Brilliant service from Karl, he came out to diagnose pressure loss from my heating system and quickly found the issue and identified the part that needed replaced, he then came back promptly to fix the leak and tested the system. He is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable and thorough, not to mention very good at keeping you informed when he will come which is a rare thing these days! 100% recommended!

Excellent service from start to finish. I needed a Gas Safe certificate, and they responded promptly to my initial enquiry. Not only did they complete the job efficiently, but they also took the time to provide highly helpful advice regarding my system. Reliable, knowledgeable, and professional—I will definitely use them again.
sub contracted a job out to a 3rd party(TheBoilerManLtd) who he is wholely responsible for as my contract was with Astral, left the job unfinished with parts to be fitted, but the job was paid in full on the day. full boiler new boiler cost, not a few quid. full of false promises of call backs and fixing the issue. its several months, so has had plenty of time to rectify the issue. note, when this posts up on your reviews Karl, there isnt much point complaining. you live 3 miles away.

Our boiler was playing up and we were freezing, Karl came out that evening within a few hours of us calling him and made everything work again by replacing one small part, his knowledge and expertise has saved us a sleepless night and a ton of worry as we had visions of having to replace the whole boiler! Don't know who else would come out at such short notice and at night. Great guy and good craic as well 😊
"Brilliant service from start to finish!" I honestly can’t recommend Karl at Astral Heating enough! After two failed attempts from others to sort out my oil boiler, Karl was my last hope—and he didn’t disappoint. He quickly figured out the problem and came out the very next day to fix it. My boiler is over 15 years old, and when another part went wrong not long after, Karl was there again, the same day I called! He’s also been an absolute gem with advice over the phone whenever I’ve had issues with my heating. He’s professional, reliable, and just an all-round pleasure to deal with.
