Outlook are competitively priced, efficient and reliable. Used them recently for about the fifth time to replace a garage door. Guys turned up on time, workmanship was up to the usual high standard and they left the area clean and tidy...taking away the old door. Continue to recommend them without hesitation
I had the replacement of all windows and the patio door combination in May 2024. The majority of the work was undertaken by Dave Turner whose work was generally of an excellent standard. I needed some post-installation work carried out and that by Dave was, again, excellent. However, I needed 2 panes replaced. One, the replacement pane in the kitchen, had scratch, or similar, marks which can only be properly seen early in the morning when the sun is shining directly on them. (I also needed some work done to adjust the locking mechanism of the patio door-which took 2 visits to accomplish.) Because the installation manager came in the afternoon, he could not see the marks, so it was agreed that I would take photos, which I duly did and sent to the company. I was told these were passed to the installation manager and he would arrange a visit. Despite various emails to the owner, telephone calls and voicemail messages left, no further visit has taken place, as a result I have been left with broken promises and ignored. I have since noticed a few small scratch marks on the panes where work was undertaken to adjust the locking mechanism. Scratch marks (or similar) are one thing, but broken promises and being ignored by this company, when I settled the outstanding bill the day after installation, are another altogether.
John was really helpful when I contacted him about issues with leaking windows in our newly built property. He gave honest and valuable advice which we really appreciate. Would definitely use this company again.

Small problem with some sliding patio doors fitted several years ago. Really prompt service to quickly fix it.
We have just had our 4th successful transaction with John and his team. Firstly we had a single double glazed window done by them to try them out as we had a good word of mouth recommendation. It went very smoothly- we then had rear French doors fitted, also went very well, then another (we had to do bits at a time due to finances) then final patio doors and 5 windows- every time the quality was excellent and Mark the fitter was brilliant. Had one damaged pane of glass and it was replaced ASAP. Great company-!
Would highly recommend we has front windows replaced and bang on their time schedule. All staff were extremely friendly. All products was good and house looks so much better.
An engineer visited this afternoon to fix our living room window that had warped and wouldn't shut. Can't say thank you enough. Brilliant service, will definitely use again for our window or glazing needs.
One or two break downs in communication but dealt with quickly and professionally. Quality of work outstanding. Would definitely use again.

From measuring up to installing the window we had only one hitch. The original date was changed due to another job over running. The installation was done quickly and efficiently and the debris cleared away.
Communication is appalling. No updates at all and when you end up ringing to find out what’s going on they are so blasé as if their service is ok ! When they eventually start the next phase of the build but don’t return and there’s no communication whatsoever to update what the hell is going on. I really would advise you think twice before committing. Just as well you don’t pay all in one go. Maybe that’s why 🤷🏻♂️
Top quality windows/doors and service throughout; they've done 2 complete houses for us now.
Excellent service from start to finish. Very friendly owner and staff, they all went out of their way to get us what we wanted. We replaced 4 large sash windows, front door and fanlight. The fitters were experienced and did a fantastic job, it wasn't easy on an old house and the place was clean and tidy when they finished. Good communication throughout, even though it was lockdown! We will definitely use them again when we replace our other windows and door. Highly recommended.
Terrible company totally disorganised from start to finish a four day replacement conservatory ended up taking two months,zero communication and total lack of customer liason.
The whole house, (10 windows) replaced quickly and efficiently with excellent quality product. The fitters worked in an orderly manner and did an excellent job of cleaning up as they finished each room. Cannot fault the service or quality from the initial consultation through to completion. Highly recommend
