Placed an order with this company, after waiting a few days it never turned up. Contacted the company who then strung me along for a while before saying it will not be delivered for over 3 weeks. They do not stock all products so they have little control over when it will be delivered. This disruption caused me to have to delay an installation, when I asked for a small discount for the disruption they simply said no. Cancelled the order and placed it with another supplier who was even cheaper. Strongly recommend you do not use this supplier as they can not be relied on, will not communicate anything to you. I will not be using again.

Excellent service. Parts ordered 10.30am Monday arrived from Belgium 2pm Tuesday. Now that's service, rare today. Cannot praise highly enough.

They sent me faulty parts and ignored my messages. I returned the item and still haven’t received my refund. They don’t reply to emails and don’t keep their promises. Very poor service. Please return my money.

I ordered 2pcs of the same thing but they delivered them separately in different day making me shocked when I received only one. Plus…I clicked for instruction but it wasn’t inside the box. I had to call them AGAIN, only to be told that I can access it online. So why do they give me the choice?

Very poor, wrong parts supplied, but charge for higher value goods. When I enquired as to why, I was informed that the manufacturer no longer supplied that part, but had supplied a new alternative. Spoke with manufacturer who said this was not true and original condensate pumps still in production. Also 10 condensate pumps supplied that are not what I had asked for.
