Fantastic service from Phillip. Called on time aswell and pulled us out of a hole 👏

Philip gave me confidence in his exceptional ability. We had no heating on for a while now, It turned out our Google information about the cause was wrong, only due to Philips expertise in the problem. The first problem was the valve needed replacing as a new part needed to be fitted in The second problem addressed was the Fire Sensor He explained and showed everything live in demonstration. He is friendly and polite. I paid him £160 for the labour + parts I have saved his details for future, and hope somebody else hires him for boiler jobs. He even gave us the new part rather than an old model of it.

Would NOT use this man. Wanted all the money upfront then didn’t even do half a job. Strong smell of alcohol of him. When they tried ringing to get the job rectified he blocked the number.

Philip arrived on time, carried out the service, checked oil tank and issued certificate and even took card payment, excellent service many thanks.

Arrived on time,all paperwork completed after boiler was serviced with oftec peace of mind,no hidden extras ,all in all from initial phone to job done could not fault.
