Total Energy Services Ltd

The installation of Air Source Heating was professionally done, very efficiently and tidily. It was completed in the time indicated and has worked well. I would recommend Total Energy Service,

Hot water tank replacement - Ollie and Reuben came today to carry out the work and we cannot speak highly enough of them. They arrived promptly and set everything up in a most professional manner to do the work. They both worked hard to get the job done, leaving everything very clean and tidy. Friendly and polite at all times, both to us and each other. A very professional team. Thank you!

I have had to have a new boiler installed and turned to TES . Olly and Reuben arrived promptly on the agreed dates. They were very pleasant to talk to and worked quietly and efficiently. They left no mess and whatever they needed to move was replaced. I can’t fault them at all. Highly recommended! Felicity Harrison

Had an emergency, hot water cylinder leaking from bathroom through floor / ceiling into lounge. Called TES, guys were there within an hour. Stripped out the old tank, sourced a replacement and installed, tested and tidied up all within 24 hours. The lads (Evan and??? sorry I'm rubbish with names) were brilliant, friendly and helpful and the company recognised how difficult our situation was and pulled all the strings they could to ensure that we had hot water again asap. Can't praise or thank them enough!!

TES gave excellent, professional service in decommissioning my old solar thermal system and removing an old heating oil tank. Highly recommended.

Great annual service and replacement of our, occasional use, heated towel rail element. It had started to leak and also blew the fuse. We had an existing service appointment which Matt was happy to add a supply and fit quote for the element which I was very happy with. On the day Olly arrived on time and carried out the replacement of the element first. He checked that the power rating of the new towel rail element was the same as the original. He isolated and drained the towel rail, took it off the wall, fitted the new element and tested it. He was a very careful and tidy worker. From making the service booking, to quoting for the replacement towel rail element and doing the work, everyone I dealt with was prompt and courteous. I can thoroughly reccomend Total Energy Services!

Had TES to do couple jobs and they were very professional and couple decent guys. Would definitely recommend.

TES have worked on my Grant oil boilers in the past and recentlty. Very professional and prepared to answer my silly questions about what they are doing

Olly and Ruben from Total Energy did a very professional job.

Cannot fault them. Had Liam and Will onsite for 2-3 days. They were efficient, tidy, helpful , knowledgeable and the finish in their work was excellent. Glad we went with TES in the end.

Excellent, reliable service. Ollie and Rueben did a great job for us, they were very efficient, friendly, and left the house clean and tidy - our system was a bit tricky, with old micro bore pipe work and we do get an airlock but it was no hassle for them to come back and they fixed everything - good office communication throughout - I would highly recommend Total Energy to anyone looking for a service, or new boiler installation works

Excellent service - efficient, friendly and informative. Thank-you Sue and Colin McCarthy

Reuben and Ollie did a fantastic job on fitting our boiler whilst we were on holiday. We’ve returned to a fully working system again, their workmanship was excellent. Highly recommended for any boiler / heating issues - these guys are awesome and knowledgable. Eric

Had Liam and Will out to service my boiler. Excellent service, super polite and professional. Would highly recommend!

TES arrived within a couple of hours to assess my small yet persistent leak. The next day everything fixed all new connections and valves- very professional and a job well done.

Excellent service, as always. Friendly and polite staff, happy to explain what they are doing. Have used total energy for many years. They are the best.

Excellent replacement of all the old microbore central heating piping with larger copper pipes. The engineers were very helpful and professional plus they cleared everything up very well.

Ollie & Reuben came out promptly to fix my boiler. Very happy with them as they were friendly & efficient and soon got my problem fixed. Would highly recommend 👌

Used these guys for a couple of years now. Always arrive on time, are thorough, friendly and really know their stuff. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Ollie & Ruben called to service my boiler today. All working excellently.

Lola in the office was very helpful and fitted us in at short notice when we were suddenly left without any heating or hot water. Ollie and Reuben came out to fix our problem and while they were here they carried out a complete service for us on our boiler. Everything left clean and tidy. So impressed they will be my go to from now on.

Following a reminder from this very professional company, Eban came today to service my boiler. As before, he was very friendly, courteous, ultra helpful and went round the house bleeding radiators as the pressure was a bit low on the boiler. His apprentice was equally friendly and pleasant. I would be glad for a note to be made on my account that I would always like to have Eban service and maintain my boiler - each time he has been, I have felt reassured and confident in a job well done. Thank you.

Great end to end service, professional and effective. Oil boiler fault repaired within 24 hours of making contact and engineers fully explained the cause and remedy. Competitive price for service provided. Will use again.

I have just had a replacement boiler installed after my previous had broken. When the boiler initially broke, they were able to come out the same day for an initial assessment. I did then look into a few services for replacement. Total energy were able to do a second in person assessment and and sent a quote through the same day, and were able to arrange the replacement later that week. The installation started at 8am and was finished by 3pm. Dust sheets were placed and any mess tidied, and they offered to take their shoes off to assess the radiators upstairs . They also were unperturbed by my nosey cats. Timely and professional!

Arrived on time. Very knowledgeable about my boiler. Explained what was happening. Job done well and with no mess. Thank you.

Brilliant service, great customer care from office through to onsite engineer. Our engineer Eban was very efficient, knowledgeable and talked us through all our questions concerning our oil boiler. We feel very reassured knowing the boiler is now in tip top condition, along with the further knowledge we have gained from Eban. Strongly recommend.

As a new customer I felt very well treated, there were many problems with my boiler which were sympathetically and helpfully resolved by Eben over 4 visits - he twice worked until 9 o'clock on a Friday night. I can't thank you enough for your help.q

From having our initial quotation and options explained in a clear manner, right throughly Total Energy Serices were so good working in a wonderful, professional and friendly manner. Implementation of entire radiator with boiler was completed on time with price as quoted. We are an elderly and vulnerable couple.

We had our existing warm air heating removed and replaced with a Worcester boiler and radiators by Total Energy. Rob is very knowledgeable and his advice helped us make the decision to switch. Liam and Fin are very conscientious and carried out the majority of the work and what an excellent job they did. Both were very professional, tidy, polite, approachable, understanding and kept us advised of progress along the way. They are both very customer focused and an asset to the company. We are immensely pleased with our new heating system.

The lads, fixed the leak as real professionals, They did a great job under difficult conditions, They were polite and understanding the needs of my disabled partner. I would definately recommend the Total Energy Lads, they are clean, polite, efficient and professional too. Well Done all

I was very impressed with the work carried out by Josh, Reuben and Sam. They worked hard to get the job done and were very conscientious. Thank you

LPG boiler replaced and power-flush of the system carried out. Excellent job done - have used TES for many years for domestic installs and servicing, they are always helpful and can be relied on to do a good, professional job.

I had to call out TES for a heating problem, Ollie came and was so helpful and found we needed a new part which he had in his van ! Sorted all fixed and we had a good chat about alsorts, lovely to meet him very happy with the service .

They replaced my oil tank and serviced the boiler. They were extremely efficient, tidy and friendly and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Steve arrived early which was great - answered my questions clearly and competently - and, as well as a thorough boiler service, investigated valves and advised on what the best option of further was and why - I felt very confident about Steve and Total Energy Services - thank you very much!

As a tenant I can only comment on the service we received with a boiler removal and installation. Olly and his apprentice Rueben were great from start to finish and very prompt, cheerful and thorough over the course of 2 days. Well done lads.

The guys did a fantastic job changing our oil tank. So friendly and helpful and they made sure all settings were sorted before they left. Highly recommend this company.

the team were professional throw-out the project and achieved a fantastic finish when confronted with a challenging listed property.

The plumbers did a wonderful job and the team of 4 worked well together. They needed brilliant problem solving skills as my house is a little unusual. Even my pets gave them a stamp of approval.I love the look of the new shower and would like to thank Rob for his idea of using a printed screen.

We are long term clients. Brilliant service from start to finish as always. TES have always been super at coming out promptly and getting the job done, we recently had a new boiler fitted and the two men who did the work over two days were polite, courteous and so tidy and explained things really clearly. We are really pleased and so happy to have hot water again!! The whole team are great!

I have been using Total Energy Service for a long time and find them very quick and professional. I recently had one of their plumbers fix my toilet. He was very good at trouble shooting and found the problem. I would definitely recommend them.

The survey carried out by Rob prior, to us accepting the quote, was extremely thorough and all options were explored.A very professional job which proved to be problematic from the start,as they were working in very confined spaces. Always punctual, very tidy and cleaned up very well at the end of each day. No question or query was too much trouble. Altogether we would highly recommend Total Energy.

Excellent service: professional, competent, polite

Very good service, clean and tidy. Overall would highly recommend, we will be using this company again.

I really love Total Energy. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years now. I’ve just moved house and have an oil boiler for the first time. As usual Total Energy have been brilliant at servicing it and advising me on the use. I find them so friendly, professional and reliable. Can’t recommend them enough they’re just fab.

Excellent work and has been for 8 years. Staff always polite and pleasant.

We have had a brilliant experience with total energy The engineers fitted a new oil boiler for us last year, we just had our first service recently and the engineers throughout installation and servicing were polite, professional and very tidy . Highly recommend

Excellent people as always! Thank you

Fantastic experience from first contact, start to finish 5 stars

Total Energy are very efficient and professional, my engineer Kevin is very hard working and dedicated to his job, definitely recommend👍

Annual boiler service - engineer arrived on time, polite and efficient. Great communication on booking and engineer explained the process. Highly recommend TES

Very professional company. I cannot fault the service.

I don’t normally leave reviews but I just want thank you so much for your prompt and professional service. Our boiler broke down and we were left without heating during a cold spell of weather, with two small children and your guys came to the rescue!! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

These guys were fantastic. Very tidy, exceptional standard of work and all there members of staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the job. Will certainly be using in the future.

Joke of a company, first engineer diagnosed my boiler with a fault, cost was very expensive but accepted to get it working again. A different engineer came to install the new part, he said straight away that 'this doesn't seem right'. Guess what... it didn't fix my boiler. £600 later and my boiler not working I was told to go to the manufacturer. Wish I'd have done this from the start. Useless.

Excellent service from the initial visit right the way through installing a new Air Source Heat Pump system. The engineers were polite, hard working and always tidied up at the end of each day. The whole job was completed in the allotted time and the after sales follow up very prompt. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of changing to a more sustainable way of heating their home.

Prompt, efficient, friendly, and professional service. Advice about replacement boiler after damage very helpful. Engineer and team arrived on time and completed job as predicted. Definitely recommend.

Total Energy Services have carried out various works for me including oil boiler servicing and emergency work to clear a blockage in my hot water system. On all occasions the engineers have been friendly and polite. They also take the time to explain what work they are doing and why. They are a highly efficient company which I highly recommend.

Total Energy Solutions installed a complete new bathroom and hot water supply for us. In the planning stages they were excellent and explained their reasoning for everything clearly, helping us to avoid problems later on. They were always on time, tidy, and efficient. The work was initially completed exactly on time, and when there was a snag with the shower tray they fixed it very quickly. I can definitely recommend them.

Total Energy serviced our boiler last year and couldn’t fault the service. Today after having a smart meter fitted by another company they found a gas leak and shut us off. I contacted the office and spoke to Matt who arranged for an engineer to pop over to have a look. The engineer managed to fix the problem and got us back up and running. Apologies I didn’t catch his name. Really appreciated, especially as it was late on a Friday afternoon when they were supposed to be finishing. 100% recommend. Excellent service and friendly staff

From start to finish very efficient service

Extremely prompt and sorted out our problem very quickly. Highly recommend this company for efficiency & value for money.

After many failed attempts to get my boiler serviced and a gas fire capped off I contacted TES as they serviced the boiler for the previous owner. Well I should’ve just called these guys first. THEY ACTUALLY SHOWED UP. Worked quickly and efficiently and the engineer was really helpful and showed me how to work my boiler My dog liked the engineer, the engineer liked the dog. Thank you. No doubt I’ll need you again soon for the “house of horrors” Claire.

We had a new boiler fitted after a very thorough inspection. An excellent team arrived on the date arranged and were punctual and very helpful throughout their three days of work. The final bill was as per the initial estimate and we received a detailed briefing at the end of the work programme.

My old oil boiler finally gave up and after 3 quotes I went with Total Energy who were not the cheapest but gave me confidence in their ability, and the final bill was less than the quote despite alterations to the roof and flue. A new boiler was in and working in 2 and a bit days. Utility room left clean and tidy - wouldn't know they'd been in. Excellent service and can certainly recommend.

Very professional service. Highly recommended!!

Quick response & very professional service, would definitely recommend.

From start to finish Total energy were nothing but excellent. Great communication, fast and efficient. Highly recommended

Total energy installed a new shower for me. Very tidy installation and reasonably priced. Great local company, 100% recommend.

Great company to work with, they came and fixed a hive monitor in our coffee shop. Clean tidy fast and efficient for a good market price. Would definitely recommend total energy.

Waited weeks for somebody to come out to quote for a new boiler, unreliably rescheduled twice at short notice. Eventually came out 2 weeks ago to quote….never heard from again. Thanks for nothing!

Once again we would like to say a huge Thankyou to Rob and his team. You have done an incredible job with our ensuite and have been so careful and thoughtful whilst in our property. Thank you Rob for actually rolling your sleeves up to make certain all work was carried out to a very high standard considering the difficulties of working in such a small space and all the problems that can arise as a result. We cannot recommend your wonderful company and the staff you employ enough.

Superb service . David serviced our boiler today. David was so professional and polite when visiting our property. Respectful ( wore a mask👍) and did an excellent and thorough job. He also took the time to explain things fully which I really appreciated. From the polite and helpful receptionist to the engineers they have provided a first class service . I would highly recommend this company. Thank you David and team 👍

Good engineers, poor customer service skills.

Dave fitted a new boiler in a very tricky place, replacing an old one which had some sub-standard flues. Throughout he was efficient, approachable, immaculate and extremely professional. We have been using Total Energy Services for many years and this recent experience reinforces the high opinion we have of them. I would strongly recommend.

WOW what an amazing company !! So helpful and polite and Adrian and Liam who came to our property were like a breath of fresh air with their care whilst in our property and taking the time to explain everything. Such lovely, lovely people ! Many thanks to you all, we would have you back anytime .

Had a new boiler and radiators fitted. Good job. Clean and tidy. Would recommend.

Really quality service from start to finish really happy 5*

Thank you very much to Holly and Rob really happy with the service provided, faultless. Everything from start to finish was easy and clear to understand and they guided us through the process.

Total Energy serviced our boiler. I cant explain enough how grateful we are to the team. Rob went above and beyond to sort an issue out with our boiler and provided excellent service. We will definitely continue using you again and highly recommend total energy to everyone looking for a company that genuinely cares and wants to provide the best service.

Absolutely fantastic . New boiler fitted within a week from initial call to office to enquire about a boiler . Lee the engineer was brilliant & left the job spotless ! Truly recommend T.E.S 👏👏👏👏

Very happy with the help we got from TES's engineer James. After 5 days without our gas central heating and hot water, James arrived and not only fixed the issue (a persistent airlock), but explained clearly how we could avoid it happening again, and other improvements we could make to our system.

Good service , quick and efficient

Inconsiderate lazy drivers who obscure pavements in an urban clearway and double yellow area, Company fails to acknowledge or respond when challenged

Family run Business with very good Engineers and customer service. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service throughout, from initial call, to informative options on repair or replace, no pressure just sound information. Repairs made in a timely manner. Efficient, courteous staff on phones, at survey, at repair. Boiler servicing booked. Good Job Done! Thank You

Highly recommend this company. Fast, professional service and a pleasure to deal with.

Total Energy came to the rescue after my boiler failed. Quick response, accommodating and I was very satisfied with the pricing - what more could you ask for! Would definitely recommend.

Fast quick and very friendly. Would highly recomend !

I had an emergency call out, the receptionist was extremely helpful. They were fast, efficient, friendly, professional and competitively priced. I will certainly recommend and use again.

Total Energy Services have done a lot of work for me over the years. Fantastic service, always reliable and efficient. Would highly recommend.

Great company, with great engineers. I called them out to repair my boiler, and the service I got from start to finish was first class. Highly recommend to anyone

Excellent, Reliable Services. Highly Recommend.

I have had a horrendous experience with Total energy. After misdiagnosing a problem and making me wait a week for a readily available part I was told that a different part was required. Rob, the manager, then proceed to tell me how much it was going to cost and that the new part required (which is readily available) had been superseded. When I explained that the "superseded" part was available I was told that "I could take my business elsewhere". Unbelievably bad firm. Avoid at all costs! Five months to reply. Impressive! I wish that I could post a recording of our conversation for all to hear. I patiently waited for your firm to aquire a "hard to find" part with no heating or hot water during a particularly cold spell. I care not for my comfort however my four year old daughter is more of a concern. This I explained to you. When the part was finally fitted it did not work and the engineer said that it must be a different part at fault. Being an old boiler it too might be hard to come by. A quick search on Google showed me that both the initial part and this part were readily available although I had been made to wait a considerable time for the first part. I was told to "give it a couple of days" by your engineer and then call the office to see if you could get hold of the second part. I duly called the office, spoke to you and was bluntly told that the part had been superseded and would require something else to make it work. You then kindly started to tell me exactly how much it would all cost me. £390 plus vat. I then explained why I was upset, having found the first part readily available for £20 and was annoyed further as the "superseded" part was only £50 to buy. I asked why it was to be so expensive and was told by you to take my business elsewhere. I purchased the part from a supplier who delivered it the following morning. I fitted it and the boiler did not work. I searched online for the flashing light sequence fault code and diagnosed that the ignition was not functioning. I dismantled the boiler, discovered that one of your engineers had damaged the ceramic insulation on the electrodes whilst bending them during their diagnosis. I repaired this damage and the boiler has been working perfectly ever since. I have no training in boiler repair and maintenance yet I was able to fix it. What is your excuse? Please do not accuse me of being rude. I was merely annoyed at your spectacular lack of customer service. With regard to an invoice, Total Energy repaired nothing and left my family cold and without hot water for nearly two weeks without seeming to care one bit. No invoice was due.

Tried to charge me over £200 up front without even seeing the job !!!

Excellent company
