Proctor plumbing and heating Ltd installed a boiler at short notice for one customer whose elderly mother had no hot water, and the customer said the work was done in a few hours and was excellent value for money. A different customer said Joe came when he said he would and was polite, quick and professional while servicing a boiler, and that he had previously installed their boiler and new gas and water pipes on schedule and to a high standard. Another customer reported that the firm supplied and installed the plumbing and heating system, including an air source heat pump, on a new build in Heaton Mersey, Stockport, and was very pleased with the quality of work and attention to detail.

Installed the boiler at very short notice as my mother is in her 80s and had no hot water. He and his colleague Scott were friendly patient and very efficient and completed the installation in a few hours. Excellent service and value for money. This is the second time the family have used the company to install boilers and they would be out first choice in future.

Joe came when he said he would. We needed the boiler to be serviced after a problem with our water supply. He was polite, quick and professional. Joe had also previously installed our boiler, as well as new gas and water pipes, all done on schedule and to a high standard. I would recommend him to anyone. He’s a proper grafter and he cares about doing a good job and making sure the customer is happy with his work.
