Used this company for a combi boiler swap. We had problems with the pressure in the loft but thanks to Colin who problem solved the issue and got to the bottom of things, he completed the installation and it is all working fine now. Fast, efficient, friendly service with all the old boiler taken away. Highly recommend.

Used Harrison for a gas safety check for the first time and I was very impressed. He did an amazing job, checked everything thoroughly, and took the time to explain what he was doing and answer any questions I had. Had a new Hotpoint gas hob installed to replace an old one that did not work. Service was excellent and the price was competitive with all the safety features explained and gas tested prior to installation. Friendly service and job done in a very timely manner and turned up at the specified appointment time. I strongly recommend using Harrison E. Excellent Service! I called Collin to look at my Vaillant boiler, and he came out the same day, which was already impressive. He first replaced the pressure sensor, but when it turned out that wasn’t the issue, he didn’t charge me for the pressure sensor. It was a faulty PCB, he replaced it and the boiler has been working perfectly. Collin is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain everything he was doing in a clear way. It’s rare to find someone so honest and dedicated to getting the job done right. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone needing boiler repairs.

Colin came out and priced up a replacement boiler for us after our old one conked out. He was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable in his craft and did a great job with very little notice. He's even helped us months afterwards when we thought were having issues with our heating, he came out straight away, only to help us realise that we'd accidentally turned off the gas main ourselves. WHOOPS. Great guy, great craftsmanship, would highly recommend him to anyone!

Colin was able to recommend a couple of boiler options for a new installation & continues to service our boiler. He provided a competitive quote. Carried out the work quickly, and sorted out a small issue efficiently that developed afterwards. It's massive refreshing to have someone who's honest, reliable, responsive and friendly. During the course of a porch extension we discovered a protruding gas pipe, that not only looked unsightly but was dangerously hanging mid air! Colin very efficiently moved the pipe to a more suitable and safer position, saving the build from looking hideous. He’s prompt, punctual and very affordable. We can’t recommend him enough. We had our boiler serviced this this morning by Colin. He was punctuctal, professional, and explained everything he did. He gave some good advice and we now feel reassured that everything is working as it should.

Colin arranged to come and see my mums faulty boiler,( no heating or hot water) on Sunday morning. What he quoted for an emergency call out and repair was very reasonable and yet his final bill was cheaper. He not only repaired the boiler but took the time to explain to both my mum and I what had gone wrong. He is coming back this week to do a full service & install a thermostat (yet another good price). He was very punctual, clean & tidy and we will be keeping his number handy and would highly recommend him to all.5 Stars all round.

Fixed my old cranky boiler and then fitted me a brand new one, did an ace job both times!

Brilliant service, arrived on time at the end of his workday, diagnosed my boiler fault and fixed within 30 minutes. Great price too.

We had a new boiler clock put in and during the process we had a whole slew of other issues discovered. Not least was that our boiler hadn't been serviced properly and had a leak! Our engineer was kind, friendly, and didn't charge us a penny more to fix the lot! They refit the clock, changed a faulty PCB and fixed a leak with another new part, and no extra charge. I haven't come across any service like it from any tradesmen I've ever had, and I'm deeply appreciative. Thanks so much and will definitely be coming back in future.

Have been worrying about the high pressure on our combi boiler. Used google map to find out the nearest boiler service in my area. Read quite a few reviews on different service providers but Harrison E Jones Heating stands out. Rang Colin and it was easy to arrange an appointment. Came in earlier than expected. Very polite and straight forward. Went in and did all his checks but he can’t believe what was a bigger issue was the fumes (carbon monoxide) was being blown inside the house so that’s fix! All in all great service and charges a fair price! Will recommend to all my friends. Can’t thank Colin enough.

I had a problem with my heating boiler and I had what I can only describe as a cowboy from a recommended site on google who charged me £200 for what I thought was a small problem I paid him but after he left the problem was still there. I called him back and then he wanted another £200 because he found something else, I said I would have to think about it ,as I'm 79 he must have thought he could make a few bob from me. I then contacted Colin at Harrison E Jones he took one look and said give me the phone number of the other fitter and rang him, within half an hour the cowboy came back and paid me my money back and apologised. Colin corrected the fault and the cost was much less, Colin has since fitted a gas cooker for me. So I highly recommend Harrison E Jones for a professional job at a reasonable price. Thanks Colin

I phoned late this afternoon with a fairly urgent request for help. As luck would have it, Colin was only a few hundred yards away driving to another job. I had fitted a new electric oven (under counter) and I slightly bent the thin copper gas supply pipe to the hob above. Worried about gas safety I was relieved that Colin was kind enough to immediately pop in and he did a thorough check for a gas leak there and then (including removing the oven to check under the hob). I can't recommend him highly enough.
