Paul has maintained our air source for years. Last year, he did not turn up because of a mistake he made with his calendar: I waited all day and then had to rearrange. This year, I WhatsApped, called, left a message and he did not even acknowledge nor respond to me. Sadly not reliable!

Paul services our Samsung every year , wed are really pleased with his work . His communication is fantastic he always responds in good time . Paul is polite and respectful in our home and a pleasure to have. We would definitely recommend and continue to use. Paul is available all year round and will help with emergency call out

Avoid Avoid Avoid Paid huge deposit for the installation of ASHP with cylinder been told regularly the cylinder is not available, through some digging managed to get to Pauls 1-2-1 and managed to sort out the cylinder within 2 weeks where we have been told 12 weeks. Constant lies, no customer service and will end up in court & complaints to MCS Do not get fooled by Paul and find a reliable installer who won't take you for a ride
