Of the five people from whom I sought quotations for the removal of a gas water system and the provision of an air source heat pump, Peter of Just Heating was the only one who looking at the existing system gave an alternative to a hot water cylinder, in a Thermino. The storage of electric power rather than water has provided faster hot water at a higher temperature to all taps and appliances. The office have controlled and given helpful timing on the team who installed it neatly and quickly. They explained its operation. They have the system to tie in with the Government grant system and take away the interface with Government grant applications where many others are not so registered. To me it has been interesting to see what effect this has had on the consumption of electricity from the PV panels and it’s divergence to the air source heat pump. It is too short to tell but it would seem to have had very little difference and certainly less than would have been the cost of gas used and the daily charge for its availability. When our elderly boiler finally gave up the ghost this December after a valiant 20 years of service, Just Heating installed a Worcester Bosch Greenstar Danesmoor 18/25 oil fired condensing system boiler for us with a minimum of fuss. Their engineers were prompt, clean and tidy and did the job in a day. The company was easy to communicate with and Deborah at HQ made sure everything went smoothly. 3:30pm on a Friday I needed help with my boiler and Vicky who took the call was amazing helping to diagnose the problem with technical support from Pete and kept us fully informed. Outstanding service from start to finish. Our immersion tank element failed, and TBH I had tried several other options before Just Heating (because I'd never used them before). But Deborah answered the phone, which was more than I'd managed with anyone else, and immediately took charge of our problem. Someone came to diagnose the issue later the same day, reassured me it was a simple job (I had been worried it might not be!), and within a few days the whole thing was done. The guy who did the work arrived on time, worked very fast and left no mess at all, not even any leftover packaging. Will definitely be top of my call list in the future.

Just Heating carried out a survey and provided a detailed quote with the necessary calculations, for installing an air source heat pump (as one of 3 options) to replace a condemned oil tank used in conjunction with an old Alpha heating/cooking range. The complex installation (including obtaining the Government grant) was carried out by a set of well qualified and speicalist trades people, who attended on time, and flexibly when things outside their control were not delivered properly, The guys were courteous, communicative, cooperative, skilled at what they did. Plus they cleared away and returned disturbed areas on my property to a clean and tidy state. A thoroughly professional installation.

I highly recommend Just Heating, I was without heating for 41 days at the coldest time of the year, January! In fact that is my only criticism of the company, I only wish they could have come and carried out the work sooner (hence 4 stars instead of 5). Tom and Ed are very polite, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. The first visit didn't quite fix my issue, although I'm sure this helped my issue, but the second visit certainly did, thanks so much for making me warm again, finally!

Efficient, polite and friendly, and serviced the boiler during the job, returning to finish it when they had travelled to secure a part that was not onboard the van. Fantastic service. Arrived early, was exceptionally clean and our boiler service was very reasonably priced.

Just Heating managed to squeeze in an appointment to diagnose the lack of hot water from our boiler on the same day. Fault was diagnosed, part ordered, and Tom brilliantly turned up the next day and fitted it. I was a little worried since the service was so good that it might have warrranted a "gold star" invoice amount, but when the invoice turned up a day later, it was definitely "bronze star" value! Have now booked the team to come back and service the boiler as well. Their phone number is now permanently in my contacts list.

Just Heating Ltd came fitted two radiators in our lounge and the bloke fitting them did an excellent job. His pipework is very neat and the radiators look great. This is the first time we have used Just Heating Ltd and we will definitely be using them again!

I was informed of the engineers likely arrival time the day before and confirmed the morning of. The engineer was on time, courteous and mindful of our elderly relative. A positive experience, minus a small teething issue that kept the system offline for a week. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Great initial survey. Pete and team really took time to understand our requirements, and size our installation correctly. The installers were professional and friendly but a little messy (a minor gripe). The heat pump has been running for a month, and it's great! Mornings are toasty and evenings are cosy. The team went above and beyond to help claim the largest BUS grant available. The boiler service seems to have been done okay, though it hasn't got cold enough yet to tell. However, I nearly didn't bother going ahead as there was no response to my web booking. I had to ring eventually after a couple of weeks to chase. There is no point in having a web booking system that is ignored, it's a good way to lose custom.

Great service. My usual annual boiler service and safety check unearthed a minor gas leak that needed resolving. They returned promptly and spent the entire day tracing and fixing the problem. Fixtures and fittings that had been removed to gain access were put back together expertly and neatly and the place was left spotless. Thank you to the 2 engineers who came that day. I was kept informed throughout. Happy with my invoice too. Would highly recommend.

Boiler for oil heating system needed restarting as had air block after running out of oil. These guys came quickly, sorted the problem efficiently and charged a price that offered good value. We've used them for many years for boiler servicing and would definitely recommend.

Very impressed with speedy customer service and that two appointments could be booked straight away with no fuss. Very smooth running. Two guys came out on two convenient days - one did a boiler service and the other man did a gas fire safety check and fixed a zone valve problem with our heating system. Very happy with the gas boiler installation work done by Just Heating Ltd. The job was done as quoted for including moving the flue pipe which required some work on the roof. I used this company to install a new heating system when my old system broke down. They came as a matter of urgency due to my circumstances, (I have an elderly parent living with us and was very concerned about their wellbeing with the colder weather coming), Pete was really understanding when he came and assessed the job and then scheduled it in almost immediately. The guys who came and did the work were all brilliant, very professional and friendly and they worked tirelessly to get the job done. They were all wonderful with my elderly mother who has some memory loss and I think she enjoyed having them there! Tom was especially great and I feel he went the "extra mile" in order to get all the work completed. He spent quite some time to explain the new Nest thermostat as this was completely new to me and left me feeling confident to use it, They were really helpful about scheduling the job around my own work schedule and this made all the difference. The boiler replacement was unexpected but the job was quickly assessed and installation took just 2 days. We were delighted with the quality of the work and the diligence of the engineer who also identified a leak on the LPG tank which was fixed on the same day. The recommended boiler is proving to be an excellent choice.

I called Just Heating at 9.30 on Monday to request help with the programmer for my boiler. Deborah asked a few relevant questions and told me that Tom would be with me by 11.00. He came promptly with a new programmer in his hand, discussed the timing I wanted and fitted it quickly. He then explained how to vary the programme if necessary. He was efficient and charming. Our oil boiler stopped working on a Sunday and I called Just Heating first thing Monday (not used them before but seen their vans) and Elliot came around late Monday afternoon, what an excellent service. Spent over 4 hours sorting the problem out and would not leave until he was happy that everything was working correctly. Would highly recommend them.

These guys are good! Exceeded my expectations. I made an out-of-hours call and left a voicemail. Received a text later that evening and a plumber arrived the next morning. Outstanding! Highly recommended and will use again.

After paying for a service of our boiler, for the first time ever it developed a fault. I called 6 times, leaving messages with the phone pick up service he uses to try and get them to have a look at it, but no one responded. At all. Finally, I had to go elsewhere.
