Can't speak more highly of Dave and his wife. A broken greenhouse glass pane was replaced quickly with no bother. Dave was lovely and nothing was too much trouble despite it being in a bad place for a green house. Def recommend this family, cheerful and helpful company..a real pleasure to do business with.

Couldn't help notice how crap your driving is. I didn't even use your service but now I certainty won't, as you consider blocking two lands on a pretty busy road to be fine and even have the audacity to shake your head and beep your horn to on coming traffic.

I rang at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon looking for a company that was able to replace a broken window in an aluminum frame. But I got so much more, I was given good advice about what different types of glass I could have, plus a quote and the possibility of having the work completed on the Monday morning. The gentleman was rude negative and unprofessional, he upset my elderly vulnerable parents, reducing them to tears in their own home and no proper quote was forthcoming. This was a straightforward domestic job for which they have received quotes from other business with no problems whatsoever. Would advise strongly against dealing with them.

Just terrible customer service, requested a quote online heard nothing. Raised a 2nd request got an email simply saying we already have your request. No apology we havent got back to you. Definitely would not say friendly service and I recommend a customer service course.

I contacted this company for a quote for replacement window ,when discussing how the job could be done he was verbally aggressive towards me then stormed out, not the professional service as advertised, go somewhere else for professional services you have been warned

When they came to my house to change some glasses, they came with no facial mask and no shoes cover! When I asked them to put shoe cover, they just left the house arrogantly!

We've used D.B glazers twice now and would highly recommend them. Once was to fit a large cat flap in a glass door, the second was to extend too ground floor windows to be floor to ceiling. Quick, professional and friendly service. They are happy to give advice and options on what might be needed. We would definitely use them again.

Cannot recommend this company enough, we needed a small panel to replace a broken window and Dave cut to size and supplied us with the required piece on the same day! Other companies were refusing to give us the glass without fitting. I will be using them again in the future. Thank you Dave!

I required a piece of cut mirror for a repair. D.B. Glaziers were extremely helpful, efficient and I had the piece of mirror that same morning. I also requested a quote to replace a large double glazed window where the seal had gone. Again, he was very efficient and I had a very good price given to me within an hour. I needed some glass to replace broken ones in my greenhouse.A local internet search led me to a few suppliers locally. Do you remember the old family type businesses that acted years ago. In the days when customers were kingpin and service was 100% reliable. Certainly not like many businesses today with their "take it or leave it" attitude. Well I found a gem of a company in D B Glaziers, who really take service to another level. My small order was handled with speed, courtesy and professionalism. This company think nothing of working at weekends to ensure the customer is totally satisfied.I therefore have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone requiring any glass work.
