Clare and Bryan are great. Thats the first thing you should know. We knew that we wanted an air source heat pump and had been recommended Total NRG. They are so personable and knowledgable and helped us through every step of the process included the grant scheme. I can't state how easy it is to like these people and their service. I am 100% satisfied with everything about them and would recommend to anyone. After care with my endless questions has also been awesome. They are hands on and know what they are talking about.

A fantastic company and so pleased with your work and installation of our air source heat pump Josh Clare and Bryan thanks a million Graham and Amanda

We could not be more satisfied with the installation of our ASHP air source heat pump, underfloor heating, and MHVR mechanical heat ventilation recovery system. The team at Total NRG have exceeded our expectations with the quality of the installation in every aspect of the job. From the initial meeting, the advice we received was invaluable to say the least. This was by no means an inexpensive job, but when you have just one chance and opportunity to get it right, you need a company that is well versed and suitably experienced to undertake the task.

My system is an air sourced heat pump with a gas boiler as a second heat source. The heat pump installation was excellent. Josh and Ash made a very neat job. Bringing in the boiler caused a few problems but they were quickly sorted out and the system is performing very well indeed. Total NRG are an excellent professional company who will install this new technology competently and politely. A very good family firm.

Bryan and the team have been fantastic throughout my project, from system design and specification to Ash and Josh installing a ground source heat pump to the highest standard! The plant room is a work of art with every pipe and component placed to perfection. We really couldn't be any happier with the advice, products and the service as a whole. Don't even waste your time getting a quote from anyone else! Many Thanks

What a fantastic, professional team they are. So pleased with the results of our groundsource heating. We will recommend Total NRG Ltd to everybody.

Reliable , proffessional, Bryan and his team go the extra mile, full aftersales service.A great company to choose for your heat pumps and installation. Highly recommended.

Had a Steibel Eltron air source heatpump system installed during a new house build. Have used a couple local companies to sort out a few issues but was very disappointed with their incompetence. After having looked at several companies and their reviews contacted Bryan at Total NRG. He obviously knew what he was talking about and since he had placed installations in my area was prepared to send Ash to come and look over. What a difference, Ash found installation mistakes and broken components. Replaced them at the second visit and the system is now running as it should be. The house is being warmed nicely and I look forward to reduced bills as Ash reset the parameters which had been incorrectly set at installation. Thoroughly recommended.

From the very 1st conversation with Bryan it was obvious he was an expert in his field and also that he wanted to quote for the installation. His team was professional, friendly and faultless in the work done.We now have a warm house for the 1st time in my life...well pleased and happy to recommend air source heat pumps and Total NRG

Had the air source heat pump installed, it's exceeded my expectations on running cost and performance. I will always stick the NRG because it was calculated and installed properly which makes all the difference.

Bryan and his team installed an air source heat pump system for me in just one day, by working a 14 hour day without a break. There was no mess and it works perfectly.
