Reviewers often praise B C Boiler Services for professional work and describe Brian as friendly and tidy. Several customers highly recommend the business after boiler replacements and heating work, and reviewers describe jobs started and finished on schedule, including a boiler replaced and the old one taken away in one day. One reviewer said Brian came out quickly to patch up a broken boiler over winter, and another reported a heating fix on the same day after an 8.30am call. One reviewer reported being told twice that someone would call back to arrange a boiler service, but no one did, and they will not try again.
Very good and reliable.
Great service
Brian replaced my boiler in August 2025 and disposed of the old one for me… all in one day! He made the whole replacement process so easy, stress free and professional. There was nothing that needed done that was any hassle at all. My old boiler had broken in the middle of winter and Brian was round in no time to patch it up to keep me going until the warmer months. The new boiler has made my house (that was always pretty chilly) really toasty! I’ll definitely be having him back for yearly services.
Very Happy with this work team, phoned them at 8.30 in the morning and had my heating fixed by 11am no messing about. Would highly recommend.
I would highly recommend Brian and BC boilers. Excellent work replacing boiler, very professional and efficient. 10 out of 10.
Fantastic service, professional, knowledgeable, reliable, value for money and very tidy. I would highly recommend BC boilers from my experience of a boiler replacement. Brian offers a speedy service with great attention to detail with a friendly approachable manner.
Super service and great guy all round, Thank you Brian, heating is working better than before!!
Top service, would highly recommend. Very professional company who do a quality job
Excellent service. Especially in emergency time. He is the only one in whole Northern Ireland who reacted and helped me, when I was out of heating in the house at festive time. Highly recommend. 👌💯
Called last year to book a boiler service. Was told that he would call back in a couple of weeks to arrange a time. Still waiting 18 months later. My wife, unknown to me, called this year for the same thing. Was told exactly the same. That was 4 months ago. Will not be trying again.
Awesome service. Called Sunday, someone here Monday.
Perfect, reliable service, honest and quality finishing
Excellent service. Brian a real gentleman.
Just completed replacement heating system. Started and finished on schedule. Kept the heat on every night. Which was much appreciated. Brian and his team did a first class job. No hassle. Would recommend him to anyone.
