Update 2024 ** Graham at Elite Glazing has now installed new windows for me after moving locally to our second home. I had no hesitation in using Graham again as he did such a great job at our first house. He is extremely professional, as are his fitters who have done such a superb job fitting a number of windows including 3 tricky bay windows. His prices are competitive also and he is such a lovely and polite person to deal with. I’d 100% anyone looking for new windows/doors to get in touch with Graham. ** First review 2021** Excellent. I cannot recommend Graham at the Elite Glazing Company enough. Graham and his fitters have done a wonderful job fitting a couple of new windows, a UPVC back door and a composite front door. The quality of their products seems very high, they do a wonderful job fitting them and they’re all such nice guys too.
When moving into my home, one of the things that always let it down was the main entrance – it consisted of an aged flag door with dated glass, worn handles and fading paint. I had a fair number of quotes from local companies, but they were generally either unreceptive to my plans, or would rather push what they thought was a better idea. In the end we found Elite, and after having Graham come round to quote and spending a lot of time discussing my requirements, I was sold on using them to complete the work. Graham was friendly, honest and gave us his professional advice, whilst really understanding what we wanted to achieve. I was very specific with the fine details (down to size of the door - in millimetres), and occasionally changed my mind on a couple of small items, but Graham remained completely receptive throughout the whole process. In the end we had a composite unit installed with full length privacy glass either side, but had additional work completed also – including replacement and realignment of some existing glass panels. Graham kept me up to date with progress of the door manufacturing process, and when there were some delays (all of which related to the door manufacturer). When Elite installed the door and glass, the team were very polite and kept everything as clean as possible – which is not always easy when having to cut through red brick and breeze blocks! I’ve have had the door installed for a couple of months now and have had no issues – it’s exactly what I wanted. If you’re in the market for a new front door or window replacement, I thoroughly recommend Elite!
Elite has installed a sliding door and front door for us, and fixed a window. Always professional and helpful. We have an issue with the door (manufacturing problem), and Graham has been exceptionally helpful in getting it remedied as well as making adjustments to the door so it can function temporarily as he has it replaced. On one of our windows which didn't come from them, they diagnosed an issue with the latch and quickly fixed it. Great service!
