Avoid this company. Carl is a very rude abrupt man who has no customer service skills at all. Spend your money somewhere the staff can communicate respectfully!

We have just had installed this week an amazing "Lantern Room Roof" supplied by Hartley Conservatories Limited...Paul supported us greatly with prompt caring service, finding a high quality solution to meet our needs. Our Lantern Room Roof was fitted by Mark and his Team Andy and Paul, they secured our Lantern Roof with high quality attention to detail...we are so very pleased with our New Lantern Room. Thanks very much Paul, Mark and Team for taking care of us so well...very much appreciated! John Olie
