Everything from the builders building the walls on our porch to Steve the fitter who put a new roof and fascia and soffit board and guttering all on his own all did a fantastic job from start to finish I would definitely recommend them to anyone and if we need anything else doing I will definitely ring them to do the job nothing was to much trouble and Steve did everything that was asked of him excellent job done thank you

We have used this company in the past and they were excellent therefore had no hesitation when we required a further door. The ownership has now changed to the son, with his wife in the office. Communication has been non-existent. The door provided was sub standard and when we complained we were met with rude, obstructive behaviour by the new owners wife, who is the ‘secretary’. We were informed that the products are not quality control checked prior to installation - so an original door is removed for a poor expensive alternative. When you seek communication from the manager, no return call is made. You ask for confirmation that the email and photographs you were asked to supply has been received, we heard nothing. The after service is quite honestly the worst I have come across. The ‘Secretary’ is rude, obnoxious and provides a poor impression as the ‘face’ of the company. Email grammar and punctuation needs work and she definitely requires customer service training! However as she informed me ‘she is the boss’s wife’, so I suppose that makes it okay?! When Nick ran the company he instilled confidence in the buyer; the change since his retirement and his son Ben taking over is sadly extremely poor. The only saving grace in the saga has been the actual fitters who have been both polite and professional. We have spent a large sum of money with this company in the past, but moving forward they will never see another penny of our hard earned cash and if asked if I would recommend this company, the answer is a resounding NO!

We have been using Reflections over the past 14+ years for the bespoke manufacturing of several gothic arched windows and doors, for our period converted chapel. They have always provided excellent products and support/follow up services, there has been a few adjustments required over the years due to natural wear n tear and a few very minor gremlins which have always been remediated without any hassle or issue. Very professional and trustworthy company, competitive pricing with good quality products and never had any nightmares. Highly recommended!! Thank you Reflections.

We have just had our porch base installed by jp construction, they were very professional, attention to detail, clean, but above all nice chaps,well done Jason and Ruben. We would recommend this company, and are coming back for other work

First Class from start to finish Russ and Liam were a very professional team of fitters that I would highly recommend. 7 Widows and 2 doors and we couldn't be happier.

We have previously used reflections for windows and doors in two properties. Good quality and service ......BUT, have been waiting since 1st April for a date to fit a porch! Lead time should have been 10 weeks (10th June), but still waiting!! Have contacted several times for updates! Promised to chase and get back to me....nothing! Told they can't get a builder to respond! " We sub contract the builders, we give them your details, then they should contact you", "we cut this bit out for us"!!! So when I asked if they could guarantee the job, told yes, but no idea when!!!!! How can they when they have no control over the builders??? Customer service needs alot of work also! Slight attitude when phoning for updates! Clearly not the company it was when Nick was in charge! (now retired). So today we've cancelled our order and gone elsewhere! Very disappointing and feel let down by what was once the "go to" for windows and doors! Would give no stars if it let me!

I recently completely updated my bungalow with new doors/window/guttering..etc. I can honestly say that this company provided me with excellent service throughout the whole process.

After 2 weeks, and still waiting for a call back after I visited their main office to complain about an ongoing issue. Poor after careful service. When I telephoned to ask for the Managers email address so that I could have a paper trail, the accounts lady told me that it would not progress the call back I was waiting fir. Found her to be rude, personal and unwelcoming. We have used this company on a few occasions with great results regards the workmanship. The aftercare has let them down Still waiting to resolve this issue.

Had insulated roof fitted panels in my conservatory recently. Excellent service very clean and respectful from the start.it was freezing out so plenty of warm drinks given. The roof panels have made a real difference.super service from all that work there. Well done.

Absolutely awful customer service. We have been customers for over 20 years but Reflections are sadly no longer the company they once were. On two occasions, in the last 2 years, windows ordered with a lead time of 6-8 weeks have taken over 6 MONTHS to install. The latest order, placed May, has now been cancelled by them due to a call to check status! EXTREMELY rude and unreliable. We have brought this to the attention of management, before posting here. We will now take our business elsewhere as we can’t risk current and future projects being so poorly, under-serviced and being cancelled. Customer loyalty is not valued here and there are plenty of other, local, providers in this market who do.

Just had all our windows replaced by reflections, wow what an excellent job they have done. Great service, the team who installed them were top notch. The price was exceptional and the quality top drawer!! No brainer if you need double glazing this is the company you need!! Many thanks

Just had my new windows fitted. Service was friendly, professional and finished to a high quality standard. Mick and Andy fitted our windows and could not be faulted on the top job they have done. Quality company.

This company owner did my soffits, facia and gutters when running his previous company proglaze. Every corner drips and all my ceilings have gone black around the corners. Needless to say he refuses to get in touch and rectify the issues.

Reflections came yesterday and fitted nine new panes of glass for my windows they were amazing who came too put them in. And very thorough with the work they do. I'm very thrilled about my windows now

Came to replace the fascias at my Mum's bungalow. Have done a fantastic job, including taking away the old fascia that had fallen off. Good price as well

Had our new front door fitted today along with a blown window glass panel. Matt and Simon where friendly, efficient and their work was to a high standard! Any mess created was tidied up. The whole experience with Reflections has been fantastic from start to finish. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Reflections Windows fitted two doors for me some 6 months ago, no problems for some time then the doors didn’t open and close as they should have,I know that over time after fitting adjustments are often needed, so contacted them and they arranged to send out there engineer a week later, he arrived did all the necessary adjustments and they a now operating as they should.Brilliant service and highly recommended.

Reflections recently replaced two large window units and Tudor boarding to the front of our property. The two fitters worked tirelessly in extremely hot conditions to produce a first class result after which they left the site spotlessly clean. This company is highly recommended.

Great service

I have an old house, parts of which date back to the seventeenth century. Some modernisation had taken place which left it looking more like a nineteen seventies building. Reflections carried out some extensive work and fitted many windows and doors which completely transformed and gave back the character to the property. So many thanks to them and Nick in particular for the sympathetic vision he had when advising how to accomplish the task. My builder (who is renovating the property) remarked that in his thirty years experience, he had never seen such good quality windows nor seen such professionalism from the team who carried out the work leaving him with absolutely nothing to tidy up as is normally the case. I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending Reflections Windows to anyone needing very good quality windows fitted at a very reasonable cost by a clearly dedicated team of professionals.

We had reflections to fit our windows and doors. We were so very happy with their work. The fitters were efficient polite and hard working. Took all old doors windows away. You honestly could not tell they had been. They also fitted my friends porch and front windows in wood effect. Once again a wonderful job. To top it all it was also the cheapest quote. Excellent.
