The heating engineer Claudui was very nice. He was very thorough with the pre work prep, ensuring every surface was protected before removing the old boiler. I wouldn't hesitate to employ the services of 360 Heating Engineers Ltd., the engineer worked with precision and an extremely good knowledge of the work required to complete the job to a high standard. My new boiler is fully functioning and I am so very happy that this is done.

Turned up after a phone call stating time he would arrive. Claudiu treated my home with respect and care. Explained what he was doing when servicing my boiler and answered any questions I had. As well as a service Claudiu went round all my radiators to make sure there were working correctly. One wasn’t so he replaced the valve at no extra charge to myself. I would highly recommend Claudiu for any boiler/heating services or issues. A really nice honest man, who will not rip you off!

Claudiu came out to us, initially to service our boiler. He picked up some problems with our boiler and then came back to fix them later that night. What a really lovely fella, very professional and reasonable prices. He talked us through the problems and all of his work he'd done, taking photos before and after, emailing them to us. We've never had that kind of service before! I would highly recommend 360 Heating Engineers and we'll certainly be using them again. Keep up the excellent work Claudiu, you're one in a million!!

I recently had a new combi boiler installed and the service was excellent from start to finish. The engineer was punctual, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about modern heating systems. The installation was completed to a high standard, with neat pipework, proper system flushing, and all safety checks carried out thoroughly. I appreciated the clear communication throughout the job — everything was explained in simple terms, including how the new boiler operates and how to get the best efficiency from it. The workspace was kept tidy, and all old parts and packaging were removed after the job. The engineer also completed the Benchmark documentation and provided all the necessary certification without needing to be chased. It’s reassuring to see work done properly, safely, and in line with Gas Safe standards. Overall, a reliable and skilled professional. I’m very happy with the installation and would confidently recommend them for any boiler or heating work.

Professional installation of two gas hobs. The work was done efficiently, and all my questions were answered. Upon completion, I received a certificate via email. The price was reasonable for the work performed.

I called Claudiu on Tuesday after my old Ferroli boiler broke down completely. No heating, no hot water, and two kids at home. He told me he was away but could help on Friday. On Friday morning we spoke again and he said he’d come after 8pm. He arrived around 10pm and worked through the night until 4am to get the boiler running. He replaced several parts, including the main pump and the water pressure switch, and the most impressive thing was that he had everything in his van, ready to go. No delays, no excuses, just straight to work. You don’t see many engineers with this level of dedication, especially at that hour. Claudiu saved us from another freezing weekend and I’m genuinely thankful for his effort and professionalism. I highly recommend Claudiu and 360 Heating Engineer Limited. Reliable, skilled, and truly committed.

I called Claudiu on a Saturday as we had a leaking gas pipe in a fireplace which was being removed. He diverted from a non urgent job to resolve. He was very professional, showing me his ID on arrival. He identified the problem, capped off the pipe and carried out a pressure test within half an hour of arriving. He explained everything he was doing and was very thorough, which was reassuring considering it was the first time I'd used him. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thanks Claudiu.

Brilliant experience. We had a recurrent boiler issue that other engineers were unable to find the fault with. Claudiu came and identified the problem within minutes. Parts were ordered and fitted 2 days later. Professional, kind and very helpful.

Claudiu came out to check a possible leak in my central heating system. Nice polite chap. Called 30 minutes before arriving. Was Respectful of my property and put on shoe covers. He bled all the radiators, checked the boiler and used thermal imaging to check for possible leaks. Very helpful. Explained things clearly and has put my mind at ease. Thanks Claudiu. Very impressed with service provided a few of my radiators stopped working , contacted 360 heating engineers and they turned up early in the morning. Claudiu took his time to test everything and identified issue rectified it and double checked everything and ensured we had heating before he left.
