Bought our house in 2022 and the old owners had windows and french doors installed. Noticed in the winter of 2023 water was coming in through the seal of the left front elevations in the living room and spare room. Contacted them and after a lot of back and forth they said they couldn’t do anything because the contract was taken out on someone else’s name and we will have to live with it. SCAM COMPANY!! SCAM OWNERS!! Never known such nonsense and they won’t accept its a window fault even though the seals are discoloured and I have videos of the water ingress. Still waiting on the engineers report from when he come out and nothing. Can see me going down the legal route eventually because we won’t be able to sell and there’ll be inevitable water damage to the house as a result. Feel free to be a decent company and resolve it for us!!

Had 3 new doors fitted. Alex and his team were great. Kept us updated and were helpful and friendly. This is third time we’ve used them for different jobs and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

After getting a lovely new front door from Berkshire Glazing we decided to also replace the oldest windows in the house. Robert did a brilliant job fitting them and those rooms feel warmer already!

Highly recommend this company. Had new windows and doors replaced over 5 years ago. Great quality and quickly installed. Had a small issues recently due to user error. I was really surprised and impressed with the service and care I received after calling them. Dan and Kieron were quickly on the case and helped, advised and fixed the problem all free of charge within the warranty. No hassle!!! Can’t say how impressed I was with the smooth service and help along the way, Will be using them again. 10/10 for these guys

They are Fensa registered and the windows come with an extremely impressive 10 year guarantee. They look fantastic and will definitely be using them again for the next batch of windows.

we had all our windows and door's replaced by berkshire windows ,we had different fitter's every time and they were all amazing, Dan and Luke fitted our fascia boards on the front of our house they were on time friendly and did an excellent job they cleaned up everything and left our property clean ,

Trying to get a response to an email requesting them to finish work under guarantee is like pulling teeth. They keep ringing up to try to sell me something else, though. I mention the guarantee work and they quickly hang up. Original work was fine, but follow up is extremely poor or non existant.

Berkshire glazing visited us several times to assess the issues with some windows of our home we just bought. The guys were friendly, supportive and understanding. They didn’t rest until they found out the issue and attempted to fix the windows 2 different ways . The second way has worked fantastic, no more leaks and sealed tight. They went above and beyond as we were also fitting a new kitchen, they offered to help and did help to lift the wall cabinets into place with me too. In my opinion 5 star service and 5 star rated people too. Thank you guys, if I have any more issues with windows I am coming straight to you.

Have had 3 jobs done with Berkshire Glazing; all excellent work. Work was expedited with minimum delay or fuss. Cleaned up afterwards. Really pleased!

Berkshire Glazing replaced my Mum's front door. We visited them in person and were given a warm welcome and very helpful advice from the first visit. They also managed to fix the back door that was seizing up. Customer service has been excellent from start to finish, they were competitively priced and really took the time to understand what we wanted. Danny the fitter did a wonderful job - the house looks so much better, is more secure and insulated, and the daylight pouring into the hall makes a huge difference. Would definitely recommend.

They did a conversion for my porch from all glass and glass door to brick and proper door with lights. The salesman was good at communication. The service team is good, and to their team (incl builder and plaster man) are professional.

I had four double windows, one single window, two French doors, and two side panes replaced on my ground floor flat. Primarily this was to improve the security of my property. I was thoroughly impressed with both the quality of the products, and with the quality of workmanship, and with the price, which was very reasonably considering the high quality.

I had a total of 12 windows replaced last week, whole house, 6 rooms. Took 12 hrs over 2 days, minimum mess or disruption. Very competitive prices, very professional and competent fitters. Really happy with the results.

We would highly recommend Berkshire Glazing LTD. We had several consultations with the fitters who gave us plenty of options for our new front door. They were easily contactable and replied immediately to any questions we had or changes we wanted to make. The fitters were very flexible when it came to booking a time to fit the door. They arrived on time and worked straight through until the job was finished to a high standard. They removed the old door and took it away with them. We are very happy with our bespoke door. Tom
