Yearly service on time at agreed date. Aways notified in advance when service is due. Great service by expert staff. Always available if and when needed.

We used APW to install a new boiler 12 months ago. The quality of the installation was exemplary and the engineers were very professional and skillful in their work. I have recently had my boiler serviced and, again, the work was carried out in an efficient manner. Any questions I had were answered with the minimum of fuss. in summary, APW provided a first class service. APW serviced my boiler again this year. The work was carried out with their usual efficiency and professionalism.

APW Services have been servicing and repairing our central heating system since 2017. They have consistently demonstrated an extremely professional approach and extensive knowledge. On top of that they offer a friendly approach and are happy to explain faults and provide options to rectify them. Response to phone calls and emails is excellent as is the booking process, they always turn up at the designated date and time. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend APW. We had our boiler service a few weeks ago and Ben noticed our downstairs thermostat wasn't working. He came back to replace it yesterday for what should have been a quick and easy job, but ended up having to fix a whole host of problems that the previous owners of the house had left us (and only charged us the original quote for the new thermostat). He explained everything so well and is a lovely guy. Very grateful for his expertise and will absolutely be going back to APW in the future.

APW have serviced our gas boiler for many years. As a result, it's still working perfectly two and a half decades after we bought the house! They're professional, highly reliable and excellent value. We thoroughly recommend them.

We needed an emergency callout three days before Christmas. Adam managed to provide a temporary fix so we had heating and hot water over the holidays (thank you!). Since our boiler was old, Ben and Adam have since replaced it and upgraded our entire heating system. The work done is top notch with minimum disruption, despite being a difficult refit. We started using APW in 2021 for a major boiler replacement issue and have been with them since. Last week we found out about a gas leak in our hob and they sorted it out very quickly. Highly recommend them.

So my central heating stopped working on Dec 19 got the company who fitted it out on Dec21 changed lots of components in it still no good. came back on dec24 still not working so got In touch with APW came up with a plan to renew and replace the boiler and lots of pipework and am very happy with the work they have done. All cleaned up and working great now . Don't bother looking around just get these guys out So happy now.

we have used APW for a couple of years now, and continue to be impressed at their professionalism, and excellent service. They are prompt, courteous, and do a great job, and we always feel that their charges are reasonable and appropriate. Previously, we had a terrible experience with someone who charged high prices, and didn't carry out the work correctly, resulting in a costly (and time consuming to get repaired) damage, which ultimately rendered our boiler not just broken but unfixable. We intend to continue using APW as our plumber to the exclusion of other services, going forward. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very efficient service. The repairs carried out on our underfloor heating manifold was quite difficult due to access to the manifold, this phase the engineers they were very competant and friendly. The repair estimate was aheared to.

We have had APW looking after our boiler and gas fire for many years and when we needed to upgrade to a new boiler they provided an excellent installation service, incuding upgrading to new Nest thermostats. I cannot speak highly enough about this company. APW have completed three jobs for me in the last couple of years which have always been done to a very high standard. Recently I had an issue needing a new cooker hob fitting which other engineers had messed me around with. APW did the job quickly and very neatly for which I am very grateful.

August 2022 (SP) - APW services have repaired my heating system over many years. Yet again, Adam did a brilliant job sorting out the latest problem. Would highly recommend.

Attactched boiler flume to neighbours wall, causing massive noise disturbance to them. Ignored calls and messages from my wife after installing for months. Very stressful still unresolved 8 months later

Made an appointment and gave full details of the boiler. They sent an engineer out, who had never seen this boiler, even though it was 6 years old. The engineer had only been qualified for 9 months and he didn't know what he was doing, so he had to call his colleagues. Another guy came to assist him thankfully. By now had lost confidence that we were getting a good service for the boiler. They were going to return to do extra work, but when we called to get an appointment, the company was a bit sharp on the phone. We have had someone else to sort out the other problem, who actually knew what he was doing
