Service from Tweeds is second to none (on time and friendly) but I must mention that the latest delivery of 'coal nuggets' was of a poor burning quality compared to their normal very high standard.

Noticed a small oil leak at tank. Phoned Tweeds and they had an engineer out the following day . Such a polite and friendly chap who was professional in his manner and appearance. He inspected the tank and gave me two options for repair or replacement. I asked for quote and after phoning the office to agree the repair was done the same week. Very pleased. Will be returning to Tweeds for tank replacement job .

Very poor from a local company, I purchased oil at an agreed price and paid for it online. Then the day before it was due to arrive they rang to say the price had gone up and they couldn’t fulfil the order at the price quoted.

Even when I rang up in a panic one Saturday morning because I thought I’d ran out, the lady was so, so helpful and assured me it would be delivered first thing Monday morning. It’s not often these days when someone says they’ll do something and then actually do it, but the oil was delivered before 9am that Monday morning. Couldn’t recommend Tweed enough! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This was my first time using Tweeds.I ran out of oil and my last supplier wanted to charge me £60 for an emergency delivery. Tweeds delivered the same day at no extra charge......Emo my previous supplier were cancelled with immediate effect and my business will be given to Tweeds in future.

Good tidy and professional job of replacing my old (26 years) Oil tank, Moved old tank, laid new concrete base and installed, connected, filled & tested new tank & watchman level indicator, all within 3 days. Dismantled and removed old tank safely and left the place neat and tidy. Really friendly and efficient team of workers. highest recommendation from me!

Excellent customer service. We had purchased a patio heater online which was fitted with an EU regulator. Not only did they have all the UK fitting required, but changed them all over and made sure my heater was working before packing it in my car for me. My house has switched from oil heating to gas. I have set up an account with Tweed fuels for Propane tanks, as pheonix gas have not reached my address yet. After a slight delay on delivery. Tweed fuel rectified this small mistake by giving me a bag of fire lighting sticks and a bag of peat. Have used Tweeds for the last years. First class service and straight forward payment.
