Ryan has done a great job replacing a shower barrel, replacing parts in the toilet to get it back working properly and fitting a Hive system as well as offering advice with minor leaks on another shower. Ryan was very reliable, came out to see the job within a couple of days then provided a very reasonable quote and carried out the work asap. Definitely recommend Ryan and will use again for plumbing or heating issues.

Ryan was fast and professional, attending a slight leak in our new house. He attended immediately and found the cause of concern, returning at a later date to complete the full repair. Had an emergency over the weekend and had no gas, so no hot water. Luckily, Ryan was able to come out first thing on Sunday morning, find the cause of the gas leak and cap the fire so we can get the gas turned back on. Really grateful for his help, would definitely recommend.

Had an issue with my central heating system and contacted Ryan by his web page contact form and he replied the next day and made an appointment to come out a couple of days later prior to his booked jobs. Ryan came out and quickly identified a possible fault and stated he would return with the part in a couple of days. True to his word Ryan came back with the part when he said he would and within an hour had removed the faulty part and fitted the new one. I have had no issues since and cannot rate Ryan highly enough for the speed of service and professionalism.

Ryan came and inspected my boiler for a suspected failed expansion vessel, listened to the symptoms, and was able to conclude a replacement vessel was necessary. I booked a service, expansion vessel and pressure relief valve replacement, was given a ball park estimate when I asked for it, and then the formal quote came in on the low end of the ball park. Absolutely flawless work, went above and beyond to fix a broken condensate pipe and tighten an existing connection. I'm really happy with his work, and I'll be happy for him to come back and service the boiler again next year! Thanks Ryan!

I needed a Hive system fitted to my LPG boiler. I contacted a number of companies who either didn’t respond to my messages or weren’t interested in helping. I had seen R W Yuile’s van and when I contacted them, Ryan couldn’t have been more helpful. He made an appointment for the next week and arrived at the appointed time. He completed the task, leaving everything neat and tidy and made sure the system was working to my satisfaction. His invoice was also very reasonable.

Ryan has shown that there are trustworthy boiler engineers out there, who do their job well. After a bad experience by another company Ryan fixed my issue. There is definitely something to be said about using local tradesmen and not signing up for homecare agreements with big companies, that have the prime objective of looking for loop holes to get more money off you. Ryan originally came to do a boiler service for me. When he was carrying this out he noticed some safety issues with my boiler that were caused by a substandard installation from a different heating engineer. He explained it all really clearly and gave me a quote to fix. He then attended at a later date to sort the issues. I am now much happier that my family aren’t living in a house with a potentially dangerous boiler. Full credit to Ryan, he was friendly, punctual, tidy and reasonably priced. Ryan replaced the boiler at my mother's. Very straightforward to deal with from the very start. Provided a competive quote and clearly explained the boiler options and the job he would do. Did a great job with the new boiler install and even sorted out pipework and power supply issues from prior installation. Gas pressure into house was below spec and Ryan arranged for Scottish Gas Networks to come out and sort it. My mother is very pleased with her new install. Fantastic service from Ryan. Serviced my boiler and identified a leak at the meter. He phoned Scottish Gas Networks to report the leak as this is part of their network and not my property. SGN were out within an hour and replaced the meter. Ryan came back later on to turn the gas back on and ensure the gas supply to my property was fine. Would highly recommend.

Ryan performed a much needed central heating chemical flush on our oil boiler. He brought all chemicals required and had the old dirty water flushed and replaced and inhibitor added in a few hours, greatly improving the performance of our heating in time for winter.

He advised me of all options available and together we decided on the best system for the house. He accurately calculated the required heat output & measurements for custom radiators. Installation was extensive with access points being created to allow a new efficient pipeline system. Contacted Ryan after seeing local reviews My 87 year old mother urgently required a new shower to be fitted as she was unable to move the controls on the old one On becoming aware of the urgency Ryan attended and fitted a new shower for her The work was excellent and he later called to make sure she was able to use it properly which was much appreciated Later contacted Ryan regarding a leak in my kitchen sink and he again attended promptly and fixed the problem within hours A well mannered and professional man who is a credit to his occupation Highly recommend by our family

Great experience with Ryan. Had a boiler leak, sent him a few photos and he knew what the problem was. In and out in half an hour, he didn’t need to leave and order parts etc. Great price and knew what he was doing. Thanks again for your help!

Had an issue with the water pressure in our showers and Ryan was recommended by a friend - and I am very glad he was! He was able to come out quickly and managed to resolved the issues within 30 mins - with extremely fair rates. Definitely 5 star service and will use again in the future.

Would highly recommend RW Yuile! Never had such a fantastic service. He did everything he could to get our new boiler and all the extra work he offered finished within a day so we weren’t left without heating. There was an issue with the boiler (through no fault of his own). We fully expected to be waiting a while on the manufacturer but he spent his Sunday making sure they had someone to us Monday. He came back, did his checks and even sorted out our radiators since we are clueless! He also did all this for half the price of a previous quote for just the boiler being fitted! Top guy, friendly, full of knowledge and goes out his way for his customers.

We required a new boiler in which R W Yuile supplied and fitted. Would highly recommend them as their work they carried out was great. No mess, arrived when they said they would and ensured we were aware of how to use the new boiler. Nothing was a problem and Ryan always happy to assist with any queries we had.
