These guys are knowledgeable, honest, skilled and hard working. We gathered a few quotes after one firm condemned our (very) old existing boiler and provided the first quote. I won't name the firm but the guy that came round was pretty unpleasant: grumpy, defensive and openly derisive of our current setup. Another firm were as nice as pie and provided a good quote but were a bit 'salesey' and did not provide a lot of guidance in the choice of boiler to go for. When Russel from Warm For Life came to quote, he spent longer, asked more questions, did a more thorough survey, provided a clear idea of which boiler to choose and why and was the only one who took his shoes off before marching upstairs! Other firms told us the job would take 3 days but WFL said it'd take a day - which made me a little nervous but they turned up with a big team and got the job done. As it happens, the work was more involved and took a little longer because of the need to bypass old lead gas pipes but they stuck to the original quote. All in all they did a great job and would recommend them.

For about 15 years now Warm for Life have been servicing and repairing my boiler, and on every occasion we have received punctual,tidy and professional service. Nothing to fault.

Good coms. with time of arrival etc. Boiler service carried out ok, shame there wasn't a detailed sheet provided. This has always been provided by previous boiler engineers. I feel that information on magnetic filter cleaning, ie not prepared to do it, should be made clear before a visit is booked.

Had whole ancient central heating system ripped out and replaced 18 months ago. Price competitive and significantly cheaper than British Gas. Lots of local firms only wanted to come in, replace a boiler and say cheerio. Bigger more complicated jobs not too interested. Mark and Russ (the directors) did the work themselves (with support from Ricky). Pleasant to deal with, courteous and attentive and job completed on schedule. And most importantly efficient. Recent fault with the thermostat replaced quickly and without fuss under 10 year guarantee. We are now on an annual service plan at reasonable price. PS only one thing guys. Would kick that AI ansaphone bot you are experimenting with into touch. Much better dealing with a human like Ricky!

Our boiler died a death and a friend recommended Warm for Life. A chap called Ricky came a few hours later who after stripping our boiler down explained the situation that the boiler was well over 12 years old and recommended a new one, No pressure just wanted to make us aware that replacing parts would not be advisable. So we went with a brand new combi boiler with a 10 year guarantee. Ricky true to his word came within 2 days and fitted our boiler. He was polite, friendly & very professional. Warm For Life fitted our new gas central heating system back in 2022 and did such a brilliant job, were all so personable and competitively priced that they are now our go to company for any plumbing jobs. And of course they do our yearly boiler service. The latest jobs were to fit a new kitchen tap and investigate a strange noise that could be heard all over the house and occurred every time a tap was turned off or an appliance filled up. Ricky arrived on time got straight down to work replacing the taps. That was done in no time at all followed with investigating the strange noise. Well would you believe it, the noise was there no longer, we think the draining of the system cured the problem. Two birds with one stone! Thanks again Chaps. When the unexpected rodent attack on a central heating pipe leaves water pouring through the ceiling you have an emergency but thanks to Warm for Life super quick response which was much appreciated major damage was averted.

Would absolutely recommend Warm For Life. Used them for gas safety cert in my old house last year and they arrived same-day to do that. This year, they serviced the boiler in our new house and we separately needed a new part for it, which they ordered same day, it arrived the following, and they came back the following day after that to fit and fix. We had a full system replacement - including boiler, controls, radiators and pipe work installed by Warm for Life. We were very impressed by the professionalism of all the staff involved. The staff who came to do the initial assessment/survey were the staff who fitted the system, which we felt meant they knew exactly what to expect and what the plan was. The system was fitted within the initial estimated timescales, and the cleaning up afterwards was brilliant. We now have a warm house and a system which is simple to control.

Really happy with the service from Warm for Life. They arrived early in the morning and found the source of our problem, when another engineer had been unable to and saved us a lot of money! He had the part on him and was able to fit it within a couple of hours. Was respectful of our home and cleaned up before he went. The guys at Warm for Life are brilliant! The whole process from initial contact, to them visiting to give me a quote and then returning to do the work was superb. I was able to get an initial estimate online for getting a new boiler installed and could also book an appointment online for a visit to get a quote. Russ contacted me the following day to let me know they could come a few days earlier than planned to give a quote which was very welcome. Russ and Mark visited to do the quote, sent a text in advance to let me know they would be arriving in 20 minutes and did arrive exactly on time. They assessed the work that needed doing, gave me a very helpful suggestion when I asked for some additional work and were extremely pleasant guys all round. They sent the quote the same day and followed up a couple of days later to see if I had any questions which they answered promptly. The work was booked in for around 2 weeks later and they sent a reminder the day before. Russ, Mark, Ricky and Jake arrived on the date booked at exactly the time agreed. They did a great job, installed my new boiler and a new radiator, cleaned up after themselves, took the old boiler and rubbish away, let me know about a small issue which was not a problem and were thoroughly nice guys to boot. Highly recommend these guys. We moved into our new office with the boiler not working when it was cold outside. They came within an hour of me calling to check the boiler and they told us that we needed a new one. They came and fitted a new boiler two days later. They were all really nice guys and made sure they cleaned up after themselves, you wouldn't have even known they had been there. Communication was really good through texts keeping me updated and you logging into your account online. We have signed up with them to do our yearly inspections.

Having made a really good job of installing a new gas boiler for us a couple of years ago Warm for Life have just carried out the second annual service. As before, the engineer was prompt, courteous, friendly, very thorough and left absolutely no mess. These guys are highly recommended.

I relocated to the Nottingham area in 2021 and had these guys fit a new boiler in my home not long after, following issues with the old existing one. When Russ and Mark first came round they were both very friendly and professional which put me at ease straight away. I could tell these were the guys I wanted to use and went ahead with a Greenstar 8000 Style 30KW boiler with the Easy Control thermostat, which you can control from the Bosch mobile app. The boiler came with a 12 year warranty and has been in 2 years now with absolutely no issues, just had an annual service by Mark, highly recommend!

Warm for life have done multiple jobs for us now over the last couple of years, from replacing all our radiators to installing a new boiler and providing annual servicing. Always helpful, always turn up and always deliver a high quality service.

I came home from a Night shift to a nightmare when my combi boiler suddenly stopped working, bearing in mind I have a 1 year old baby. I knew I needed a new boiler because it was over 10 years old so I googled to find out the best boilers out there which was Worcester boilers by Bosch and I googled who fitted them which is when I found Warm For Life. They had the best reviews and were local. I spoke to Russ and explained the emergency situation that I have no heating or hot water and I have a 1 year old baby. Russ was really understanding and told me he would fit the new boiler on the very same day. Literally within an hour Russ sent Rick over to get started on the job whilst Russ and Mark were finishing their previous job. Rick came over and was really respectful of my house and property. He put mats down everywhere not to cause damage or a mess. Rick talked me through the whole process whilst doing the job. I really liked Rick as a person, we had a good chat and I liked how he was a family oriented man like myself. Russ and Mark came later. Russ showed me the phone app for the boiler. I explained to Russ where I would ideally want boiler control to be and amazingly he figured out the best way to wire the control into the Hallway. Which required bedroom floorboards to be lifted and the ceiling drilled. He really knew his stuff and talked me through what he was doing as I expressed I had an interest to learn so I could do DIY in the future. At the end, Mark made sure to go through everything with me again to make sure I understood. Such as showing me the app, and explaining how the boiler needs servicing once at least once a year to ensure I'm eligible for the 10 year guarantee. I also had some old car brake discs which I needed to get rid of, which Mark offered to take them away as a favour. Which was really appreciated! Overall, the guys were absolutely lovely, respectful and knew what they were doing. They cleared up their mess. I would 100% recommend them. They're real professionals and family oriented people you don't mind inviting into your family home.

We looked at different quotes for our new boiler and was recommended warm for life from a family member who had used th twice before. From the start Russ was very helpful and came to have a discussion on what we wanted and looked at all the different options. We then received our quote and it was only slightly more than others but given the professionalism and reassurance we received compared to others it was an easy decision. Throughout the whole process it was made easy also with the messaging service this was nice to have for any question thoughout. We had a little issue with our thermostat talking to the boiler but a quick message to them and someone popped over and it was sorted, I couldn't ask for better service. Couldn't be happier with the new boiler! My old boiler gave up with little warning, and in the middle of winter I was struggling to get someone in quickly to replace it! No hearing is bad enough, but no hot water is even worse! Thankfully Warm for Life were able to get to me within 24 hours of asking for a quote. Mark was outside the door, ready to start before 8:00am and was done before 1:00pm. Both he and his business partner Russell were friendly, knowledgable and professional. They did a great job tidying everything up after, and the clean up team took away the old boiler and all the mess. You know how it is with building and associated trades - they may or may turn up, finish on time, do a good job etc so it was with some trepidation we contacted Warmforlife with regard to replacing a central heating boiler. They contacted us the same day - visited to inspect/quote the following day - gave lots of advice and left brochures so a good presentation, and advised when they could do the work... but promises are easily made and this old sceptic was still not counting on it going smoothly. But... they arrived early with a new boiler - installed and commissioned it in one day - and operation was carried out efficiently , enthusiastically in a very professional and friendly manner and the area left tidy. To all those needing similar work to be done we suggest you could save a lot of time and frustration by putting this Company top of your contact list to avoid our experience where other manufacturers approved installers either didn't progress our initial enquiry after three weeks or if they did turn up had no product literature or inclination to advise which boiler was best suited to our needs.

Old boiler died 10 days before Christmas. Warm for Life came and had it replaced in two days with a well fitted new boiler. Minimum fuss and great electronic way of invoicing and managing the job. Will use them for maintenance. Professional, efficient and fair.

Had a new combi boiler installed which replaced a very old boiler. Throughout they were tidy, professional, friendly and kept me informed about what was going on. Extremely happy with the overall result and would highly recommend to anyone. Glad we went with a local company as well.

Warm for life installed our boiler 3 years ago, they were competitive financially, were prompt, friendly and communicated well both prior and during a difficult install. The gas supply was problematic and they went over and above to liaise with the gas board to resolve this. It resulted in a prolonged install which the team accommodated and did not even mention charging extra for. They have continued to provide a friendly reliable service including recently quickly returning a call and providing free advice over the phone so i could remedy an issue with the boiler caused by the inclement weather without a call out, effectively turning down work to save me money by giving step by step instructions on how to do this myself. They have carried out work on my rental property also to a high standard. They liaised with my tenant on my behalf to arrange the work saving me much time and effort. I would not hesitate in recommending warm for life.

Russ from Warm for Life came to quote within 40 minutes of my call. Had a good look around and alerted me to some potential issues that might need to be resolved in addition to the new boiler. Later that evening a quote arrived by email. Russ agreed to hold an installation day 5 days later open whilst we obtained a competitive quote. Accepted WfL quote as it was the cheaper and confirmed the installation date. The installation team, Connor and Dickie, then worked all day to complete the work. They were polite, tidy, conscientious and determined to finish the job that day. Russ and Mark called in to ensure that all was well. All we had to do was to keep the kettle boiled! Our home is now warmer than it was and we're looking forward to lower bills for system maintenance and gas usage. None of the potential problem issues actually materialised so we ended up paying the bare amount that Russ quoted. We took the interest free option as well.
