Phoned the office regarding a care plan for my boiler, I spoke to a lovely lady called Hannah who went through every detail with me and the process to get started. Very happy with the service so far and will definitely be returning.

Called A Class for information on taking out a plan with them for my boiler. Hannah was so polite and informative and answered all my questions. Hannah was so helpful that I have booked in a visit to start the process of taking out a care plan.

I had no power to any of my upstairs lights for 3 months, I had been let down by two other electrical companies to come and figure out what was wrong with them. Ben came out, within 10-15 minutes told me exactly what was wrong, then fixed the issue and also told me what the next steps were if it were to happen again. I’ve not had any issues since. I have used A Class for a number of years and have always been incredibly happy with the level of service provided. Today Dan and Zack came out to relocate and replace two radiators. The job was not as straightforward as first expected but they were super helpful - and positive that they could get it sorted! A Class fitted a replacement boiler for my 76 year old mother within 5 days of making contact. John the owner even left her with some heaters while waiting for the new boiler to arrive. The workmanship was of a high standard. The lads who fitted the boiler were professional and polite. They left the room spotless on completion. I can't praise this company enough. I would highly recommend.

A-Class Plumbing did a great job installing our Air Source Heat Pump in Cleveleys. They went through the process from start to finish and did all of the required paperwork to obtain the necessary certificates and our installation grant from the government. All in all a thoroughly professional job that we're delighted with.

A class are my go to plumbers, they’ve done work for me in the past. This time I had been having trouble with my kitchen mixer tap and then…… it finally broke 😔 I was a bit nervous about it being replaced as its been installed for quite some time. A big thank you for putting our boiler replacement as a priority in this cold weather. The two young installers Elliot and Lou are a credit to your company, my wife says they arrived on time both very polite and considerate taking time to minimise the dust while core cutting the flue hole and taking off their shoes when they had to walk on our carpets. They both worked through their dinner to make sure the job was finished in one day and cleared away all the rubbish. From accepting the quote to installation was only 3 days I couldn't be more happy I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs a local professional team. Shoddy in their customer service I'm an OAP who needs their consumer unit modernising they promised to get back to me but never bothered i have since been informed they like emergency callout work and charge per hour that's ok with me but don't make empty promises and leave vulnerable people waiting for an imaginary phone call ,very dishonest.

Had them instal a air conditioning unit and 2 cooling units in our house. Were very hard working and did what they said they were going to do, if late or unable to do something they let me know, which is all you can ask for . Would recomend them as they are reasonable priced hard working and produce a quantity job at the end. Just waiting for our British summer to arrive to use it

A Class Solar came to my rescue to install a new Solar & Battery system to deadline (due to personal circumstances). I cannot recommend this company enough after initially calling them for an emergency callout back in November we have since had them out to do a boiler service and a few parts needed changing within the system. The lad that came to my mum has been amazing has gone above and beyond fixing the cupboard that the boiler was in and making it look like new again after several other companies have ruined it. Has been honest with my 82yr old mum And put her mind at rest Anyone that can do that is worth Their weight and gold. Thank you a class plumbing.

Design: A Class accepted the changes we wanted after taking into consideration some of their competitors ideas and we accepted their advice in increasing the battery storage. Batteries: The Guarentee for the batteries increased over the original quote and we were advised of this extension which was passed on to us at the end of installation. Cleanliness: We were very impressed with the team as they tidied and hoovered at the end of each day. They all took their boots off when they walked through the house to get to the the attic. There was no smoking or vaping. Post installation: We have had support from A Class via Rhys even at the weekend. Overall: We are pleased with the quote, the installation team and the after sales service.

well all the rip off merchants havnt all been removed, they quote a price over the phone for a look. then charge you extra, so dont give details over the phone, find another company charged £72, for a nice clean van to go check a OAPS boiler, , didnt do anything but take a couple of photos and try and sell you a new boiler, shame on them.there less than an hour

My boiler broke tonight - on Christmas Day!! A Class sent someone out within 10 minutes of my call. Both John (the owner) and Paul who came out , were brilliant - efficient, polite, helpful. . It’s fixed (temporarily for now - because it’s Christmas!!) - but the service was spot on and the immediate problem is solved. Very grateful. Thank you!

Absolutely First Class device from this company from phoning Rebbeca and informing them of the problem. To the calling out of the engineer Curtis all done in under 2 hours is absolutely fantastic service along with pleasent staff. I would highly recommend these guys for any work. I approached A Class because I had problems with the cowboy company installing my Solar installation. A Class guided me through the equipment I really should have had in the first place together with alternative scenarios for upgrading the system. After threatening legal action the cowboys finally put in what A Class had recommended, which works a treat! I'm sorry I didn't deal with A Class in the first place, but for any extension or upgrade they will be my first choice.

I have recently used A-Class Plumbing & Electrical Ltd to install a new PV system including battery storage & associated inverter’s. In summary I am very pleased with my install, my A Class experience and I highly recommend them. A Class was recommended to me a by a neighbour who had a PV solution installed early 2023 and sang their praises. My initial contact with John ( the owner) was excellent, he is very knowledgeable (20 years of PV install experience) and helped guide me through the design of a solution that suited my house, and my aspirations. As we traveled through this process I saw the passion that John has for green energy and a desire to create a solution the met my needs. The design went through a couple of iterations for both components and price, and once we received the G99 approval it was full steam ahead. The scaffolding (Wyre Scaffolding) was excellent, the best we’ve had; it was both very sturdy and very Safe). The install onto a slate roof (29 panels) and into my loft (2 inverters, 4 batteries) took just 5 working days, and I met 6 members of the A-Class team. There were typically 3 on site at any time. All were very amiable, professional, hard working, Technically very competent, and took great care in ensuring their element of the install was undertaken to the very best of their abilities. Each step was photographed to provide visibility of the workmanship across the A-Class team, and there was a solid desire to create a solution in a very neat and tidy fashion. Dan, the on site team leader, and professional electrician kept me in the loop all the way through the install to ensure I finished up with the install I desired. He was excellent in this role. In conclusion I have really enjoyed the experience of the A-Class team, they are exceptionally good, and I can not recommend them enough. If you are after a PV / Battery install, look no further. They really are very good, I cannot think of anything they could have done better, other than sourcing some sunny weather on my first day of becoming a Power Generator. Many thanks A Class. Had an issue with my solar battery- connected A Class, and within a day I had received help and advice to help resolve the issue, engineer called at my home and the issue was resolved within 20 minutes. Great service from all involved and would thoroughly recommend

I called A-class plumbing for an emergency callout after part of the pipework in my bathroom unexpectedly fell apart. It took a total of two and a half hours from the me picking up the phone to Dane having patched things up and leaving me with a working bathroom. Not bad at all! I'll definitely be going back to A-Class next time I need a plumber. Friendly, professional, and helpful.

Given the standard of some of the other solar installers that quoted, Rhys rose head and shoulder above them explaining how best to take advantage of limited roof space and the Intelligent Octopus electric rate. The installation team, led by Dan were hard working and tidied up before leaving on both days. The tidiness of the wiring, within areas that aren’t on show, was exemplary and gives the impression of a team that takes a pride in their work

Rhys Hempton contacted me in response to my initial enquiry regarding battery only installation I am with Octopus Intelligent and was interested in load shifting so all my electricity was charged at the off-peak 7.5p per kWh rate. I should mention also that I have a Nissan Ariya EV which I charge with an Ohme Pro charger. Unlike with other firms, he was not pushy, was extremely knowledgeable (a self-confessed "geek") and obviously committed to his firm and products. I decided to contact A Class and the Givenergy 9.5 kWh battery as I had boned up on numerous YouTube videos about it (and many others). I also chose to have an updated consumer unit. The work commenced Tuesday and bang on the appointed start time of 08:00 two smart and pleasant electricians arrived (they had travelled from Blackpool to Old Trafford ) and started the work immediately. They worked throughout without a break and returned again the next day to finish the job. On the second day they installed and commissioned the actual battery. I should mention that these guys were obviously highly qualified sparks who also left everywhere they had worked spotless. The system was installed inside a cupboard under the stairs and everything was put back neat and tidy. The system worked fine but there was a software issue caused by my router settings and I was unable to communicate fully with the system using either the App or the portal, so I couldn't fine tweek it. Probably a case of mea culpa because I set up the router. I contacted Rhys the next day and he tried to talk me through the fix remotely.. without success (I am 75 and not as sharp as I used to be). So he arranged to call over himself the next day and guess what.. he did! Absolutely delighted with this system and looking forward to the fortune it will help save me shelling out on overpriced electricity.

Our boiler was installed by Daniel and Owen. From start to finish they were brilliant, very friendly and professional. Daniel explained at the beginning what they were going to do and kept us informed of their progress all day. The work was carried out in the time frame that they said it would be. Daniel gave us full instructions on how to work the boiler. They left everything clean and tidy. The pair of them were an absolute credit to the industry and we would have no hesitation in using A Class for any work in the future and would definitely recommend the company to anyone who needs a plumber. The price for the installation was also very reasonable.

June 2023. I recently engaged AClass to extend my solar generation by means of a 4x405w panel Heliomotion unit coupled with additional battery storage and generation monitoring. The installation was a technical challenge both mechanically and electrically but the company lived up to its name in every respect. My thanks to all members of the team who were both polite and highly competent.

Friendly efficient and most importantly honest. Rys is very knowledgeable and it shined through. He was not salesy or pushy which swayed our decision to use this firm. Ben who kept us well informed ran the job admirably, was very respectful and made sure everybody respected our house rules. Which were important because we have dogs. We had some plumbing done and also solar power. I have absolute confidence that if anything went wrong they would be out correct it without question.

Solar panels and batteries installed - brilliant system and now getting electricity for £1/ day of which standing charge is 50p - great system , nice guys , very neat work on install and price competitive - I’d recommend these guys and the solar panels together with 19kw hours batteries a very good way of slashing electricity bills including if organised free charging of hybrid battery cars - yes free mileage so far but weather has been Sunny since install last week - John very knowledgable

The guys, Jack, Owen, Callum and Ben the Sparky were very professional, having removed the old boiler and piping, and fully installing and re-plumbing the new boiler in, even had to run new cabling in, but was no problem for them, the just got on and did what needed to be done, even staying extra on the 2nd day to make sure everything was running as it should, A Class are highly recommended and wouldn't use anyone else now for electrical or plumbing jobs

We were looking for a reccomended local company to install a new cooker hob, extraction fan, sink & tap ìn the kitchen. A Class were recommended. I checked thier reviews which were really good. On calling them their really lovely receptionist made an appointment for Tony Cassidy to come round within days (lovely guy) to give us a quote (spot on time).Job was booked in for the next week. Electric, gas and plumbing engineers were all needed. All turned up on time and did an amazing job and were so tidy cleaning everything up taking rubbish with them. They were all great guys so efficient and very proffecianal. Next day called them as we thought there was a loose bit on the spray tap, Martin who installed it popped in on his lunch break same day I called them, turned out it was meant to be like that. Have just made arrangements for them to fit new extraction fan in bathroom and redirect it to outside. Great at contacting you really quickly, great service and don't overcharge. Highly reccomend and we will always use them. So glad to have found them, we now have piece of mind, no more cowboys in our house. T hanks A Class.

They have done a few jobs for me and they have all been first class, they turn up on time and offer a first class service whatever job they are doing for me, they might not be the cheapest but they are definitely the best! I have tried loads of plumbers and electricians and these are by far the best I have used.

A Class Plumbing and Electrical found a serious fault with our condensing central heating boiler during its annual service. This problem goes back to its inadequate (to say the least) installation by Discount Domestic Heating (DDH) of Cleveleys. The hot and acidic condensate from the boiler should be conducted along a plastic pipe directly to the sewer, but as the boiler is on the first floor and not on an outside wall, DDH had simply connected a short pipe to an old metal overflow pipe. This stuck out of an outside wall, dripping onto whatever was on the drive below – tarmac, people, car, front door. A potential hazard, which could ultimately weaken the building’s foundations. A Class immediately agreed to remedy this dangerous situation. Within a week Paul and Curtis had installed the correct plastic condensate pipes beneath floorboards, across a room, through an outside wall and safely down a pipe to an external drain. This was inevitably very disruptive for a short time, but they left the inside of our home even neater and tidier than they found it. Excellent work! This is our earlier review of their very efficient installation of new radiators Excellent is an over-used word but it isn’t adequate in describing the service A-Class Plumbing gave us. We learned a lot from Tony when he made an initial visit to measure and advise on replacements for our five aged radiators. Days later, Paul and Elliot arrived promptly to work well together until the job was done and all the rubbish was removed. The improvement in the heating system was immediate and very welcome in the next few days of frost of ice! DDH had failed to leave keys to open the water filter when they installed the Bosch Worcester boiler, but Paul soon had it open and cleaned, as well as flushing the whole system and adding a good dose of inhibitor. Amazing company, had no problems with them. I needed a new boiler and they came to look on the Tuesday and it was fitted on Thursday. Next day cal outs for extra plumbing and plug sockets. Can not recommend them enough absolutely best plumbers and electricians in Blackpool!

John is always reliable and knowledgeable. Used a few times now and always good service whoever we get.

Was charged large sum of money for initial call out and nothing at all was resolved, tenant still left with no hot water, basically 140+ quid to tell me i needed a new cylinder which was followed by an extremely high quote to replace cylinder. When i asked for breakdown of costs they just got very defensive without actually providing a breakdown. Very strange and made me suspicious so i got other quotes and had the work done to a v high standard elsewhere and saved myself a ton of money.

Couldn't say as only asked to get a quote from them but found the quot to be to much £120 with out part part would be a further £83 so needless to say found other cheaper

I would not touch this company with a barge pole, after going through my insurance for a boiler break down a young man from a class plumbing called at my house, took 10 mins to look at my boiler and told me he would be back within a day or 2 as he didnt have the part with him . When he came back to fit the part he discovered he needed another part and asked me what my limit was on my insurance. After several days and no contact i had to start chasing up the plumber , i was promised a date for his return, he didnt show, i chased again, then contacted my insurance to find out what was going on, it was at this point i was informed that the cost was over my allowance and that i would have to put over 100.00 toward the repair, I was shocked as the plumber had already given me a rough estimate of costs and told me i would be within my limit on my insurance. I had been left for days with no heating or hot water over october/november period with 2 children . I had to resort to contacting trading standards to resolve my situation, as a good will gesture my insurance paid the full amount for me, as i also had to report A class plumbing receptionist/secretary (who i was informed was a family member of the business) for her attitude towards me telling "I suggest you watch your attitude when speaking to me if you want us to continue to help you". The nightmare has begun again after my mother who is a pensioner has also got a boiler breakdown, the plumber arrived assessed the boiler fixed it and went away,,he hadnt been gone long before the boiler stopped working and a re visit has had to be arranged, he now say the control button on mums insurance isnt covered but a class plumbing can fix the button for 100.00 plus parts. Mum rang the insurance to find out why and they explained to her that the plumber has told them she has a button she can press to get heating on...this is not the case,,,the insurance have now instructed another company to call at mums... Its some what strange that the call out has ended in 2 visits and become expensive ,,with a class plumbing gaining..It would appear children or oap are not taken into consideration when they CLAIM to offer A class service.
