Exceptional. 5 stars not enough. Not only was their workmanship exemplary but how they conducted their business from the office aspect, to the planning and consultancy, to the overcoming of many challenges, to checking everything was completed perfectly, to the perfect state the house was returned to before leaving the job. Excellent work!!!!

Just recently switched over from oil heating to gas and had my roof space insulated, all done by McGaffin Mechanical. The whole process was seamless, from day one when Peter came out to do his survey right through to gas installation day, completed by Adam and his team. Despite so much needing done the disruption was minimal (I work from home and was able to do this even with all the work going on). The boys were all really friendly, so efficient and tidy, cleaning up after themselves as they went along. So glad I made the decision to switch to gas and that I chose McGaffin Mechancial to take care of it for me, I would give them 10 out of 10 if I could

Surpassed expectations from initial quote through to job completion. Phone, mail & in-person Comms were all friendly & informative. Went from an old oil heating system to state of the art gas(with hive)inside 8 hours! Speed(5/5) Quality(5/5) Customer service(5/5)

Recently had Peter from McgmGaffins Mechanical call out to assess my home for gas heating, he talked me through the process and answered my questions. This week I had my 30yr+ oil heating sytem changed to gas by Adam and his team from McGaffins Mechanical. Arrived at arranged time and straight to work removing my over 30 year old oil system. They have done a brilliant job, and cleaned up as they went. Took the time to explain everything to get me going with the new gas system. McGaffins even applied for building control on my behalf, leaving me to only have to book the inspection. Definitely would recommend chatting to McGaffins if your interested in changing or upgrading your heating system. Thanks for a great job!!

First class job, well done. Very efficient and friendly workers. Highly recommended.

Very obliding young man and knew what he was doing

On time , no mess , everything done .No fuss at all.

Excellent job, very clean and tidy. Thank you

Had Mcgaffin mechanical out to replace my old oil system to gas My old gas system was air filled and radiators constantly needed drained . I was expecting the whole process to be a hassle and honestly was dreading the mess Well it was quite the opposite! Staff are so professional and cleaned and tidied as they went Light hearted and friendly staff Started at eight everything was done by five pm all in one day Superb totally delighted!

Had a service done by Mathew. He was absolutely fantastic. Very very helpful and took time to explain everything. Would not use a different company.

Excellent job, professional and hardworking team, impressive to get so much done in one day and everything cleared away, a stress free move from oil to gas! Many thanks

Recent conversion from oil to gas. Excellent company to deal with from the initial process talking through what we needed to the actual day of change. Staff arrived promptly and knew exactly what was to happen, very knowledgeable staff and were happy to talk through any concerns or queries. Staff were very mannerly and worked steadily throughout the day to ensure that the job was completed. Early start but job was finished in time for us to eat dinner in comfort with heat in rooms where there wasn’t heat before. All old parts of heating removed and taken away. Very neat and tidy job.

McGaffin Mechanical installed gas in our home. Matthew was very polite and knowledgeable and the team who did the work were very efficient, clean, and did a great job. Communication was excellent from start to finish with Stuart in the office, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Excellent work.

Matthew and Stuart at MM have been excellent throughout recent interactions regarding boiler servicing and solar panels installation. All communication has been clear and helpful, with easy and straightforward advice and guidance. I'll be back!

Very happy with the excellent professional job. Wanted to convert our 3-bed detached home from oil to gas with a gas cooker. The team did a great job in good time. I would like to thank Matthew for explaining everything patiently whenever there was any confusion. Highly recommended!

Just had my gas installed . A great team of friendly helpful and genuinely helpful people. From the initial visit everything was fast professional and efficient. Pricing done on the spot for a quote . Arrived when they said and completed everything in the time they said they would. The team of fitters were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful with nothing being any problem. They take care of everything and leave it neat as tidy . I would recommend them to anyone think of any plumbing needs . They would have got more than the 5 stars if there had been an option .

5 stars are not enough for this company! In todays very cold weather Matt McGaffin made a early call in the icey conditions, after I rang him at 6am , with a large burst pipes . I was on my way to community nhs calls ! Matt give me instructions what to do . Allowing me to leave , he stepped in and sorted the problem so fast . Thank you so very much for everything. P.s sorry for the early call and the ceiling !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND McGaffin Mechanical.
