The team came on time and did a great job. We particularly appreciated the care they took to tidy up and leave the job site clean.

The Lads did a superb job and we are extremely happy with their work. Our house has old style recessed frames and this made the job harder than normal for them but they battled on and got 90% done in a day and the standard and finish was very very good. Cannot fault them, top marks.

Excellent firm. Great service from start to finish. I ordered Bi-fold doors within a short time frame and the Company ensured they were available and fitted within that time. A reprentative of this company came and measured up. The windows were oversized so I expected some delay. I rang a few times but no response so visited and was reassured that either way I would be contacted. I wasn't. Completely ghosted. Disappointing as they were recommended.

The guys who came out to measure and quote weee really lovely but I never got a white and chased 3 times and the final time the woman on the phone was ever so rude and told me I was welcome to go elsewhere. So I did. Not inspiring if presales support is so rude because I wouldnt want the after sales support. The quote never came and the telephone staff need better training and to be polite. Real shame as the guys were very friendly. Complete opposite. But I have a great supplier now. I guess they can afford to lose customers.

The team was great, i spoke with Adam first who provided me with all the products they have, they have a great range of windows and doors, after picking the windows and door i liked this was fitted very quickly, the upvc door was better in person and makes the house stand out and the double glazing now keeps the house nice and warm aswell as the work the guys put in to make sure all the work was neat and tidy round the frames of the windows is seamless. Thank you guys

I contacted Didcot Glass and Glazing because I had some windows with condensation inside the sealed units. They came round and gave a quote and a couple of weeks later replaced the units. Just a small job but it's made such a difference to the look of the windows. The young man who did the work was very nice and respectful of the property. I will not hesitate to recommend this company.

Such a great company to work with - nothing is too much trouble. We needed some new sealed units to replace our single-glazed front door sidelights. The team came out and measured up and the units were ordered immediately. Sue in the office has kept me updated, and the team will come out to fit when I'm ready for them. Excellent. It’s all well and good being a decent company selling a product, but to me it’s all about customer care after the product has been delivered. And this is what this company is great at. If you have a problem, they will come and sort it for you in a very professional manner. Hats off to them

We had all our windows and doors replaced by Didcot Glass and Glazing earlier this year. Adam is a lovely guy to deal with and the installation guys are really friendly and helpful. We chose anthracite external colour and white internal and they have made such a massive different to the house from when we had wooden windows. Completely transformed the look both inside and out. Highly recommend anyone looking to refresh their property that they get in touch with Adam or Sue at Didcot Glass. Genuine, honest and trustworthy business to deal with.

We’ve had a few dodgy windows for over a year… it started with one being stuck shut, followed by another stuck on air-lock… then another and another. We finally decided to do something about it and got in touch with Adam at Didcot Glass. Within a week, Adam came over to assess what needed doing, a quote was written up and parts were ordered. Adam was super friendly and efficient, Su’s (in the office) communication was brilliant and the team who came to fix everything have done such a great job. They even had to go and buy another part to fix the conservatory – an additional job, but all done in the same day! We can now keep warm in the Winter and (finally) get some cool air flow in the Summer! I would recommend Adam and the team at Didcot Glass to anyone in need of fixtures or fittings - a competitive price and an absolutely sterling service. Thanks, Sally

We needed a cooker splashback and after trying another local company without success we contacted Didcot Glass who got back to me very promptly with all the information and prices I needed. We needed the splashback within a week and we got it in only 3 working days which meant our kitchen got finished earlier, highly recommend.
