Great Service! Kimpton responded with a same day attendance and fixed the issue first time. The fault had previously been unresolved by other contractors. Our tenant was over the moon with the service received.

We are a Hospice and as such are under unprecedented financial pressures. Maintaining our M&E equipment and legal compliance is superbly supported by Kimpton here and across our retail spaces. Their team leads are easy to work with. The site engineers are knowledgeable, efficient and considerate of the environment that they are in. Kimpton haven't let us down or disappointed at all over the last 4 years nor have they over charged for the services that they provide. We, like most hospices, have to self fund more than 80% of our costs to maintain our current service levels to both in-patient and community services. Kimpton with their values and willingness to help us maintain these important services have become an integral part of what we can provide. All in all a great company with a social conscience and expertise across M&E services and compliance delivery. Highly recommended.

Kimpton came out to check a noisy AC unit at the request of the management company that I use for the flat I own and rent out. This is the work they did as per invoice…. “Attended site to investigate issue. On entering apartment found it to be very noisy. AC was turned off so checked extract fan and it was set to boost on a switch by the washing machine. Switched to normal and the running noise subsided. Adjusted fan speeds on extract fan itself so when running even on high fan it will not make a noise. Once fan adjusted found a slightly rattling noise above the grill at front door. Unable to remove grill to check what is causing the noise. Recommend site builder removes grill, as it has been siliconed in to the ceiling & removing the grill may damage the ceiling“ For this they charged £365!! To clarify, that’s £365 to flick a switch. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so ripped off
