One reviewer says Johnson Refrigeration Ltd failed to turn up on the booked day, came days later after the fault had been fixed by someone else, and was rude on the phone; that reviewer calls the firm unprofessional and a waste of time. Another reviewer describes great service from a very knowledgeable person. A third reports professional work. A fourth received excellent service, with good communication from the start and a repair done in a timely manner, and would use the firm again.

These guys are such an unprofessional place once I try to book them as our fridge broke down they gave me a day on which they never turned up and after a few days They decided to turn up and expected us to still have a problem, which obviously we got it sorted out from somebody else. They wanted us to shut down our business till they got free for us. because last time apparently we should have waited for them instead of getting job done from somebody, now they are being rude and hanging up on my calls. How unprofessional. Don’t call them waste of time !!
