One reviewer said P M Plumbing and Heating Services Ltd was well priced and helpful when it serviced their boiler, and advised them to replace a part for free under the manufacturer's warranty. The same reviewer later reported being unable to book a service despite contacting the company many times, and said only late-notice appointments were offered, which did not suit full-time work.
This company serviced my boiler last year and we're both well priced and helpful advising me to replace a part for free as it was still under manufacture warranty. This year however I have been unable to get a service despite contacting the company numerous times. They will only offer me late notice appointments which are unsuitable as I work full time and I have been unable to book a time which suits me.
