They were incredibly helpful from the start, turned up when they said they would, and sorted the issue quickly and professionally. On top of that, their pricing was actually cheaper than the previous company I had contacted, which was a really pleasant surprise. We have had the team over twice since moving into our new property for two different leaks and both times they have been incredibly efficient and professional. Their reception team are always really on the ball, too. The fact that they follow up on leaks a few days after their team has visited was a really lovely touch, too. I have used Boiler Cert for a number of years now. They give excellent customer service, are polite, friendly and above all, quick to respond.

My former estate agents used Boilercert and they were absolutely useless. Someone came round to fix my heated towel rail as it was broken, but said they’d replace it anyway, and ended up replacing it with one that didn’t work - a complete waste of time as the guy who fitted the new one was there for about 3 hours. Needless to say I didn’t bother contacting them again about this as they clearly didn’t know what they were doing, so had to put up with a broken towel rail for 15 months until I moved out of the flat. Boilercert also came to fix a leak I had. The guy they sent said it was caused by water going down a crack in the back of my sink. However after his visit the problem continued and turns out it was my washing machine leaking so he’d misdiagnosed the problem. He also said he’d speak to the estate agents about having one of the wooden slats replaced as it had rotted and snapped - but this never happened and it was never replaced. I contacted my estate agents again and Boilercert didn’t come round for 2 days after I followed up, even though I had a water leak, mould on the walls, flies everywhere and couldn’t use my washing machine - a problem that had been going on for over a month. The next guy who came clearly didn’t know what he was doing either as the leak still continued and I had no choice but to stay at my girlfriend’s flat the following week as I couldn’t wash my clothes. This leak started in December and wasn’t fixed until February. During this time I had to constantly clean up flies off the floor, walls, ceiling and windowsill and was worried every time I cooked that they’d go in my food and drink. Not pleasant living conditions.

BoilerCert supplied and installed both indoor and outdoor Worcester-Bosch air-conditioning units at our home in East Bridgford. We experienced first class service every step of the way, from the initial evaluation to the final installation. We are extremely pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend BoilerCert. We'll be using them again.

Having worked within various Letting Agencies for a number a years I have experienced some very good and some very poor tradesmen. Since using Boiler Cert over the past 9 months I've been very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and speed of service. We have been using BoilerCert every year for our boiler servicing as well as my mother for the past four years. We are always impressed by how fast we can get an engineer to come over and sort things out. Today, in particular, we had an engineer called Mohz over who was absolutely wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, he got on with the work and was very clear at explaining what the issues he would have to address were so that we were kept on the loop all the way through his operation. He was friendly and easy to be with, we were very happy with his work. I would highly recommend Mohz and BoilerCert to anyone who wants to get things sorted fast!

Had an intermittent issue with my water not getting hot enough after a repair to my system before and as on LPG needed a specialist . The company sorted the original and never quibbled when I rang up but they sent another engineer Moss out to look at it not only was he knowledgeable and fixed it but he explained what was causing it. Would recommend this company to anyone needing boiler service or repair.

I can thoroughly recommend BoilerCert. Our old boiler was in need of replacement and the radiator system was not working properly, in that only the hot water tank was heating up. The bedrooms remained cold. After having to go into hospital for a few days a warm house was needed for my return. BoilerCert managed to bring the installation forward. The old boiler was taken out and replaced with a Worcester Bosch, plus a lot of new pipework. The work was completed in a single day, from 8am to 6pm without a break. Now the house is nice and warm and everything works perfectly!

I would recommend Boilercert! We had the contractor Daniel visit our property and he was able to fix the heating and a broken shower in less than an hour!

I’ve used Boilercert 3 times now and will continue to. Their prices are as expected and fair, the customer service from the office to the engineers is friendly, professional, experienced and unbelievably swift and reliable. I first discovered Boilercert when they installed a new boiler and pipework which wasn’t a straightforward job in my Victorian property. Engineer Mark came for a gas certificate inspection on my rental property.....and I must give him a big compliment on the work he did and advise provided by him. Where other previous ingeneer's come and go in less then 15 minutes, Mark made sure that everything is checked properly and provided information on what to do in case the carbon monoxide alarm goes off, something I never knew. He also took the time to inspect my stove, to see if the gas is working properly a d advise me on the safety device on there!!!! I want to thank him for his professionalism and good job on the property today. BoilerCert initially came to my flat to replace a dial on an old boiler. However, one of their technicians said the boiler was too old (it's about 25 years old) and too rusty, and deemed it unsafe to use. They then scheduled a day to have a new boiler installed, which meant I had to go a few days without hot water, but it is what it is. The installer who came, Steve, was like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. He came in with a big smile, lots of energy, and had a great attitude throughout the day. He hauled about 100 - 150kg worth of equipment up to my 2nd floor flat, and not to mention had to take the heavy old boiler down and bring the new one up. He definitely got his exercise in for the day. He never once complained. It took most of the day, but by the end I had my central heating and hot water back. He did an extremely thorough job, taking care of every little detail. He took the washing machine out of the boiler room, then put it back and plugged it in when he was done. He put everything back in place, and cleaned and hoovered after himself. The people from BoilerCert that I talked to over the phone were very nice and courteous, and kept to the time we scheduled.

Our previous boiler stopped working. And we were due for a new boiler I shopped around & after many quotes came across Boiler cert recommended by British Gas. I wanted to have a professional team. The office team was helpful & tried to arrange quickly the boiler installation because i previous one stopped working. There was a lot of work involved. We were having a combination boiler installation, and the previous boiler was an old system with tanks and cylinders that needed to be removed. I am very particular because alot of money was being spent, i needed to be certain that the boiler must be installed by professional engineers. Steve, the engineer, was very professional, helpful, outsanding, and excellent workmanship. He made sure everything was done correctly & properly, high-quality work was carried out, and he did not rush anything. He made sure all work was completed . Any bits that were left. They quickly came back & resolved them. Brilliant engineer! Excellent, Quality & Professional.

We needed a new boiler when ours failed and had to be disconnected. As we are in rental property we had to wait for landlord permission but once he gave the go ahead these guys were so good. We had been without heating and hot water for a week whilst waiting for the landlord to give the go ahead and once he agreed then Charlie arranged for someone to come out ASAP to do this for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Our new boiler was fitted in day. Joe and the young apprentice were so friendly and helpful. After fitting it everything was checked and then Joe ran through it all with us saying if we weren't sure on anything we could ring and ask. Charlie and the girls in the office are so helpful if you have any queries they will assist you. We then had radiator leak and again Charlie soon sorted for an engineer to come out and sort this for us. They keep you informed and certainly know what they are doing. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a gas engineer. It is often hard these days to find good tradespeople but these guys are spot on.

Our ageing commercial boiler system at the Albert Hall Conference Centre (Nottingham), finally sounded its last post. After a brief ceremony in the then cold plant room, we scratched our heads thinking what to do next. Unfortunately for us the system had now reached obsolescence, meaning we were unable to source any more replacement parts. The Hall itself was constructed in 1909, and has been adapted and modified many times over the years, so as you can probably imagine the pipe work is of an ‘elegant’ design, not something one would wish to disturb unless absolutely necessary. We decided to contact BoilerCert for assistance, and in short order a plan was devised. Working on a building of this age can be very challenging and has put off many companies in the past. However this was not the case with BoilerCert, they approached everything with the upmost professionalism and took it all in their stride. We received excellent service from start to finish, with great communication throughout and most importantly, our sparkling new commercial boiler system is now much hotter, more efficient, and quieter than it has ever been before. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with BoilerCert and the team; we can’t recommend them enough, and are looking forward to working with them again for our ongoing maintenance requirements.

In February our boiler packed up very suddenly so we had to have an emergency call out. BoilerCert were very responsive. We needed a new boiler and control system which they supplied and installed all within a few days. The work was completed to a high standard, very professional and COVID safe practice. I have used this company for boiler servicing in the past in a rental property. This time I needed a new radiator fitting, they were on time and friendly with my tenants. Who were very pleased with the new upgraded radiator. I would have no hesitation in recommending BoilerCert to friends.

When they came to assess for a quote they gave some really good advice, which actually changed our minds about what sort of water system to have, and it also worked out cheaper. The two guys who came to conduct the work were really friendly and professional. They were respectful of the property, covering the stairs and the front entrance. They were also respectful of social distancing too. They were really informative and explained well. And also answered all the questions we had. They also made sure all the radiators worked to the right temperature and so on. They also cleaned up beautifully after themselves. The boiler was heating water for the central heating but there was no hot water coming from the 'hot' tap. BoilerCert was very quick at responding. The part was ordered and fitted the following day. Very good service.

Boilercert provided us with excellent service, replacing our boiler within a week. All the staff were totally efficient and professional as well as being friendly and courteous. Communication was brilliant and the engineers were obviously very knowledgeable and experienced. We have no hesitation in recommending them and will contact them again if we need further work done.

Have used Boiler Cert for many years but most recently for all the first and second fix plumbing on our house renovation and extension (new boiler and new radiators throughout, newly located toilets and bathrooms, kitchen plumbing, underfloor heating). Very good service. Same day boiler fix, done with a smile - took serial number of boiler and arrived with parts needed from the phone diagnosis. Invoice by email and good communication. Couldn't be easier. Not sure what the other poster "Manager Manager" is on about, but looking at their other reviews it seems to be more a case of a bad customer than anything else.

A superb service every time !

Boilercert have just upgraded our boiler from an old condenser to combo, moving it from kitchen to the loft. Cleared out all the old stuff and all done in two days. From Charlie coming round to produce scope of work, Chloe getting us all booked in and Steve doing the install, the whole process has been very slick and professional. Really pleased with the end result and would happily recommend.

Terrible. Bunch of cowboys. Use them at your own risk. Check their credentials. Don't pay them until its been working for at least a month and you have all the certificates and warrenties in place
