Complete Cooling Services Limited

Contacted 11 days ago for a quote on installing 6 AC units to my property, was initially informed that the Surveyor was on holiday and the earliest they could attend 03/07/2026. Agreed to the visit but whilst waiting I was engaging via email about quotes for different potential units based on the size of my property and the rooms that I required the installs into. Once I provided all the information required within 24 hours the emails went quiet. I followed up 3 days later requesting receipt of my email... no response, I assumed they were just busy as this was during the heatwave. Come to today, I had the assumption that the surveyor would be attending as per the email exchange however, this is clearly not the case.. I have emailed again asking if I can expect the surveyor to attend and no response.. This may be an isolated incident as, a lot of the reviews are very positive but, for someone who was going to be spending quite a large sum of money with them I feel this is quite poor. I will have to look at alternative companies which regrettably delays me even further with getting AC. Shame really.

Just had 3domestic air conditioners installed, From survey to competition everything was excellent . The two fitters were amazing, never made a spot of mess and when leaving at the end of the day you would not know that any work had been carried out. We are very pleased with our unit. Fitted superbly by the engineer. He explained what he was going to do and got on with it. He tested the unit upon completion and showed us the basics for operating it. Cleaned up and helped lift the furniture back. Fantastic 👍

I was completely satisfied and very happy with the installation. The two lads were very helpful and very professional in their work . They clean up after themselves and you didn't know that they had been after the work was completed

Complete Cooling Services Ltd comes highly recommended. As I had not utilised their services before, I was uncertain about what to expect when we experienced a server issue due to a failing air conditioning unit. However, they promptly dispatched an engineer, quickly ordered replacement units, and their team worked diligently into the evening to complete the job. I am extremely satisfied with the level of service provided by this company.

The team at Complete Cooling Services were great. Right from the original Business Development conversation to the install and commissioning the team were courteous and polite. They were approachable and reasonable when we asked to make slight tweaks and they all turned up on time! They all worked late on the final day to finish the job to fit into my schedule and the areas where they had been working were left spotless. The team took real pride in their work. We would just like to say how pleased we were with the supply and fitting of the air conditioning unit that Steve and James fitted on Monday, it was very professionally done and could not wish for a better job. We would have no hesitation in recommending Complete Cooling Services Ltd.

We have experience excellent support from Complete cooling services in recent weeks. Case in point was a 14kW Daikin twin split that wouldn't heat properly - especially when outside ambient temperatures were <5 degrees C. Other A/C companies had attempted a repair, however unsuccessful and offered a solution of a £15k+ investment to replace the system 'given it was 10 years old'. Complete Cooling services demonstrated a steadfast, enthusiastic & logical approach in resolving the issue. After 3 visits and a few hundred pounds of parts, repaired the unit for about £1500 all told - Happy Days!

My parents initially used Complete Cooling for servicing their air con unit and they were that happy with the service that they recommended them to me when I wanted air con installing in my new house. I had a unit installed a few months ago, it wasn't the simplest of installs due to the location of the room and sloping ceilings but they clearly explained my options. Every person from office staff to installers have been lovely. I personally hate sales tactics and games but there was none of that with this company. I also asked them to replace a faulty unit at my workplace that hadn't been installed to the best standards. They did this and tidied up the pipework etc making the office look alot more professional and neat. I wouldn't use any other company now and would highly recommend them.
