From requesting a couple of quotes, to being given said quotes, to delivery day, to installation, Kas Energy delivered again. Ross and Damien got to work straight away, organised, considerate, professional, and the banter between themselves and Ross's electic mix of music made for a smooth day. All mess was cleaned up, scrap, cardboard etc all gone. Would recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience with KAS ENERGY the whole process only took 2 weeks to complete. There were no pushy sales tactics. The quotes we were given was the price we paid. The office staff were very accomodating with our requirements. Damien the engineer was very professional, he installed our new boiler within 5 hours of arriving. He worked non stop to get the job done in as little time as possible. Damien was very polite and left the work area spotless. He was also very clear on the operating instructions of our new boiler and thermostat. After completion we received an aftercare call from the team.

We have used KAS Energy for a few years now. This year was no exception for our annual boiler service. Our engineer Ross was great; he told us when he’d arrive, kept us informed of timings and arrived as agreed. He explained what he was doing during the service and gave more detail about our system and its condition. We are delighted with his work and KAS’s performance.

Excellent service from quote to delivery. Very fair price included an extra radiator. Fitted new boiler in our loft in extreme heat. Ross was our fitter. Excellent communication and hard worker. Stayed calm and capable when there was an unexpected problem and organised a prompt visit and repair from East Staffs water board. The whole team including Sam and Kim are exceptional and I would recommend them for any plumbing and heating needs. Sam even delivered bottled water in case the water board didn't arrive. We are 76 & 80. KAS is 5 stars ++.

Long review so apologies. I found KAS Energy via a Facebook advert, out of character for me to use Social media, but hey ho did it this time! Within minutes I was talking to a robot which is definitely not for me, so ended the call. That's the only negative I have with my experience using KAS Energy. Shortly after a very pleasant lady called Kym ( part owner of the business ) called to deal with my enquiry . She explained their advertising methods, and that KAS were a family business local to me. It was this call from Kym which lead me to having a quote for our replacement boiler. I had the pleasure of meeting Sam ( Kyms partner & owner of the business ) who arrived with literature and knowledge to quote. I think it was within the hour or so that the quote arrived via email. A fair and reasonable price was agreed and booked a fitting in to suit both parties. I requested a slightly later start time so we could be out the house and not in the way. Fitting day arrived and Ross was here bang on 8.30am to start ( I did not envy him , very hot in a loft to be working!) What a nice guy Ross is, explained everything step by step, discussed reasons why and how he was going to go about the fit. Ross is a credit to the company. So, would I recommend KAS? Yes most definitely. Hopefully i will only see them once a year for the annual service, but if there's a issue I'm sure it'll be dealt with as quick response as the sales and fitting!

Ross from KAS Energy & Plumbing was amazing throughout our boiler replacement and radiator fitting. We had our boiler and one upstairs radiator replaced, plus a whole new radiator installed in our living room. Ross did a fantastic job around the house, keeping eveything spotlessly clean, and went out of his way to ensure small things like the brickwork and holes were filled upon completion. Ross is a very friendly and respectful family man whom we would recommend!

Quote was competative. The approach to my specific boiler replacement was spot on, recommending a change that was the least intrusive option. They were able to change the flue, safely, with no need for expensive scaffolding on this occasion and the price quoted to win the business was the price paid. These are both things I cannot say of their larger competitors. Then when it came to the actual installation, Ross, who did actual work, arrived promptly, worked efficiently and cleanly and was lovely to have around for a day. I have no problem recommending them, particularly if you're looking to replace a Glowworm or Valient boiler with similar.

Ross replaced our boiler for us , nothing was too much trouble and he was polite, clean and tidy , he then called back within 48 hours to replace 2 radiator valves that weren't working, all done with no fuss , clean, tidy, friendly and efficient. I didnt have the pleasure in meeting any of the staff as im always busy working away. Our boiler had packed in and my partner contacted this company on a sunday evening. Within an hour they had arranged to come for a visit the next day. The gentleman who had come to have a look was nothing but polite and assuring to my partner. And they had managed to squeeze us in to install a new boiler and flush out our radiators as well as offering a package that covers our boiler for 5 years warranty and services. Requiring a new boiler is not the best situation but dealing with KAS made it a pleasure. Sam the surveyor was very knowledgeable and amenable. Ross the installer was an excellent tradesman very friendly and working late into the evening to make sure that we had a working boiler before he left, even though he could have left at 5pm and completed the next day. A slight problem with the controller was addressed by Ross within a couple of hours being reported. We would recommend KAS

I have been very pleased + totally satisfied with the recent services I have had from KAS Energy. Matt came last week + did a gas safety check, he was very thorough, polite and helpful. Then he noticed a radiator was going rusty so he noted it + KAS got in touch, the radiator was fitted today . Very speedy service. Matt came + did the job today, again he was very pleasant, put plastic down to walk on, worked hard + got the job done. Recently had to replace my boiler,wanted to support a local company and got in touch with Kas Energy Pluming and Heating,so glad I did ,from 1st point of contact Kim who was very polite and knowledgeable about our problem and arranged for Sam who arrived on time to survey and discuss work to be carried out and at very competitive price, to Alex who arrived on a day arranged to carry out the work, he put in place dust sheets down the moment he entered our property and worked methodicly untill our new boiler was installed, he then took time to explain and show me how to work the new controls and settings, and finally cleaned up and removed all the rubbish and my old boiler. We’ve been using KAS now for over 3 years. We’ve had Radiators installed. Plumbing fault finding on no hot water - this was the winter and came out within hours. Replacement shower parts including servicing Issues with low water pressure Each time KAS has come to the rescue and resolved our issues when needed. They are reliable friendly, professional (always turn up when they say they will) tidy, respectful of your property and do a fantastic job each time. I would highly recommend this company. Well Priced, on time, came fitted Worcester Bosch Wall Boiler all the work was carried out clean and tested by Gas Safety qualification, pluming and electrical checked before they left given a extra 5 years free service on top off the 5 years and a extra 5 years on top off the 10 years from Worcester Bosch recommend them 100% every time.

Had a new boiler fitted by KAS Energy. The boiler was fitted in one day with no mess whatsoever. The fitter was professional and really hard working. Excellent competitive quote given following survey, which was very professionally done by Sam. Great follow up by Kim and date arranged for work. Alex, the fitter, arrived as arranged, and worked quickly and systematically to install the new boiler and associated work, giving good on site advice when needed and was very respectful to us the home owners. All work done as stated on the quote and price was as per the quote with no hidden extras. The KAS representative physically attended to survey the house and old boiler, checking water flow rate etc before leaving a written quote at the end of the visit. This is something I prefer to the other over the phone quotes I had which leave me wondering if additional works might be required for ‘unforeseen’ circumstances. The quote was very competitive compared to another local company and an online franchise. Kim speedily replied to a lot of my queries and provided other quotes on different boilers without pressuring me to make a speedy decision. This particular project required replacing two Combi boilers in the property and the work was planned to be carried out over two days. In fact the engineer who arrived on time, Alex, was so competent and knowledgeable about the boilers I had chosen that he fitted both boilers on the same day. Attention to safety was a priority and one of the old flues was extended at no extra cost. After commissioning both boilers and final checks on gas pressures etc Alex explained the system and controls to my tenants rather than just handing over instruction manuals, which was much appreciated. The work was carried out to a neat high standard and with due regard to respecting the property. On completion the house was left as clean and tidy as when Alex arrived. Would highly recommend this company

We had an old radiator removed, and new designer radiator installed to a new location. This involved removing floor boards to alter pipe work etc. Job was completed in a tidy organised way, on time on the day promised. I would highly recommend KAS energy plumbing, 1st class service.

That level of care and commitment is rare to find these days. Found Kas plumbing and heating on Google read some of the reviews, I booked for a quote for a new boiler they came day after phone call , Sam came went through everything with me explaining everything in great detail, I had already had two quotes before him ,but Sam explained things in more detail, the price of the boiler was very good, I booked to have them fit the boiler and Alex came to do the job ,well what can I say what a utter professional young man he was, part the job wasn't easy but he made the outside piping look fantastic, he cleaned all his mess up and explained everything about the new boiler, again Alex what a good job and thank you ,I would recommend Kas and Alex for any work that needs doing 5 star

Our Experience dealing with Kass Energy Plumbing and Heating was one of the most easy and straightforward no fuss, or complicated , issues from beginning to end of our Boiler beng fitted .Sam arrived , and after five minutes of him arriving we knew instantly he was a very genuine and sincere person , Sam asked us about what had happened with our old boiler and what we wanted , he went to look at what we needed and explained everything and advised us what would be good for us , also when We spoke to Kim his Wife on the telephone she was soo very helpful explaining all what was to happen and about how the financial side of it all would work . Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. We had quite a few quotes from other places but when Sam came round the quotes were competitive but they also did a power flush which was a major bonus, We decided on our boiler and chose our installation date. On the day of installation Alex our engineer arrived first thing as discussed and honestly was fantastic, really nice chap, Put out all dust sheets and fitted the boiler within the day and made everything look neat and the pipe work looking great. I can’t recommend KAS energy enough, and will definitely be using them for future servicing .

However Alex was very friendly and went through everything that was to be done with us, Alex did a very neat professional instalation and checked every single piece of equipment installed,Everything was cleaned down after installation, all the rubbish abd debris was taken away. Alex spent quality time explaining how our new boiler worked in detail. Had Kas in yesterday replacing the boiler as mine had given out earlier in the summer. The team were thorough, did their absolute best to minimise disruption to our day, and were so sweet to my little dog. The 2 man team left zero mess and even did a couple little extras as part of the service like flushing the older radiator system. I dread to think what came out of those. The work area and my home was left clean and tidy (up and down stairs all day, they laid sheets to protect the carpet bless) and i couldn't be happier with the services provided. See you in a year for our first servicing appointment x

Originally we got KAS in to replace our aging gas boiler, which proved to be an excellent choice. We subsequently had them back to replace all the old plastic pipe with copper, plus all new radiators. A great job by KAS. Very easy to work with and very persistent in making sure things are right. We now have a lovely new heating system for our very old stone cottage.

I can confirm that they have excellent Knowledge, Attitude & Skills (KAS). I am very happy and relieved to have a Combi boiler installed perfectly with good finish, replacing an old heater boiler and placing it where the old cylinder was, removing tanks no longer needed, bricking up nicely and replacing a pump shower to a new one compatible with the Combi.
