Lewis picked up phone on Monday and fitted us in Tuesday. Installed an instant hot water tap in no time. Thoroughly professional - was clear with communication and reasonable cost. The service was nothing short of excellent so more than happy to positive review.

Lewis came to the rescue recently when our home emergency insurance company broke our boiler then left us for 10 days with no heating and hot water, in -6 conditions. He answered his phone late on a Friday night and came early on the Monday morning. He fitted us a new boiler and went out of his way to do everything he could for us! Highly recommend Lewis.

My gas boiler was due for a service, Lewis was the gas engineer who called on behalf of my insurance company. He explained that the boiler was leaking inside so it was unsafe, and needed to be turned off. He then discussed options with me,and found a quote for a replacement boiler and rearranged his diary,so he could come the next day to install the new boiler. The work was carried out efficiently, and everything cleared up. Lewis and Charlie were very friendly and pleasant to have around. I also appreciate that essential information regarding the warranty and regulations were sent promptly by email. So grateful to have my heating and hot water back on. Found Lewis on check a trade. He came to me last minute for an awful drain blockage and stayed until it was sorted properly despite the conditions. He also fitted a tap and water filter the previous day so knew he was someone I could trust. Definitely recommend!

LJN Plumbing did a brilliant job. They were very thorough. Due to the nature of the job, many of the pipes are on show, but they have been installed extremely neatly. Central heating system was cleaned, flushed and tested with some useful advice provided about economical use of the heating controls. I would definitely recommend using LJN Plumbing.

They fitted the boiler and all the pipes throughout the house for radiators and taps (hot and cold), also ran a gas pipe to the boiler and new gas hob. They cleaned the water inlet pipe and added a stop tap, and ran a cold water feed to a tap on the front of the house. They were here bright and early getting the job done. They listened to my thoughts and ideas and found a good solution to all my needs and worked quick and proffesionally. I am really happy with their work would recomend anyone to use them!

Lewis was sent to me via my boiler insurance company after my very old boiler broke. He gave me some great guidance in regards to boiler insurance companies and sorted out a new boiler for me. The job took a day, and then he also sorted my radiators so they are more efficient. He then proceeded to explain in detail how my boiler worked and was overall extremely informative and helpful. Very happy.

Lewis fitted a new boiler for me, the rates were good and he re-arranged his diary to fit it quickly as I had no hot water. Lewis explained how my new boiler worked and kindly set up the timer for me. I was very impressed with the work and decided to have 3 bigger radiators fitted. All work was carried out professionally to a high standard and the house was left very clean and tidy. Lewis was friendly, reliable, turned up when he said he would and communication was excellent. Good reliable tradesman are rare these days, but Lewis is one of them and I would happily recommend him.

Lewis came to look at my boiler as an emergency call out. When it was clear that my boiler was beyond repair, he discussed options shared his knowledge and provided me with a quote that evening. I never felt pressured. He moved his diary about to accommodate fitting a new boiler given I had no heating or hot water. I’m very pleased with his work. He was trustworthy, turned up when he said he would, remained in contact and was very tidy. He is one of the only people who gave his honest opinion about the state of my old boiler and I trusted his view on the new boiler. I’m very happy and would recommend Lewis.

Me and my wife are moving into our 1st home on the Saturday and the boiler was not working, Thursday evening I got in contact with lewis who was great. Lewis recently replaced six radiators in our house and moved the position of one and replaced with a tall wall radiator (photo attached to review). All the new radiators look great! We were very happy with the speed of the works and the tidiness upon completion. He was very courteous and engaging when we were deciding on the works needing to be carried out. The price of the quote didn’t change and we would recommend Lewis to anyone needing plumbing works carried out.

Lewis replaced the heating system on our bungalow renovation. Lewis decommissioned the old system for removal, then installed a new system that would meet our needs. Lewis was flexible with our timescale, with enough notice given, when he said be there, he was there. We're very happy with the quality of his work, and his punctuality.

Lewis fitted a new boiler and also repaired a broken pipe. The whole process was very smooth from start to finish. He always turned up when he said he would and was very reliable. Both my husband and myself were at work whilst the work was completed and Lewis always left the house clean and tidy. Great communication throughout the process and phoned/messaged to us up to date. I asked Lewis to put me a new boiler in and also a new radiator. He did not know what he was doing. He left me with no boiler for 4 days. When I have a new born. Then he tried to palm me of with a 2nd hand boiler but trying to charge me full price for it, which didn't work by they way. When I told him I am not paying full price for a cratched up 2nd hand boiler. That does not work. He start being horrible saying that I was bang out of order. He is money down because he paid for this and went for it. (I'm keeping all this pg13 by the way but clearly you can use your imagination with it all.) I told him. That is not my problem. I told you I want a BRAND new boiler. Not one that looks like it came from the skip. I even gave you the money to go and get me a boiler so where is the money I gave you? Still no answer to that question. He just said. You told me to get you a boiler so I did. I said a new boiler. New. Boiler. He was just coming up will million of excuses. This is when I decided.. I had enough. He bought me a 2nd hand boiler, left me without anything to keep the house warm so I had to buy a £50 heater from Amazon so I can keep my baby warm at night. His attitude stinks and just got nothing but abuse from him so now I am left with a 2nd hand broken boiler, £900 what I gave him to get me the boiler, No heating or hot water for my baby and I and a big bill from the actual experts but he does not care about any of theis because he is happy with £900 in his back pocket. I don't mind supporting the little people in the trade because I would rather pay for them to do the job. Then the big sharks but when you get treated like this then it puts you off from trying to help out the little people of the trade. If you value dignity and don't want to throw money away. Stay away from this idiot. If I could give no stars I would but I can't.

Lewis is an excellent engineer he completed a thorough service on my combi boiler and gas fire. On inspection parts needed replacing on the boiler preventing problems at a later date.

Would absolutely recommend Lewis. He initially serviced our boiler and then came again to replace all our radiators. Two of them didn't work but after flushing, they were working a treat. Job completed to very high standard. Lewis himself was very friendly to deal with and most of all, he replied to our messages promptly and came when he said he would! Will definitely use again for any future works plus annual service.

Lewis did an excellent job after our original boiler had to be condemned as it was dangerous. He carefully talked us through our options and fit us in for the new install as quickly as he was able. He did a fantastic job with the actual install, arrived exactly when he said he was going to, worked hard to get the job done and cleaned everything up when he was finished. He was friendly and professional throughout and was great with our kids and pets. Couldn't ask for a better job!

Working for a busy lettings agency, I have used Lewis many times in Leicester, from small leaks to larger boiler jobs. He is always very quick and responsive, no job too small. V reliable.

First contact with Lewis was through insurance regarding leaking radiator. Radiator replacement was made efficiently and absolutely no mess. I then contacted Lewis regarding shower breakdown. He came round and within 2 hours a replacement shower was fitted. All work carried out efficiently and no mess. Excellent and friendly service. Would highly recommend.
