Very bad service. Unprofessional, slow to respond, and work was not done properly. Would not recommend EPH Services NI Ltd. Disappointing experience overall.
Call out when they said.got it going temporary but didn't turn the next day came back today's later ran maybe for hour then stop .did reply to any text's I sent on the Friday or the Saturday or the Monday sitting with no heat for 5 days out of 6 .took the money up front because I paid up front for the parts on the Wednesday trusting they will fix the problem.because there not answering the texts i am sending have to get another person who does oil burner to try and fix what problem the fault was.on Monday I had another plumber called out to fix the problem and he said the burner had blown up there was a loose wire .

Neil came out to visit me and asked me to monitor my system and message him with the results so we could go from there, I was pleased that he was able to come out so quickly and thought I’d maybe found someone actually helpful which is hard these days! However after monitoring my system, I messaged him 3 times over the space of a week with zero answer from him after this , just completely ignored. Poor for someone claiming to be reliable.
Terrible service. Contacted Neil two weeks ago regarding replacement oil tank, and followed up just to be ignored. Poor show
I found Neil via a group Facebook page, he responded quickly and professionally and to my surprise he was able to schedule the boiler service the following day! On receipt of his report, I was able to book in the work that was required and once again Neil scheduled my job promptly to ensure thst it met the deadline required. I would highly recommend EPH Services as a hassle free, efficient and professional company with 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service from first point of contact.
Great service, Neil was very reliable and extremely helpful. Will definitely use their services again.
