installation both Harley and George worked very hard to get the system installed and up and running. Both were very professional and work conscious and left the home very clean. They were both very friendly and approachable. Second day of work which involved the system flush and completing the remaining installation was done by Chris who was again very professional , polite and knowledgeable. Credit to both George and Chris as we were made aware this was their first week with the company. Dealing with Premier Heating Solutions has been a joy from the start and we would highly recommend to anybody if anyone asked for recommendations on a company for a new boiler. I needed to have my 16 year old Worcester Bosch boiler replaced ready for the winter after looking on check a trade and websites decided to go with a local company with great reviews everything from start to finish went to plan the engineer's Kirk Scot and Lewis changed over the boiler to w/b 4000 combi and worked very hard and did a tidy job .I would recommend to anyone who needs a new boiler.Also thanks to office staff.

Hi Premier Heating Team, I just wanted to take the time and say a BIG thank you to Carl for the 2 days he spent here installing 8 radiators across the whole house. I mostly wanted to use Premier Heating because of Carl and how professional he acted. It that type of person when you start talking to them it's like you know them for years :) He kept me informed of any changes or anything that required to be looked at to make sure I was not in the dark at any time! Premier Heating Solutions installed a combi boiler and a water softener in my house in August 2022. They planned the job wrongly, took roughly 3 weeks to repair the outside wall of my house because they didn’t order the bricks in advance. The statics of the boiler job was awful, the boiler engineer this the low quality plastering after installing the boiler, they should have used a professional plasterer. Also, there leave a leak in the water softener that caused damage in our house kitchen cabinets. I would advise anyone to use this unprofessional company for anything!

I contacted Premier Heating when our water tank was overflowing through the external outlet pipe. The company responded to my call in a timely manner and sent Andy to fix it. He quickly identified the problem and replaced the broken float valve which rectified the problem. He arrived on time, was very tidy and thorough and checked everything was working afterwards, including our heating. Andy noticed that when he tried to turn the water off prior to fixing the overflowing tank, the stopcock inside the house was difficult to turn and was leaking slightly. He gave us a quote for replacing the stopcock which we accepted and he came back to do this job. As before, he arrived on time. In order to replace the internal stopcock, he had to turn off the mains water supply using the external stopcock outside the hose. This proved a mammoth task as it was deep underground and had become buried with soil. Andy painstakingly removed all the soil and eventually manage to locate the stopcock and turn the water off. I was very impressed by his perseverance and determination to get the job done. Premier Heating clearly believe in looking after their customers. We will certainly use them again.

Friendly and efficient service from the site visit to provide a quotation, through to installation and commissioning team for installation of a new oil boiler. Slightly over zealous attitude (by the accounts department) when chasing payment of an invoice less than one working day after completion of the work (especially as I had unresolved questions relating to the installation).

We have used Premier Heating Solutions for a number of jobs now and they have always provided a great service. In the recent works to replace radiator values and fix a leak, Carl was extremely friendly and professional. Then Carl installed some new pipework to repair a leak, always conscious to ensure the least disruption when tracing pipes and identifying solutions to problems as they became apparent. For the boiler installation, Tom, Carl and Scott provided an excellent service, quickly and efficiently replacing our old oil boiler. Overall, we are extremely happy with the work and service provided by Premier, would definitely recommend.

We needed our towel radiator in the bathroom replaced and the engineer that came was on time, listened to what we needed, was respectful of our property but more importantly a genuinely nice guy! He did great work and we are very happy!

I cannot thank or praise Carl highly enough. He phoned early to ask if an 8am - 8:30am arrival would be convenient and was here very shortly after 8am. He was incredibly polite and even brought his own coffee, meaning I didn’t get sent out by my wife for milk! I can’t fault his work, he has given us a working en-suite bathroom for the first time in nearly 2 years with shower water pressure that needs to be seen to be believed. He kept me updated throughout the time he was here and cleared up so well it’s as if he was never here. He was happy to answer all my questions and recommended solutions to a number of issues we have. Purchased a house that came with quite an annoying pile of problems with the heating system. After a few other companies tried, to no avail, to repair this and get us heating I found Premier who tirelessly troubleshooted the problem until they got us working again. Also decided to replace the boiler through them as well which they did very quickly, professionally and efficiently. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

My boiler was making some intermittent noises and a engineer came to have a look and said the one part needs to be replaced. Send me a qoute of 500£plus, I have accepted the qoute. Another engineer came on the scheduled day and sorted the issue. They have sent me £96 for diagnosis for the first visit and £500 for replacing a part, didn't knew diagnosis is part of the fix(I should start doing this in my business as wel). Service wise everything is fine, felt a bit expensive but did the job

Happy with the repair although an 'afternoon' appointment came at 6pm... not much point me taking the day off work to wait.... especially as no updates, I had to chase twice. The inital inspection was 15mins and £96 which felt steep. Looking back I should of questioned the bills quoted. £530 all in to replace a heat exchanger (took 20mins). Just had a quote back from baxi £370 all in, & my regular plumber who was busy £405. Happy with the work but nothing special/above and beyond to justify the extra cost. I recommend anyone looking here to shop around.

Great service thus far. Engineer (Steve) turned up first thing and identified the issue immediately once gaining access to the inner workings of the boiler. Had the replacement pieces in the van and was able to fix the problem within the space of an hour. Additionally offered us a boiler service as ours hadn't been done in a while which we gladly accepted and he completed in a timely manner. Gave us on-the-spot quotes throughout for work to be carried out and also for future work if needed (a radiator will need replacing at some point soon). To top it off, Steve was a real gentleman with a personable and highly professional nature. We now have a warm house for winter! Recommended.

Two guys turned up on time to install our new heating system boiler. They worked quietly (apart from the drilling walls,!) quickly and profesionally, leaving absolutely no mess behind them over the two days. They even had an extra person come to collect all their waste material and our old boiler. We cannot fault them and thoroughly recommend the Company.

From quote to installation the service was great. The quote was fully explained at the visit a fully detailed online after. Upon installation both guys James and Sam arrived early, explained what they were doing and were very friendly and efficient throughout the whole process. Rubbish!! Booked my first appointment with this company and was advised the appointment was between 7am and 1pm. I received regular emails about the booking, reminding me of it and to be sure to let them know if I need to cancel. I get up at 6.00am, having made arrangements to stay at home for the day, remove all the aesthetic housing and clear a works area. At nearly 10am I receive a call from Helen, "unfortunately your engineer is sick and won't be coming, I'd like to schedule another day" Really? No apology and the arrogant assumption I would like to have another let down like today is not the way to do business.

Premier Heating installed a new Worcester Bosch boiler for us. From the original site survey by Zach, to the installation by Callum, Premier were extremely professional and polite at all times. The work was completed promptly and to a high standard. As importantly, Callum was very neat and tidy - not easy when the boiler, and everything connected with it, was moved. Highly recommend.

Pump failure of my central heating system two weeks before Christmas meant Cold House and Immersion Heater . On arrival the project plan for the repair was outlined, Options appraised and work commenced. Pump replaced, Hive Heating re-connected and happiness ensued. Couldnt fault any aspect.

James and Harley did a great job installing a replacement heating system in our home, which was a challenging job. They even put up with our neurotic dogs constantly barking and growling at them. The only negative to the experience was that the builder PHS hired to brick up the old vent did half the job and then left, but James and Harley went above and beyond to make sure that we weren’t left with a hole in the wall, and ended up repairing it themselves. Very happy with their work!

Steve Barnes was very helpful regarding our underfloor heating issue. He was very knowledgeable about the system, isolated the problem very quickly and managed to fix it the same day with a new part. He explained what needed to be done, and was very polite. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

We had our gas boiler replaced by Premier Heating. Because we replaced a conventional boiler with a combi boiler they also removed the hot water cylinder from our airing cupboard and the water storage tank from our loft. Overall it was a high-quality job. They were super professional all the way through from quote to completion, and very responsive at all times. The guys that did the fitting, led by James, were punctual, friendly, polite and very hard working. They also did a decent job of cleaning up behind themselves. We had a gas fired warm air heating system which was only heating half of the rooms in the house. The house had no pipework in place and we have concrete floors in the downstairs area. It was a difficult job, to fit a combi boiler and radiators for a new central heating system in a completely furnished house. But the engineers were up to the task and worked incredibly hard. They were very accomodating, even when I made the wrong decision on the location of one of the radiators, and I asked them to move it slightly (to minimise the amount of visible pipework). Great online sytem for accepting quotes and booking appointments with the click of a button. Everything was great from quote to completion.

Having used Premier Heating to service my oil fired boiler for a number of years I am happy to recommend their services to anyone requiring honesty, reliability and punctuality and of course there friendliness.

Our first annual service for our Worcester Bosch gas boiler went very smoothly. Steve even looked at the gas fire problem and gave some good advice which we will follow up. We find that Premier Heating Solutions always give reliable service and would recommend for both oil and gas.

Replaced leaking kitchen tap. Not a difficult job but executed perfectly, quickly and for a sensible price.

James arrived on time to install a new boiler. He proved to be a most pleasant young man, extremely hard working and very knowledgeable. On the first day he and his apprentice worked from 0830 until 1730 with a very short break for lunch. When he left the new boiler was working and my wife and I were very pleased to be in a warm house for the night. The next day he arrived on his own this time at 0830. To put the finishing touches to the installation. Lagging for the pipes, checking all the radiators were working which took several hours to sort out. A fantastic job from a great company. Thankyou James and all at Premier Heating.

December: Since my review below in August, I've now used Premier three times. One as an emergency leak where they called quickly on a Sunday and the latest a few weeks back when Callum called to repair a broken toilet which had a broken flush, a leak at the bottom of the cistern and a valve that filled slower than a slug on valium. Instead of being a simple job, Callum found the huge cistern's screws had rusted into the wall, but instead of complaining and finding an opportunity ito charge more (which they never do, by the way, their quotes are set), he declared he 'liked a challenge" and set to work on overcoming the problem. His dedication matched the rest of the team. In short, their amazing customer service, workmanship and fair pricing are why I wouldn't go anywhere else. August: Premier Heating blow the theory that 'the cheapest isn't necessarily the best' out of the water. Following Zach's detailed survey, their quote was more than £1,000 cheaper than everyone else. If this makes you wonder if they'd cut corners, I couldn't have chosen a better or more committed company. This was a job and a half, removing an old storage heater set up complete with giant immersion tank and installing a new compact boiler and 10 radiators. But Bill and James were meticulous, considerate, and happy to answer - and importantly, ask - any questions from the very start. Bill's and James' attention to detail was second to none throughout the installation, in the siting and fitting of both radiators and pipes, and even ordering replacement radiators when the supplier brought radiators with the smallest of chips in the finish. This also isn't a company with engineers who think 10-3 is a working day. James and Bill arrived at 8.30 and worked hard for the entire day, sometimes not leaving until after 6pm, cleaning up after themselves every time. The guys took all our wishes into account even when it would've been easier for them to suggest something else. James was happy to accommodate a last-minute change when we decided a radiator would be better placed elsewhere, while Bill went above and beyond, even changing a pipe that was outside of the agreed job when he felt it would benefit us. The guys met every obstacle the house threw at them, getting past awkward joists, concrete floors and a loft that didn't always provide easy access - and even a (defunct) wasp's nest. They disposed of the entire old system, heaters, tank and any old fittings that went with them, and brought in an electrician to safely disable the old storage heater circuit Their customer care goes beyond the job in hand, with Bill pointing out a fault in our roof tiles that could have caused a lot of damage if he hadn't spotted it. In short, Premier supplied a first-class service for a third-class quote. I can't rate the guys or the company highly enough.

Zach's first question was to ask what we were looking to achieve and what our budget was. This put us at ease straightaway and the subsequent assessment he did of the house and what we would need was extremely accurate and professional. He took on board each of our suggestions but also steered us round erroneous ones. This was an installation into a fully furnished house where the previous warm air vent heating system had also to be removed. Again, arrival times and schedules sent each day by SMS and work completed by a truly fabulous team headed up by Denise, Sue and Zach. Engineer Callum and the three James showed total commitment and professionalism. Heating system now installed with Worcester Bosch boiler and Hive thermostat and its fabulous. Very professional business that installed our new boiler. the installation team were great and when there was a small problem with minor damage to some roof tiles because the scaffolding had damaged them they quickly organised repairs. May not be the cheapest but the level service and aftercare has been excellent and well worth paying for.

We hand a Boiler system fitted today. James, Rob and Luke all brilliant plumbers, very knowledgable and kept me up to date with everything going on. From original visit Phil was a pleasure to deal with and their quote came in cheapest and they knew what they were talking about.
