Serve-North Gas Plumbing & Heating Ltd

Our experience with serve north has been exceptional, professional and tidy! Tinaro and his team have been very efficient, very helpful and have worked to a very high standard to get our heating set up! Tinaro is very friendly, clean, neat and tidy and has been nothing but helpful during his time in our home. Any changes to our home during the process were always put back to the way it was found, including small areas of carpets. We are very happy with the service received from Tinaro and his team, we would highly recommend to anyone looking for the heating install, to go with serve north. Efficient, professional and friendly!

We required a new combi boiler. Tirano carried out a thorough survey and explained all the work required. This was followed by excellent professional workmanship We are delighted with our new Worcester Bosch boiler, and would highly recommend this company for any heating work required Lucy and Trevor

This company installed my new hot water cylinder with first class results. I recommend them to anyone needing first class engineering at a realistic price. Great job!

Our boiler stopped working on our return from Spain on 20th November. Although we had other quotations from other suppliers there appeared to be no urgency. Mr Mwedzi visited us on Thursday 24th and managed to provide us with a brand new boiler which he fitted on Saturday 26th November. This was a first class job very well done and in extremely short order. I would certainly recommend Mr Mwedzi as a reliable and excellent boiler engineer.

From the first contact, they have been outstanding. The job was a complete plumbing refurbishment - first and second fix for a 4 bed 2 bath house including central heating. Excellent communication, taking pride in their work, being tidy and ensuring that we were informed and happy at all stages of the project. Ultimately delivered on time and on budget, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Serve-North is a professional and impressive outfit. Tinaro works diligently, carefully and with great attention to detail. We have just completed a major house renovation on a 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom property and they have replaced the entire Central Heating and Hot Water systems as well as re-fit all sanitary and kitchen fittings. There were many moving parts with the project and we could always rely on Tinaro to complete his tasks on-time and with a smile on his face.

Amazing job . Really happy

Old boiler power flushed and radiators fitted. Quick response time and service delivery.

Given a really difficult job which turned out to be impossible to complete (involving 50 year old toilet). Took the time to come back and refit us a new one that same day. Reliable and professional finish.

I contacted Serve-North as we needed a plummer to help replace our faulty shower unit. I exchanged details over WhatsApp & set everything up in a short time. They arrived as agreed & completed the work quickly to a high standard. I would definitely use them for any future work at my home.

Full kitchen makeover. Great service. Would recommend.

Serve-north. Definitely the best go to! I rang up quite late at night thinking it will be too late for someone to come in, however within 20-30 minutes they were here. Very pleasant, friendly and professional. What I liked is that they talked us through what the issues potentially might be and gave advice on how we can avoid any future blockages.. Thank you for always showing up. Anytime I have had an issue - Serve-North are reliable. Definitely the best plumbing service in the north east (the only one I know and will continue to know)
