Plumb-Line installed a heat pump and a complete new heating and hot water system with new radiators. The team did an excellent installation job and were both friendly and very professional. New radiators were required in nearly every room and installed efficiently with great care so that no damage was done to the interior decoration. Everything was explained to me clearly.
Absolutely job Plumb -Line done for me, from the start I contacted the Vaillant to buy and install a heat pump because I heard are the best, and they sent me 3 companies for installation, and I saw Plumb Line had the best reviews, I contacted and I spoke with Adrian who came to my house for survey, he explained me all options and locations for installations, very clear , onest , profesional. My job in my opinion was very difficult because was very very small space to fit the water boiler around large 50 cm to 50 cm . Adrian found for my job the best materials from Vaillant to be fixed in that small space. And than installation week came Jason ( lovely gentleman engineer) who done this job more than perfect, was a challenge for him and for me because the space for boiler was very small and hard job to fix all in. But for us it s perfect because we do not have pipes on house , not demolition nothing. All job was in that wardrobe. All the pipes connected in boiler. And worked hard 4-5 days with another colleague and with electrician. They was amazing Jason can say was magic ✨. All clean, polite guys. 100% this company it's the best in East Midlands area. Adrian, Ollie, Mat and the team were amazing! They designed and installed a bespoke heating system for us, including an air-source heat pump paired with a warm-air exchanger, replacing our home's outdated warm-air heater. They are knowledgeable and extremely responsive. Highly recommend the team. The installation team were brilliant and very knowledgeable.
Plumb-Line did a fantastic job of my ASHP install last year and I asked them whether it would be possible for them to service the system as I was nervous of getting anyone else in. Even though they're based miles away from me, they arranged the service almost immediately! Sam came today and was polite, professional and completed the service without any problems. Sophie was great and kept in touch with me to let me know he was on his way. Once again, fantastic company I would recommend highly to anyone. Thanks Plumb-Line!! :-)

I would absolutely recommend these guys. They installed a heat pump this week (22-26/06/26 - the week that broke all temp records in UK) - they spent hours in our loft at 45 degrees+ with not a single complaint. The whole team, a small family run business, care about their staff, work colleagues & customers. Their work ethic was exemplary & I would use or recommend them again in a heartbeat - thank you Mark & crew 👏👏👏
New boiler fitted. Amazing service from the initial inspection as to what was required to complete the job. Would recommend as really impressed with the finish and attention to detail by the engineer who installed the boiler.
Our old back boiler heating system needed replacing with something more modern and efficient. Living in a rural village with no mains gas we contacted Plumb-line after having them strongly recommended to us. They helped us explore our options and in the end we decided on a heat pump with full installation of pipe work and radiators. They helped us secure through grant and from start to finish the team were thorough, very clean, friendly and professional. We are very pleased with the service and the end result.
Excellent experience. Selected them from a Which Trusted Traders website because they were Vaillant specialists. From making contact to installation was no more than a fortnight despite a bank holiday weekend intervening. Within a couple of days of my phoning they’d surveyed the job and a couple of days after that we had a quote. On accepting the quote on a Thursday they installed a new boiler and replaced two aging radiators on the following Monday. They did that in one working day with a team of three who were a pleasure to have in the house. I couldn’t be around when they left but they talked through the new system with my wife and came again to brief me the following morning. The work was excellent, the new digital boiler is a revelation after 25 years of the old one and despite bringing a mountain of equipment to do the job it wasn’t possible to see they’d been here. My wife and I were both impressed and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any prospective clients.

Made contact with Plumb Line firstly 7th January, finally after not replying a few times, they organise a visit 30th January. Contacted them the day before to check it's on, no answer. No show for the site visit. Now we've been left with no heating for another month.
Excellent job installing a new heat pump, hot water cylinder and 8 new radiators, plus all pipework and electrical connections. Dealt with the Government Grant and all procurement. Completed the planned work in less than 5 days. Very good price.
Adrian gave us lots of information about the different options available to us and was very patient! The team who fitted the valiant boiler were great, polite, respectful, professional and cleaned up perfectly after themselves. We have no hesitation recommending this company and will be using them for all of our future needs.

Just had Mitsubishi heat pump installed and absolutely delighted with the service from start to finish. From Adrian doing the initial survey to the office team sorting out the paperwork to the installers doing an excellent job putting the whole system in everyone was knowledgeable, courteous and just a pleasure to deal with. Very happy customer.

There were a few real ales available, including Timothy Taylor Landlord, and the pizzas are fresh made to order and very tasty.
