Neo is a very responsible, patient and detailed gas engineer who delivers excellent service to customers. He helped me with a routine boiler check as well as an emergency service a couple of months ago. I was glad to have his prompt response for solving the emergency situation of serious leakage of a radiator a few months ago.
Neo is very helpful and offered very useful information in sorting out boiler issues. Recommended👍🏻

Very professional , on time, he did great job thank you so much
Neo did boiler service for us today, including gas hob check and radiator check. For every step, he explained clearly what it was and gave us assurance that the boiler would still work properly based on the data that he had collected. He also checked the carbon monoxide alarm and reminded us that the replacement is due soon. Neo is friendly and knowledgeable. We are happy to have him back next year.
