Knockbracken Fuels

Matthew and Mark did an excellent job. Everything very efficiently and competently done. They explained all about the tank and its fitting. The job was completed much faster than we thought. They were a pleasure to deal with. We were pleased to hear that Knockbracken Fuels are planning to to offer boiler servicing. We will definitely use that service once it is available.

Knockbracken Fuels provided an excellent service, from the first call about a replacement oil tank through to the installation. The team arrived early, worked efficiently, and had the whole job done in no time. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful throughout but in particular, thank you James, Johnny, Matt and Jennifer. I would highly recommend Knockbracken Fuels to anyone needing a new oil tank.

Excellent service. We ran out of oil unexpectedly on a cold Friday evening, ordered at 9.20pm for next day delivery and left a message on their answer machine. Oil delivered at 1.10 pm Saturday. Won't be going anywhere else for oil from now on. Cannot thank you enough.

Superb service from Knockbracken Fuels. Needed a new oil tank, and my initial phone call, site inspection and installation of the new tank was all done within one week. Tank was installed within an hour in the early morning darkness and the guys were very quiet, tidy and efficient. Couldn't ask for better service, thanks to everyone who dealt with me. Highly recommended.

Out of oil on a freezing Monday morning. A cherry receptionist, clearly under pressure, spoke to her boss and the oil was delivered that day. Individual personal service is one of the real benefits of a family run business. Five stars from me! Well done Knockbracken Fuels!

We contacted Knockbracken & James came out a few days later for a "no obligation inspection & quote". James said it could do with being replaced. So it was organised for the following week. 7-30 came they started drained the tank took it out, put in a few slabs to level the base. Put the new tank in fitted the "Watchman" & they were finished & away by 9am. They were very quick quiet & very tidy. I would have no problem recommending Knockbracken if you need your oil tank replaced!

Friendly staff. Excellent service

Just had my tank drained because of water in tank..the guys were highly professional and no mess refilled my fuel without much loss....would recommend this company wholeheartedly. Well. Done knockbracken

Great customer support from Mark and the receptionist today when i called to say my new oil tank connection was seeping. Not the cheapest company but well worth it for the great service 🙂

Knockbracken fuels did a superb job replacing and moving our oil tank. They were extremely professional to deal with and provided an excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Knockbraken fuels just replaced my old oil tank they delivered it installed it on time as promised I would highly recommend them.

I been with knockbracken fuels for over a year they are super helpful and so nice from the girls taken the orders on the phone to the guy who fills the oil tanks and they where able get oil out to me the same day as I ran out while having a sick special needs child at home..they are best oil company out there.

Brilliant as usual very efficient service always and delivery is always on time wouldn't have any other fuel company to look after us 😉👍

Both times i have ordered from this business they have went above and beyond to make sure our heat is working.

I discovered a crack in my oil tank and was very concerned about the oil oozing from it. I immediately called my regular boiler servicing engineer, then my regular oil supplier, other local oil suppliers and local boiler servicing companies. No one could help me. Although not local , when I contacted Knockbracken Fuels , James was immediately on the ball , helping me with the immediate problem of the oozing oil, then he arranged for a crew to arrive early the next morning with a replacement tank to complete the job. Ian and Gary were exceptional ambassadors for the firm with their friendliness, professionalism and tidiness as they completed the task. Highly recommended and I will call this firm first for my future heating oil needs.

Replaced an oil tank for me yesterday Whole process brilliant from start to finish. Would highly recommend this company.

Had a delivery of a new oil tank/fitted yesterday. Good job & very pleasant. Disappointed my usual oil supplier hadn't noticed the cracks so time to change. Thanks James and the 2 guys

Have used Knocbracken Fuels for many many years - excellent service.

Business Location

If there was a '0' star I would give it. These guys are £20+ more then anyone else. Use Bangor Fuels, they beat everyone's price's.

Very pleasant efficient service, really helped me out when I had forgotten to order in time!

Superb service, ran out of oil and Gillian sorted all in a totally professional and extremely pleasant manner. Not be moving from this company, highly recommend. Martin

Good fuel. An easy 5/5

Great place for fuel very efficient and if you run out they will try and get out the same day plus they run a payment plan which takes the worry out of trying to find the money
