Julio did various jobs for us. Painting a front reception room, repairing a badly treated window sill, sprucing up our banister in the hall. All done superbly and the window sill looks like new. No cracks in the plaster anywhere anymore and the banister sparkles. On top of this he helped me in the garden and cleared our front drive from weeds, all done without weedkiller and done very nicely indeed. Julio was very jovial and friendly throughout and got on marvellously with my two dogs, which was a bonus. He worked very hard and diligently and I can't recommend him highly enough.

I couldn’t be happier with the work carried out. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, on time, and to a really high standard. Communication was clear throughout, and it was obvious they take real pride in what they do. The quality of the workmanship is excellent — attention to detail, tidy throughout, and the finished result looks fantastic. It’s not always easy finding someone reliable, but this was a genuinely stress-free experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Really pleased with the work Julio did – the cabinets were assembled and mounted perfectly, and the small electrical appliance was fitted and set up without any hassle. What stood out most was how thorough and dedicated he was throughout the job. Excellent work from JH Home Service and Julio, he helped me move a very large industrial office TV with stand that weighed nearly 100kg. He came over initially to just check the job first but we ended up doing it there and then after discussing the options and a plan to get it moved and mounted successfully. Job done!

Julio did a great job at decorating and making good and putting sealant in place. I am now using Julio instead of a builder I had used for many years. Julio cares about doing a good job and is a pleasure to have working in your property and gives good advice.

Julio painted two of my hallway walls. Finding him through check a trade he came round to my property as discussed arriving earlier than was said and was so personable and trustworthy . Did my job today arriving earlier again always a positive sign for me set everything up and left at around 4ish when he was happy with the job bearing in mind he got to me at 830ish in the morning. Took great care in his work very personable trustworthy and above all would def recommend him great communicator also , above all aswell price was great . He was also attentive to my property and was very clean and tidy.

Julio came to our home to replace a number of loosened / squeaky floorboards on our 1st floor landing. From initial contact to carrying out the job on site, I found Julio to be very professional, knowledgable courteous and efficient. Would highly recommended and use his services again. 3rd February 2026 - Julio came back again to repair two bathroom issues. 1st - a door panel to the wet shower room which was badly water damaged and 2nd - to re-mastic around the bath area and overhead shower. As usual, Julio was fantastic. Very professional, efficient and did a marvellous job dealing with both issues. Highly recommend!

Really pleased to find Julio who did a great job and will definitely use him again. Was very lucky that when I phoned him, he was on another job 5 minutes away & was kindly able to fit our small job in afterwards. It was repairing an interior door handle that had gradually come loose and fallen out. And changing out a couple of cupboard door handles with new ones we’d already bought.

Julio was fantastic! He was great with communication before and after the work was completed and he gave a reasonable quote for the work. Bidet fitting on toilet, fixing my TV mounting and wiring, hanging paintings, light, coat railing Can’t recommend Julio enough! He was quick, thorough and absolutely immaculate in his work - including the relatively complicated job of fitting the bidet and getting it to work smoothly. Julio is also very polite, which added to the experience. I’m keen to get the next phase of my home improvement project also done by Julio. The job was to make good some damage to plaster and surfaces and to paint a recessed area to blend with existing walls. The work was done with care and is very good. It was a pleasure to communicate with Julio on this job too.

Our new cupboard has now been sealed off and replaced with a new functional door that looks more attractive than what we originally had. Julio has been a real find for us this year. He is a consummate professional. He has done varied work us such as fixing doors, laying bathroom and kitchen tiles, replacing drain pipe, fixing garden fences and most recently fixing the porch ceiling. He stays good to his quotes and has never given me a rude surprise. When he completes a job it stays done. Julio is now my go to person for all handyman related work and more. Really happy with the work from JH Home Services. He took out all the carpet in our bedrooms, living room and laid laminate flooring and did a great job. Very tidy and polite. Everything was left clean afterwards. Will definitely be using him again!
