A real find. The best company I have come across for a long time. The team are superb. Ben, the owner, is brilliant and gave us such confidence when we met him. Rupal in the office is a real character and along with Taylor exuded real professionalism with deep knowledge. Jack who installed our air-conditioning obviously knew his job very well and along with Harrison did a great job. I cannot commend them enough - a real joy to deal with which is such a rarity these days. And Labour are doing their best to put them out of business!! They won't succeed. So good to know I have a local quality company for all my heating and cooling needs.

this shop no return policy at all. Just bought a tap they recommended the tap it should fit and not even warned the customer if it doesn’t fit you cannot return it! Its expensive the ind they recommended as well cannot tell straight away the manufacturers warranty immediately! I am asking why no return policy is bot even use only one day we bought it! as not suitable size at all to my sink!
We had experienced good service from Jack. The pipes under kitchen sink leaking problem fixed efficiently. He maintained clean and tidy of the area all the way through. Emergency combi boiler fix! Our boiler died after a power cut in the middle of winter, I called Virtue, having used them in the past, and they didn’t disappoint. Within a couple of hours they had someone to my house, diagnosed the issue and recommended the best solution. Within a couple of days the new boiler had been ordered and fitted professionally by Jack, who I must say was a great guy, very professional and efficient. I highly recommend Virtue Heating and Cooling, I will call on them in the future, for sure.

New boiler was installed with 2 days of booking and installed really efficiently. They even came out within a hour of my call the next day because the heating was not coming on. They instantly identified the fault as a valve that was not related to the boiler. 1st class service, these guys really care.
Jack came to do an annual service my boiler. He was meticulous, made sure everything was left clean. He bled the Radiators and cleaned out the filter at the same time. Very happy with the service, enough to recommend him to a relative.

Yesterday Dave & Lewis fitted a new boiler & fittings all in a day. They were very professional & left everything clean & tidy.
I have know Ben for several years and he has always provided me with an excellent service with reasonable prices and expertise. Virtue Heating & Cooling have replaced my boiler, installed underfloor heating and Nest thermostats and managed all the heating and cooling in my property. Whenever I have questions or any issues, they are there to support and have a friendly chat with. I could not recommend them more highly.

What a great group of guys. I've had the virtue guys out for a few different jobs from small leaky taps to boiler repairs and underfloor heating. These guys know their stuff. I dealt directly with Ben on the phone and they were able to pin point the issue and were prepared with the solution on arrival with a fair price I'd say for their skill! Would definitely recommend these guys whenever asked!
I was having issues with my heating having to wear multiple jumpers just to stay warm a number of different plumbers, come out and only temporarily fix the problem after a recommendation from my friend, I tried Virtue Heating and Cooling from the start a very professional service and got out to me very quickly. The person who arrived was very experience and definitely knew his stuff My heating was better than it was before now I can sit on my sofa in my shorts 😀would definitely recommend.
